      From now on I will be extending at lease 6 h per day because I am adding hours very slowly and I need faster gains.
      My girth gains seems to have stopped so I am adding 5 mins to jelqing and some Ulis

            Its time for a 5-7 days break because the extending starts hurting after the 3d hour in the last minutes and my Eq is down.
            Maybe I ll be doing 15 mins light jelqing.
            Today I measured with 8/10 EQ and I think I saw a couple of mm gain.
            I believe after my break and some extending days I ll hit the +0,5 more gain in order to have a total of 1cm.This is what happened in my previous 7 days break.

              I didn t do a lot of rest days as my Pis came back pretty good and in sex I saw my unit longer than ever.
              I am extending again with small tension as this is what is favouring me.
              In 500h I ll measure.

                        My penis is thin and I don t even know if it kept the little length gain.
                        It seems that when I stop all gains are lost...so its like bodybuilding.

                            I did 3 sessions of 20 mins the last week and my girth is starting coming back.
                            I haven t measured length but I don t see any more gains . I think my left side that has a hard cord isn t allowing my dick to make big length gains and that not a prob because my priority is girth.
                            My length goal is only +1 more cm but my girth goal is at least +2 more cm.
                            From now on I ll start extending in the 3d mark of penimaster and jelqing everyday.
                            I ll be adding mins in the jelqing until I ll reach 40 mins.

                            I really hoped that the gains would be permanent but when I am stopping for some days my dick is turning back in its original size.

                                I measured my dick and it hasn t gain anything more in length.
                                I have the impression that the 0,5cm of length I ve gained is from the bigger glans that extending and jelqing is creating.

                                My girth seems to be back in its best because I am jelqing almost every day and I am adding minutes.
