Ok this is my story.
I did 8 months of 1 ON/1 OFF manual PE(stretches - Jelq - Ulis)
I started slowly and was increasing time and intensity gradually.24mins stretching and 24 mins jelqing was the stage I reached.
I had no gains in length or girth and my EQ was not so good ( I started with good EQ) and my unit was always turtled.
When I was having sex my EQ was OK but my unit was slimmer that its original size.
I found out that both my stretches and jelq was not performed correctly. Using higher intensity in stretches and fast and intense grip in Jelq.I was also ejaculating after every session.
Now for 1 month i stopped manual stretches and I was hanging very light(1Lbs) for about 3 sets X 5-10 minutes and after it ,I was jelqing for 15-20mins with slow strokes and light grip and never ejaculate after the session.
I was doing this 5-7 ON/1 OFF.
The result is that my unit is always long and girthier all day long and my EQ superb.
Also in erected state my unit is a little girthier.
My plan is to hang gradually and immediately after the hanging session to use an extender( I bought the Jes extender with the strap) in light pressure for 1-2 hours to maintain the stretch and recover in a stretched state.( I read that it helps in the gains). And also jelq about 20 mins 5 days/week.
I am working 9 hours per day so I do not have the time to use the extender for like 6-9 hours per day and this is why I chose the hanging method.
My BPEL is 14cm without my nice upward curve and 14,5 with the curve and my EG is 12 cm
My goal is to gain 2cm length and some girth.
My priority is safety so I will start slow(1,5 Lbs for 3-4X15 mins)) and adding weights gradually.
