    EXTENDER (800-1000gr) 2h / JelQ 15m
    Yeserday I extended 2 hours at 1000-1200 grams tension and my penis afterwords and the next day was turtled.(this haven t happened for months when I was hanging)
    Today I did 2 hours at 800-1000 grams tension to see if my flaccid will be big again.

      NEW GIRTH GAIN : 0,5 cm EG in the base of the penis.

      LoL it s so funny...I keep gaining in girth while no length gains yet.
      I did some edging before bed and my erect base girth now is 13,5 cm.(5,3 inch)
      I guess its from JelQ again and maybe because when I am edging I am making a very light OK grip at the base of my penis half of the edging time.

        Just to chime in on the baby powder or talc thing. It really works well. When I was using an extender it really helped I was able to ramp the tension to the max. Before it just kept slipping on the 800 mark.

        I personally didn't get on with extending. I only did 2 months of an average of 4 hrs per session 5 times a week. I gained 1/8th of an inch in length and nothing in girth. All that said I didn't condition my Wang at all, extending was the first thing I tried.

        Manuals have given me quick gains man. I may try extending again when I hit a wall.

          Today is a REST day.My penis deserve it.
          On REST days I ll be doing 1h extending.
          The 800-1000 grams of tension is making making my penis be huge again in the flaccid state and I also have overall extremely good Pis.
          The plan is to continue with 2h extending everyday(1 hour on rest days) and every week to add 1 more hour.

          Thoughts:
          Today I tried something new.
          I extended 3 sets of 30 minutes with high tension(well high for me anyway) UP-DOWN_STAIGHT.I couldn t do more than 30 mins at once.It was a nice burning sensation.
          At this tension my unit was turtling after extending and all the next day.
          After the intense extending and the jelQing I put the extender back but with no tension at all...
          Just used it as an anti-turtle device and I ll be wearing it until I go to bed.(2H+)
          I want to see how my unit will respond to this new thing tomorrow... my flaccid will speak...
          I am also decreasing my JelQ time from 20 mins to 10-15 mins because I just need to give attention and priority to length.
          Right now my unit feels a great fatigue.

            teodeles, great progress and i am sure there is much more to come in the near future. Even if the length is tougher when it comes to growing, it will show some progress also. Small steps will show better results!

                Thoughts:
                127 hours of TOTAL STRETCHING (Light Hanging-Extending-Manual stretching) without any length gains.
                Well I have read several posts that say that the gains on average are happening after 250 hours.
                Lets see when I ll get there.

                  I took 2 days off. I can t even remember when I did that.
                  Maybe I ll see some benefits from it.
                  I did a little edging today and I measured the girth and I am still keeping my gains.(the base seems to have gained some more mm but I count as a gain anything above 0,5 cm)
                  From Tuesday I am planning to extend everyday at 900grams from 4-6 hours/day and do JelQs 2on/1off.

                  In the 2nd rest day I lost a big amount of my girth gains. I didn t measure but I edged and I saw and felt it.
                  It seems that if I want to keep my girth and add more to it , I have to rest only 1 day.
                  I am extending religiously now and I need to get the 250 h of total time under tension to see if I ll have some length gains.
                  After the today JelQ session my unit is once again thicker.

                    Boy... The 1200 of Male Edge is very intense.

                          Have you thought of doing your manual stretches before extending? Pre exhaust the tissue before extending. When I do that my extender goes pretty much to full stretch.

                            Thank you for your advice.
                            In my vacations I was in my vacation house and I had a lot of free time and privacy so what I was doing some days was putting the extender for 1 hour and then immediately doing 6 mins all direction stretches and then put back on the extender for 1 more hour.
                            Then take some rest and do it again and again.
                            This resulted in a lot better manual stretching and better extending...
                            I could do this every day BUT I am back at work and I can t do it. Now I can only extend.
                            I am gonna take 1 or 2 rest days now , cause I did a lot of extending in these days and my shaft at the strapping point is a little tired.
                            My flaccid is huge... big and thick and soft.
                            The jelqing still keeps the nice girth gains in both flaccid and erect state.
                            I really need to see some erect length gains when I ll reach the 300 hours because I really need the extra motivation to continue work hard on extending and jelqing.
                            I also have the feeling that maybe I should add some more rest days in my routine in general cause this new Penismaster extender is a beast.

                              That's the ideal. Directional stretches In between extentions. Maybe set aside 30 mins in the morning for a hot water warm up, a load of directionals then strap up. Jelq afterwards when you get home.

                              I feel your pain mate. Work has been quiet this last 2 months and I've had 2 weeks off. Going back now and it's busy as sin. I'm not going to be able to carry on with the routine I'm doing now as it all takes at least an hour. Also I can't extend at work as I'm on my feet alot and I do alot of driving.

                              I'm thinking, wake up early and do 45 mins of jp90 style without jelqs. Pull here and there throughout the day. Finish work(some days I got to the actual gym straight after work), have a shower and a few directionals, then strap in for as long as I can bare and finally Jelq and eventually introduce squeezes.

                              I need girth man lol 😂. I'll swap a month of your girth gains for a month of my length.

                              It's frustrating. I'm 5 to 5.1 in girth.

                                What gave me girth is very soft and very slow jelqing + a soft OK grip at the base when I am edging.
