    Ok this is my story.
    I did 8 months of 1 ON/1 OFF manual PE(stretches - Jelq - Ulis)
    I started slowly and was increasing time and intensity gradually.24mins stretching and 24 mins jelqing was the stage I reached.
    I had no gains in length or girth and my EQ was not so good ( I started with good EQ) and my unit was always turtled.
    When I was having sex my EQ was OK but my unit was slimmer that its original size.

    I found out that both my stretches and jelq was not performed correctly. Using higher intensity in stretches and fast and intense grip in Jelq.I was also ejaculating after every session.

    Now for 1 month i stopped manual stretches and I was hanging very light(1Lbs) for about 3 sets X 5-10 minutes and after it ,I was jelqing for 15-20mins with slow strokes and light grip and never ejaculate after the session.
    I was doing this 5-7 ON/1 OFF.
    The result is that my unit is always long and girthier all day long and my EQ superb.
    Also in erected state my unit is a little girthier.

    My plan is to hang gradually and immediately after the hanging session to use an extender( I bought the Jes extender with the strap) in light pressure for 1-2 hours to maintain the stretch and recover in a stretched state.( I read that it helps in the gains). And also jelq about 20 mins 5 days/week.
    I am working 9 hours per day so I do not have the time to use the extender for like 6-9 hours per day and this is why I chose the hanging method.

    My BPEL is 14cm without my nice upward curve and 14,5 with the curve and my EG is 12 cm
    My goal is to gain 2cm length and some girth.
    My priority is safety so I will start slow(1,5 Lbs for 3-4X15 mins)) and adding weights gradually.

    SAT 9/6 3X15 2,7lbs / Extender 3h / 30’JelQ (the 2.2lbs wasn t giving me fatigue so I added a little weight)
    SUN 10/6 3X15 2,7lbs / Extender 3h

    The good news is that from now on I am able to wear the extender while I am at work.
    So I can do a good amount of time per day.
    This means that I will quit hanging and continue only extending and Jelqing.

      I quit using the Jes extender (I used it for some hours before starting this log)as I see some disadvantages with it.
      Now I am using the Male edge extender and its exactly what I want.
      Very light , very customizable,very easy to set it/wear it and very nice tension and I can wear it under the clothes in my work.

      My goal is to wear it for 5-8 hours daily.
      I am doing 40 mins sessions and take it out for some minutes to restore the blood flow on the glans and wear it again.
      I am extending at around 800-1200gr.

      Thoughts:
      -The Male Edge extender is the perfect tool. I am in love with it.
      -Extending at work is the best thing that can ever happened in a PE person. You are doing the most part of the extending in your work and you don t lose your free time.In fact its like the boss is paying you to grow your penis LoL.
      -I will stick to the 5h per day for a week or so because I jumped up from 3 hours to 5+ and I see my EQ has dropped a little.
      -The JelQ is helping in maintaining the nice flaccid girth.
      -I think I ll have to throw a rest day soon,cause I haven t done one for a long time.
      -I hope in 200 extending hours to see just a little gain

      Today I needed a rest day so I just extended for 45 mins just to keep things stretched.


      13/6 : Extending 45m (800gr)
      Thoughts:
      - I wanted to extend today 5 more hours but my unit seemed to need the rest.
      - I have started to love the Male Edge and I can t be away from it LoL
      - My unit is always long and thicker in the flaccid state
      - I am planing to have rest days once every week and I will be extending for about 1 hour in light tension these rest days just to keep the tissues stretched
      - I am kengeling about 100 times everyday

      - When I JelQ my shaft is thicker and my OK grip is wider

            15/6 : Extending 5 hours (800-1200gr)
            Thoughts :
            - Today super morning wood and my unit was thicker and heavier than ever
            - Extending 5 hours total per day isn t a joke... it takes effort. But I like this trip.

            16/6 : Extending 4 h 15m (800-1200 gr) / JelQ 20mins
            Thoughts:
            -I am extending mostly downwards because the most of the extending time is happening when I am working.This made my unit be more elastic on the upper side and the down side seems to be less elastic when I am extending upwards. So I have started extending upwards too.
            -Today I was extending at home because I do not work on the weekends and before every extending set I was warming up a little(3-5mins) and really made the extending more comfortable.
            -I would really like to make some progress in the 100 h extending mark in order to give me more motivation.Even just 2mm in BPEL would be great.
            -So far no length gains at all in BPEL. Just girth and length in the flaccid state and some girth in the erect state which I think its from JelQ.
            My unit was a little sore today so I let it rest a little.

              Changes in my routine.

              I am introducing hanging again.
              Hanging was making my penis feeling a nice fatigue and was making my PI even better than the super ones I have now.(even longer and softer flaccid and erections all night and day). So I have to go according to what my unit shows me.
              So the plan goes like this
              Hanging 45-60 minutes(progressively adding weight of 250gr-0,5lbs every week) and after this using the extender as an ADS to keep the stretch at the light tension of 600-800gr for 1-3 hours.
              JelQ will still be in the game.

              Thoughts:
              -The1250gr(2,75lbs) weight is giving me a nice healthy/safe fatigue in the last minutes of the sets.
              -I will step up the weight when my unit say so. Like I stepped up the weight increments 500gr/750gr/1000gr. At some point the weight was feeling light and non productive so it was time to step up by 250gr.
              -After the hanging session I am using the extender in a tension of about 700gr and it feels like a feather on my unit LoL. Its actually like a nice cool down.
              -So far the only gains I have are in the flaccid state.Length and girth and it is also heavier.It generally looks more massive and more veiny.
              In the erect state I have no length gains but is a little thicker and a little heavier.
              -I know its very soon for erect length gains but I really need to see some because working-going to the gym and doing PE is eating all of my time.
              Actually 1 hour hanging(total)+20 minutes brakes(total)+2 hours extender+20 minutes JelQing+worm up+worm down is like
              3 h and 45 mins PE session… Its too much. But my motivation and dedication is big.
              -I am really glad I am a member in this forum with so many PE vets giving instructions.

                  -I am measuring my BPEL very often , maybe every 3 days.At the last 2 measurements it seems that I have gained about 2mm.But I don t want to report any gains until I ll have 0,5cm,in order to be sure its a true measurable gain.

                    WEIGHT HANGING INCREASE
                    Today I did my first session of 1500gr(3,3Lbs).

                    Thoughts
                    -The intensity was really great today. It seemed like a productive session.
                    -Its really amazing how the penis is adapting to tensions.
                    I started hanging just 500 grams and it seemed so intense at the time...then after some days this weight was like nothing and moved to higher weight etc and now I am on 1500 grams.
                    One other note is that when I started hanging and extending my glans were becoming blue very easily … now even though I am hanging bigger weights it doesn t turn so dark blue.
                    -I know the 3,3Lbs is a light weight for most hangers out there but I guess anyone is different and for my unit is really intense. I have no problem with that… I don t care about how much weight I am hanging.All I care is the weight I am using to be safe and be able to give me a nice fatigue.
                    I really want to achieve my length goal of 2 cm by using less that 6Lbs.I think hanging more weight than that is a dangerous thing.
                    -I am planing to stay in this weight for a lot of sessions and start building time with it. From 4X15mins ,I want to go to 4X20mins.
                    -Today I changed something in my routine and this change will stay for good.
                    I used to do warming up only before the start of the session. Now I am also warming up between hanging sets. It seems to make the hanging more comfortable and more safe.
                    -Using the extender for 1,5h to 2 h after hanging is a pain in the ass because hanging+extending is consuming so much time.But if the claims that using an extender after hanging it makes the hanging more productive ,its something that I don t want to take out of my routine.

                    -My flaccid is huge.It s bigger than ever.My PIs are superb and my erections are going crazy.I am horny all day long.My glans are also bigger than ever.In erect state my shaft and glans are girthier,heavier and more veiny.
                    -It s nice to have 5 days off of hanging and Jelqing because I worked super hard and consistent all those 30 days.I ll try to extend 3 hours daily on those vacation days to keep things stretched and maintain my condition.

                      5 days in a hotel I could only extend for poor daily hours.
                      The rest of the holydays was on my vacation house so I cound hang and JelQ.

                          GIRTH GAIN REPORT.
                          I am measuring my penis the last 3 days while I am edging a little bit before sleep and I have a stable 0,5 cm increase in girth.
                          I guess its from JelQing.
                          The length is almost the same...maybe 1-2 mm longer ,but I consider a measurable gain anything is above 5 mm.That s fine. Its very early for length gains.
                          I am happy with my girth gain. I hope I will have more in time.
                          Also my flaccid is a lot longer and thicker but I am measuring only in erect state.

                          I increased the weight a little today and I found out that my hanger is not able to give me comfort in this weight because it s slipping down close to the glands.

                          Today I did 20 mins of manual stretches.
                          For the 1st time in my life I did the manual stretching with the use of my extender front piece attached in a little rope.
                          Oh boy ! I have never felt so productive stretching before...when I was stretching with my OK hand grip it was like destroying my penis. With the way I did it it today it felt like hanging from multiple angles.
                          I will watch my Pis the next days to see how my penis will respond to this kind of manual stretching and if I have positive PIs , I am gonna use this stretching technique from now on.

                            GIRTH GAIN REPORT

                            I just measured and I have gained an other 0,5cm in Erect girth.
                            This makes it 1 cm total girth gain!!!
                            I am happy. But still no length gains.

                              -I did some edging after my workout and measured. The +1 cm of girth is still there , no length gains yet.
