I haven't been posting my progress the last couple of days, I have been actively doing sessions and staying on a regular routine. All of the sessions have stayed relatively consistent: LJ for evening session, LM with VacuTech and/or BathMate in the mornings. Everything's been going well so far. Average LJ time is @ 2 to 2.5 hours (still trying to get to 3) and I've been warming up a big longer than usual (the heat's just been feeling really good). I'm adding more vigorous shakes while I'm in the tube and it really helps get the blood going to my cock. Shaking while kegeling gives my dick a big surge and I can see the swell affect it has.
After some hunting and some advice from the guys over at MOS, I've found a VERY good way to get EXCELLENT suction on the Goliath; since there so much interior volume to fill, you have to "help" fill it to create a greater suction. I use an empty supplement bottle, fill it with water and put it in the BM as I fill the BM with water. The additional volume helps push more water out while maintain a great suction. You can use anything that helps create more volume in the tube - a stress-ball squishy, a piece of wood, nearly anything (be careful with the wood though). It works great and gives me a great session.
LOL! Not quite like that. But yeh, shaking keeps the blood pumping ... and the tugs on the ligs feel good. And if you kegel while you shake, damn - feels great!
GTO, hey how much do you think pumping has attributed to your over all gain?
That's hard to say for certain, but it's played a big part. I have a good manual routine - most of my pumping lately has been targeted for ball pumping but my cock still gets the benefits from the long, low pressure pumping. I can't separate the pumping gains from the gains from my manual routine because I do both pretty regularly. And I really don't care where the gains come from - just as long as they come!!!!
Notes: Good light session. Last night's pump was still very heavy and felt like keeping it going a bit. Although I generally take the entire weekend off, I may get in a light session or two as I begin to transition over to a more stretch heavy routine.
