        Awesome stuff man great detail in your log bet you're stoked with the gains!

        I'm looking into adding some devices in the next few months, but I'm a bit worried being a builder I probably won't be able to wear a device during the day so maybe extending and bath mate will be the go.

          I stopped using the extender as an extender because I see no length gains.
          I started 30 mins intense manual stretching in the morning and after it I use the extender for several hours in low tension as an ADS and at night I am doing Jelqing and I use the extender for some more hours.

            I am doing manual stretching and then wearing the extender for some hours to heal in a stretched state.
            I have included some bundled stretches and my dick is thicker than ever I believe it has gained an other 0,5cm.
            It also seems a little longer.

              The Manual stretching killed my girth gains.
              It seems it gave me some boost in my girth in the start but I overtrained because Is seems I had to do it 2/1 but I was using less rest days.
              My dick lost all the good girth and my flaccid is turtling.
              My EQ is OK but not so super as it used to be.
              It seems that after some rest days my flaccid is getting better.

              What I have understood from all these months is that my dick is in the category Less is More and I will be taking correct rest days from now on.
              I was very proud of my girth gains because girth is something I needed more than length.
              I hope with rest and with jelqing I will regain it in some weeks.

              I am starting thinking that if I was doing only jelqing all of these months,I would have a lot better gains.
              Stretching of any kind (extending,manuals) are killing my girth gains and also my big flaccid and some of my EQ.
              Only light hanging 3X20 was making my dick huge in the flaccid state and also super EQ and thickness.

              I have 2 options.
              Continue only jelqing or Hanging+Jelqing.
              I would also like to try a water pump because the air pump was torturing my dick with shit EQ and turtling no matter the light intensity and short session timing.

                    Hey man. Good job documenting your journey, and congratulations on the girth gains! So basically you think almost all of your gains have come from moderate jelqing. Is that correct? Any length gains yet?

                      My length gains remain the same. only 0,5cm.
                      My gains are girth and a lot bigger erect glans.
                      I have increased the extender tension and started from today doing 6h and also include upwards.
