    Nov 10, 2020 - OFF DAY

    Today I was supposed to continue my 2nd day of 2 on 1 off schedule. But I had some personal issues to attend to and I wasn't even thinking about PE today. My minds not in it today, but I will resume tomorrow and start the 2 days on again.

      ROUTINE:

      15 min Warm Up with Electric Heating Pad
      - JP90 Stretches
      - Dry Jelqs 300 reps (1 rep = 1 hand) [5 seconds at least per jelq]
      - Edged 5 mins
      Forgot to warm down!!

      THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:


      I am now doing the recommended JP90 stretches in its entirety by upping the 5 circle stretches to the 10 reps listed in the routine. The stretches felt good tonight. After reading Kingpole's routine and his suggestion of going slow and Quality over Quantity. I really took my time with my stretches, and eased into stretching them to full extension. I did have a problem of my grip slipping onto my glans every 3-4 circle reps. I've heard baby powder helps with the grip when stretching.

      So after a suggestion by a fellow uncut member petrpan, I thought I'd give Dry Jelqs a try this session. It felt awkward as I was trying to figure it out and I was putting a lot more grip strength into each jelq which I know shouldn't be done by beginners. I was also having a lot of problems getting erect today to do the jelqs. At first I thought it was because of the Dry Jelqs, but now I realize it was because I was buck-naked and my room was VERY COLD. So I jumped into bed to warm up to finish my other 100 jelqs, but it just wasn't warming me up and I ended up opening up some porn to get me going to finish the Jelqs.

      Then I edged for about 5ish minutes and then climaxed.

      I also forgot to warm down!!

      Tonight's session was full of ups and downs. LOL. But I'm still learning what's best for me and my unit and enjoying to journey!

        Got a few stresses I'm dealing with right now and I think it's affecting my morning wood. Wasn't feeling up to it today as I couldn't focus so I'm taking this day off from PE. Maybe I should just do a 1 day on 1 day off routine instead of the 2 day on 1 day off? I'm kind of liking it.

        - but penis felt VERY elastic and pliable all day. I think it's a good sign

        So I had a suggestion from petrpan a few days ago about Dry Jelqing as a way to deal with my uncut extra skin problem while Wet Jelqing.

        I didn't get it at first, but after I read his post I went on to google Dry Jelqs to get more information, I decided to give it a try my last session yesterday. It felt a little awkward the whole time and I felt like I was applying too much pressure, but I wanted to give it a chance so I did my whole routine Dry Jelqing.

        I was feeling a little iffy about it this morning too and already had in my mind I was going to switch back to Wet Jelqs my next session.

        But an hour ago I stumbled upon Jay1983's Success Story and Progress Log who had amazing gains in such a short time and he had Dry Jelq'd as well. He like Kingpole also talked about taking your time and Quality over Quantity.

        So it's my off day today and I thought I'd give it a few goes lying in bed since I already had a bit of a chub going. This time since I was in no rush and I wasn't preoccupied counting the seconds and reps in my head, I was able to give Dry Jelqing a lot more focus and attention. I experimented with more intense grips and lighter grips. And I DEFINITELY have better CONTROL & FEEL of the blood moving up my shaft and engorging my glans as I move my O.K. grip up. And I can do it with a much lighter grip than when Wet Jelqing, sometimes I couldn't feel the blood moving and felt like I was just Jelqing my skin and wasn't sure if I had enough pressure.

        I'm going to switch my JP90 Jelqs from wet to dry for the time being. I'm starting to like them a lot more!

          Life's a rollercoaster ain't it? Had another day full of curveballs thrown my way and I just couldn't get my head in the PE Game!!!

          I ended up edging/ballooning for 10-15 mins watching porn but did not release at least!

            I basically took a week off to deal with some personal issues but now I'm back at it!!

            I did edge a few times throughout the week. Started PE'ing again starting Thursday 11/19/20

            THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

            Started back on today after a week off. Decided to go back down to 200 jelqs and work my way up again. Still dry jelqing


            *EDIT: I wanted to mention that starting this day I started to end each rep of my Dry Jelqs with a little tug when my grip reaches under my glans. I read it somewhere on MadYogi's Progress Log as he mentioned he did that as well. So thought I'd try it out!

            Also apparently jelqing at lower erection levels seems to target length more than girth. I am looking to focus on length right now, and following MadYogi's Log he would Jelq in the low erection level range around 30%-50%, and my banana seems to like staying in that range anyways when I Jelq so I figured this works out for me anyways!

            THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

            Didn't end up warming up/down today and just jumped straight into the work out! And I upped the Jelqs up by 50 reps as I sensed I could handle more.

            Ended up edging for around 40 minutes. Heck, I kinda lost track of time! I hate that I'm back on the porn but it's been helping with the workouts.

            THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

            Starting to get used to the Dry Jelqs and am really liking them! I get a better feel with them and it's less messy

            I'm also applying more pressure to some of my Jelqs, also varying the time and pressure per jelq. Most jelqs I spend 5 or more seconds on still with varying pressure. But I've also thrown in some faster reps in there. I dunno change it up ya'know!!

              THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

              I keep losing grip while I do my circle stretches, as I get a few reps in I find my OK grip is now over my glans and the tip of my penis starts turning lightly purple. So I have to let go, shake it off, and then re-grip. Maybe I'm gripping too tightly? I find myself with a sore hand near the end of my JP90 stretches, but I don't feel any pain in the shaft or ligaments themselves, I feel a good stretch when I'm pulling.

              Loving the dry jelqs more and more every time I do them!

              I always look forward to the edging session at the end of the workout it's like a reward

                Nov 24, 2020 - OFF DAY

                I should note last night my penis turtled a little after the workout.

                Woke up with some NICE morning wood!
                BUT I noticed a slight sharp pain when I apply a little pressure to the underside of my glans & uppershaft around the frenulum area. Maybe I jelqed with a little too much pressure last night, or it might have been from the grip of my stretches. Good thing its a rest day. Will try and go lighter next session.

                I also have been getting nice 9/10 wood throughout the day too. Been mostly lying in bed though.


                *EDIT: I actually ended up edging for about 20-30 minutes later in the evening

                  First month has passed since I officially started PE. No gains as of yet, but I understand I started off initially doing only a portion of the JP90 routine just to get the technique down and incrementally ramped it up weekly as I went. And there was that week I missed due to personal issues. I'm not demotivated! I've merely just started getting into the full routine, I've been taking my time ramping it up but by this month I should be in FULL ROUTINE and we'll go from there!

                    25 minute warm down (lost track of time! Was writing this post while I was warming down!)

                    NOTES:

                    I ended up taking 2 days off so I could officially measure today. But also because I was experiencing a slight sharp pain under my glans so I wanted to rest up another day.

                    Decent workout today, I felt like my stretches weren't the best I've done. I've made sure to not add in any random high pressure jelqs in the mix while I was doing it, which was what I did last time and may have contributed to the slight pain I felt under my glans the past 2 days.

                    I did end up getting carried away today edging for nearly an hour watching porn, it was fun and I came slightly a few times from attempting to kegel or reverse kegel at PONR, but I never completely climaxed.

                      Tried using toilet paper to help with my grip while stretching today, it worked, but it was painful, my inner foreskin and glans were pretty sensitive to the texture of the toilet paper. So still looking for something to help with my grip...

                      Jelqs were great! Really enjoying dry jelqing, and the no mess is awesome for a lazy guy like me.

                          Today was supposed to be a workout day. But I wasn't feeling too hot so I just took the day off. I woke up with nice morning wood, so my PI's were looking good. I didn't want it to be a complete waste of a day so I did end up doing a few dry jelqs here and there and ended up edging for 30 minutes.

                            No Warm Up
                            - Slow-mo stretches left, right, down, up and straight out (slow stretch to max tension ~20 secs, then 30 sec hold at max tension)
                            - 10 circle stretches left and right
                            - 50 Dry Jelqs
                            - Edged 50 minutes. With release
                            No Warm down

                            NOTES:

                            Today I also wasn't feeling up to it and was also limited on time, but I managed to squeeze in an abbreviated version of my regular workout just so I'm at least doing something and no completely skipping a workout day.

                            On a sidenote, I've been doing these the past few weeks already, but have been stretching very slowly gradually leading to max tension in my stretches as recommended by Jay1983 and have also imitated getinbig by naming them Slow-Mo Stretches. I like them, but it definitely takes longer than 30 seconds for me to do each of these stretches.

                            Back to the regular routine! Except I've increased the Dry Jelqs up by 50 now to a total of 300 reps per session.

                            Stretches felt good today, doing them extra slow-mo. But I am definitely still experiencing slippage of my grip over my glans while doing
                            circle stretches, I have to stop every few reps to re-grip under my glans again.

                            Jelqs felt good! I couldn't help myself gripping a little tighter than usual but it wasn't crazy pressure or anything. Like I wasn't choking the chicken purple if ya know what I mean! lol. We'll see how my PI's look tomorrow, and see if I need to adjust my jelqing pressure

                                Hey Kickstand, I didn't have any baby powder at the time but yesterday I tried my stretches with nitrile gloves I had at home and I definitely had less slippage! Thanks for the tip!
