    -I added 1 minute in my Jelqing

    -I did some edging after my workout and measured. The +1 cm of girth is still there , no length gains yet.

          Grams of stretching per direction
          Up:1200gr
          Down:1500gr
          Straight:1200gr
          Left/Right :850gr

          Thoughts
          -My strap hanger is not able to support more than 1900gr. It starts slipping to my glans and this is a no no.
          So I am left with the Manual stretching.
          I have to give the manual PE a chance of at least 1 month and see what will happen.
          With my hook scale manual stretching all the prosedure is very accurate so I want to progress with it.

            Curious you gained girth with a hefty amount of length work. Maybe you're jelqing too much?

              From what people say the average hanger is starting gaining after 6 Lbs....
              I have reached only 4,2 lbs so I don t think I should complain about it.
              But for sure , I d love to had made a little length gain , even if it was just 0,5cm.
              I am not jelqing much... and it is supposed that jelqing is also making length gains.
              Well the battle continues.

                It'll all fall into place eventually And you're right about jelqs helping with length as well. Actually, since I added the stretches from the JP90 program I have noticed I'm a little fuller when flaccid

                  Today my dick was huge and soft in the flaccid state. I guess the 15 mins manual stretching with the hook scale intensity is the correct groove for now.

                    What sort of manual stretching do you do? I did JP90 stretches yesterday and my dick is hanging so low now, it's great to see it actually working

                      I am doing the Basic Stretching ( UP,DOWN,STRAIGHT,LEFT,RIGHT ) and I am holding the stretch for 40 secs in each direction.

                          I have come to a place that it seems like a dead end but fortunately I have left with one choice.
                          Hanging is something that I love. It is making my penis having a huge flaccid and it s also a procedure that I like.
                          BUT unfortunately my hanger can not accept more than 1900gr and I really don t want to use a vaccuum hanger because there are plenty of posts with blisters.
                          It also seems that with a pro compression hanger you have to tight the grip a lot in order to hold the big weights. This is also a dangerous thing that I d like to avoid.I am doing PE in order to favor me...not ruin me.
                          Manual stretching on the other hand did nothing to me on several months in the past.
                          I really like the idea on the hook scale stretching but I also need a vaccum stretcher for this because the tensions of pulling starts getting greater and I am smelling blisters again.I also think that in general the manual stretching is not for me. I think I ll never see any gains from it.I never feel fatigue after it,like I am with hanging.
                          So I have left with only 1 option. EXTENDING.
                          I think that the low intensity/high volume maybe is the way for me to make gains.
                          The other advantage is that I can wear my extender in my work. So it really saves me free time.And I also love my Male Edge.
                          JelQing is gonna stay in my routine for sure , because it s the only thing that made me gain (in girth).
                          So from now on EXTENDING+JELQING+EDGING.
                          The plan is to wear the extender for 2h/day at the 1200gr (and increase to 8h progressively) and JelQ 3on/1off/2on/1off.

                            Have you thought of putting baby powder on your penis to increase the grip? Maybe that can help you increase the weight on your hanger without needing to increase the tightness

                              I was hanging all of this time with the front piece of my strap extender.
                              It was a really comfortable experience but it can not hold more than 1900gr because it is slipping.
                              The reason it sleeps is because the strap is flexible and it is thin ... so I have to go to a compression hanger like BIB or any other like it.
                              I really don t like the idea of squashing my penis in order to be able to keep the big weights.
                              I don t think baby powder is gonna help... and if it does , then its gonna give an extra what? lets say +500grams on my hanger? Its pointless.
                              But thanks for the concern mate. I really aprecciate it.

                                You're welcome man. I saw it as having a similar effect to chalk people use when climbing or playing basketball, so I figured something like that could help your old hanger too. Good luck on the extending journey!
