        EXTENDER 13th WEEK (Starting Sunday Oct 17th)

        SUN: 0.5 Hr + 3x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing]
        - I added another set to my Manual Clamping today, but I got overzealous and was Dry Jelqing too hard with a tighter grip and probably put too much pressure into my jelqs.
        - I felt this small sharp pain on the upper side of my shaft by the end of my 3rd set
        - I waited for it to subside and tried to push on with extending afterwards, but the pain came in waves and as I increased the extender tension the pain became more apparent
        - I called it quits by the 30 minute mark and decided to rest and give it a day to see how it feels tomorrow
        MON: Break
        - I didn't feel any of the sharp pain today, but to play it safe, I took another day off
        TUES: Break
        WED: Break
        THURS: 1 Hr + 3x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest (helicopter shakes, massage, and a little dry jelqing (~2 mins)] + Edging w/ Climax (20 mins)
        - I ended up taking 3 days off to be on the safe side
        - I began my routine again today and did my 3 sets of Manual Clamping, but during the rest phase I only spent around 2 mins each time Dry Jelqing, and I consciously Jelqed with a lighter pressure this time around
        - So far so good and no sharp pain in that area again
        FRI: Break
        - I wasn't really up to doing any PE today so I just took a break
        SAT: Light Manual Stretching
        - I still wasn't feeling up to it, just been feeling more tired as of late and it's been affecting motivation.
        - I didn't want to do nothing though, so I just did some light Manual Stretching for 10-15 minutes and called it a day

        Total Extending Hours: 91.5 Hrs

          EXTENDER 14th WEEK (Starting Sunday Oct 24th)

          I've decided to go back to just 2x Sets of Manual Clamping for now.

          And I've been experimenting with Heated Extending using my heat wrap throughout the extending session. I'll take it on and off throughout the session when I have to increase tension. And I've been focusing on extending mostly downwards these past few weeks and it's harder to get full coverage over most of the penis with my Heat Wrap when it's down. I can only just place it on top like a blanket.

          When extending upwards I can wrap the whole Heat Wrap around my penis like a burrito and I feel like I can warm up the inner tissues in my penis better with more direct contact with the Heat Wrap.

          SUN: Break
          MON: 1 Hr + 2x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing]
          TUES: 1 Hr
          WED: 2.5 Hrs + 2x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing] + 30 mins Manual Directional Stretching + Edging w/ Climax (30 mins)
          - My penis was feeling incredibly sore so I couldn't finish the last 1/2 hour of extending
          - I tried to make up for it with some Manual Holds in every direction for 30 mins while I was watching a TV Show
          THURS: 3 Hrs + Edging w/ Climax (40 mins)
          FRI: 2 Hrs + 2x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing]
          SAT: 1 Hr + 10 mins Manual Stretching (Held for 10 mins straight, occasionally pulling it to different directions, high tension pulling)

          Total Extending Hours: 102 Hrs

            EXTENDER 15th WEEK (Starting Sunday Oct 31st)

            This week I'm committing to Heated Extending. I warm up 10-15 mins with a Heating Pad, then throughout the extending session I leave the heating pad wrapped around and only remove it when I and turning the knurled screws to extend the length of the extender, in order to increase tension.

            I leave room for 5-10 mins here and there without the heat wrap on as my penis starts to experience sensitivity to the the heat, especially when I start to reach higher tensions on the extender.

            No real proper routine or science to it but I've read up on other forums and also CBateman's progress log here and know that the tissues in our penis break down and loosen up at higher temperatures. The exact temperature I'll have to look up again, but I figured a PE routine where the penis is warmed for most of the duration of the exercise will yield better results in the long run!

              EXTENDER 16th WEEK (Starting Sunday Nov 7th)

              I'm attempting going back to 3x Sets of Manual Clamping, and just doing light dry jelqs for 2-3 mins during my 5 minute rest phase between my Manual Clamping.


              SUN: 1 Hr + 3x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing]

              - felt good! No pain. Definitely feel good about doing the 3 sets this time around
              - It definitely feels what caused my pain a few weeks ago was from being too overzealous with my Dry Jelqing in both pressure and time

              MON: 1 Hr + Edging w/ Climax (20 mins)

              - Woke up with good morning wood!

              TUES: Break
              WED: 1 Hr + 3x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing] + Edging w/ Climax (10 mins)
              THURS: 1 Hr + 30 mins Manual Directional Stretching + Edging w/ Climax (40 mins)

              - PI's have still been good and waking up with morning wood is a good sign!
              - I don't always post about my PI's so this isn't the first time in a whlie that I've gotten good PI's. I just thought it would be especially notable to recognize the usual when I've increase my girth work and STILL see good PI's

              FRI: 2 Hrs + 3x Manual Clamping [5 min on, 5 mins rest/dry jelqing] + Edging w/ Climax (30 mins)
