    Hey WBG! Thanks for reading!

    I took 2 days off PE and I'm planning on measuring tomorrow as my 3 month mark!

    We'll see if I've gained anything, but either way I plan on adding another 2 weeks for this routine because I missed a week when I first started and my first month doing the Beginner Routine wasn't the FULL Routine, because I was slowly ramping up the volume/intensity each week as a beginner. And then I plan on taking at least 1 week off. And then plan what I do next.

    It's a toss up between Big Al's Jelq Free Routine or to continue doing my routine but in a reduced volume. Because whatever routine I choose I plan on incorporating an Extender into my routine. And my current routine takes me 2-4 hours on average to do because of the extra time I take to do everything.

    It doesn't look like I've gained much since the 2nd month measurements but my eyes may deceive me! We'll see how it goes!

      It's been a while Gym!

      I neglected the gym for a little over 3 months now due to life and distractions. I really beat myself up bad about it and felt terrible about it. But nothing much to do except acknowledge the past mistakes and just pick yourself back up and move forward to do better.

      From my last post I did actually end up continuing to do the JP90 routine for 2+ more weeks in February. I also did end up measuring for my 3 month mark but had no gains. After taking the week off to plan for my next routine I took a HARD LEFT TURN on my journey and went waayyy off course.

      I'm back now and started back up on manuals early June. I don't remember the date I started anymore but I should be about 3 weeks in now.

      So I'm going to say I started back up around June 7th, 2021.

      - with a reduced & modified JP90 routine. 2On 1Off.

      **I've been trying out timing with a stopwatch my Stretches and Jelqs instead of counting reps. I've gotta say I enjoy that I can focus more on the workout itself when I'm not so focused on counting reps.

      FIRST TWO WEEKS:

      a) 15 mins Heat Wrap Warm up
      b) 10 mins stretches
      - 5 min Static Slo-Mo Stretches. 1 min each direction
      - 5 min Circle Stretches both directions. (split 2.5 mins clockwise, 2.5 mins counterclockwise)
      c) 10 mins Dry Jelqing
      d) 5 min Warm Down

      3rd WEEK (Starting June 22nd)

      I upped my Static Stretches to 2 Minutes each direction. And Dry Jelqs to 15 Minutes now.

      a) 15 mins Heat Wrap Warm up
      b) 15 mins stretches
      - 10 min Static Slo-Mo Stretches. 2 min each direction
      - 5 min Circle Stretches both directions. (split 2.5 mins clockwise, 2.5 mins counterclockwise)
      c) 15 mins Dry Jelqing
      d) 5 min Warm Down

      June 27, 2021(OFF DAY)

      I've noticed a more elastic and soft flaccid again since my 2nd week starting, good signs!

      My plan for my 4th WEEK starting:

      - will be changing the 5 Minutes of Dynamic Stretching of my routine from the Circle Stretches to Side 2 Sides.
      - And I've been reading up on Traction Wrapping. Bought some self-adhesive wrap yesterday and just experimented and tried it out for the first time today. It's awesome! I still currently have it on and it's nice to have it hanging longer in a flaccid state. I put it on without pulling back my foreskin as it felt more comfortable that way, the wrap was a little irritating to my inner foreskin and corona of my glans.

      Speaking of glans, they're a little engorged from me getting a little chub as I was playing around trying to figure out on to put it on, but it also is probably a little too tight. It's tight enough to keep my penis stretched, not tight enough that my penis is losing circulation as I've been checking regularly for the past hour now and my glans are still pink. BUT it's tight enough that when I tried the pee test it kind of burned/hurt to pee and it wasn't flowing out entirely freely. So I'll have to adjust the tightness I wrap. So that will be a work in progress, but once I figure out the appropriate tightness to wrap my penis in, I could potentially where this all day!

      The plan is to wear the Traction Wrap after every PE workout and every Off Day for all day, then I would take it off at night when before I got to sleep to avoid any risk of injury while I'm asleep. Hopefully this will help with healing in an elongated state for not only my Erect Gains but also my Flaccid size too!

      Medium-Term Plan:

      I still want to use an extender and have just ordered a cheap one off Ebay, along with wide shoelaces with lanyard stoppers and silicone & mesh toe shields to make a more comfortable extender I hope. I found it on another PE subreddit by a user Sodium100mg and it's his method of securing the penis with an extender without using a silicone noose. It should have better grip, and be more comfortable to wear.

      I unfortunately didn't like the Penimaster Classic's belt-style securing method so I will be trying out this other way.

      So once I get everything needed, I will start on my Extender Journey.


      PS. it's been 2+ hours now and the Traction wrap is still intact! My glans are still fully coloured, no sign of bad circulation. I'm going to take it off now and see how it looks! Today was just a test anyways.

        4th WEEK (Starting June 28th)

        I changed my Dynamic Stretches from Circle to now Side2Side Stretches.

        a) 15 mins Heat Wrap Warm up
        b) 10 mins stretches
        - 10 min Static Slo-Mo Stretches. 2 min each direction
        - 5 min Side2Side Stretches
        c) 15 mins Dry Jelqing
        d) 5 min Warm Down

        I'm still trying to get the technique down with the Side to Sides. Am I supposed to touch the inner thigh or bring it up until my penis is parallel to the floor? And sometimes I feel like I'm going too fast with the side to side motion. Is it okay if I'm bent forward to do this exercise? Otherwise trying to hold a good upright posture while doing the stretches is uncomfortable.

        I've Edged a few times throughout this week, few times with and without a finish. And not consistently after each workout though.

        I missed a few days of Traction Wrapping due to a new busy schedule, tiredness and laziness haha. My goal this past week was to wrap for at least 2 hours a day, after workouts and on Off Days. I managed to achieve 2-3 hours on the days I could Traction Wrap.

        I haven't been keeping a detailed daily workout schedule, maybe that would help me be more consistent. But I HAVE been consistent with my Stretch and Jelq routine. I just need to get in the habit of incorporating Traction Wrapping into it.

        I want to incorporate Edging again, but I just don't have the time I used to. But even 5-10 min Edging is probably better than nothing!

        This Weeks Goals (Starting July 4th):


        Traction Wrap at least 2 hours everyday. Don't miss a day if possible.

        Get the hang of the Side2Side Stretches

          I am just going to Edit this post throughout this week to update each day moving forward, until the end of this week

          5th WEEK (Starting July 4th)


          Same Routine. I worked on my technique for Side2Sides and I think only missed 1 day this week for Traction Wrapping.

          a) 15 mins Heat Wrap Warm up
          b) 10 mins stretches
          - 10 min Static Slo-Mo Stretches. 2 min each direction
          - 5 min Side2Side Stretches
          c) 15 mins Dry Jelqing
          d) 5 min Warm Down

          6th WEEK (Starting July 11th)

          This week I changed timing my Side2Sides to counting to 100 reps. Each day I added a little more, but it wasn't a strict routine and the reps were a bit all over the place.

          Sun: Reg Routine
          Mon: Reg Routine
          Tues: OFF
          Wed: Reg Routine

          *Thurs: Reg Routine. Busy day. Left Traction Wrap on too long without checking. Probably for 5+ hours. Got some sort of bubbling Edema/swelling on the tip of foreskin. It didn't hurt, but I was careful putting it back in my pants and walking afterwards. After removing the Traction Wrap, the bubble of fluid started going down within the hour and fully disappeared overnight.

          Fri: Break. Even though the Edema/build-up was gone by today I decided to take an extra day off just to be on the safe side.
          Sat: Break

          EXTENDER 1st WEEK (Starting Sunday July 18)

          I started my first Extending session on Wed July 21, 2021. Using a Cheap Ebay Extender.

          I used the Lanyard/Shoelace Method found on Reddit, so I ignored using the silicone strap that it came with. I put a mesh toe shield (silicone facing outwards) just under the glans and a silicone toe shield layered over it. With a 2nd Silicone Toe Shield wrapped and folding over a 2nd time at the base of the penis to plump up the penis.

          Using the shoelace and beads it worked wayyyy better than the PeniMaster Classic's belt style, I had no pain, and didn't have the problem of it slipping out. Although it WAS only at or below 900 g of force, it was comfortable to wear.

          I took 2 days off after due to a combination of laziness, procrastination and I think one day I was just tired and couldn't get it right the first time.

          Sun: Reg PE routine
          Mon: Reg PE routine
          Tues: OFF
          Wed: 1st Extending Session. 1 Hr.
          Thurs: Break
          Fri: Break
          Sat: 1 Hr + Reg Routine + Edging to Climax
          - I tried adding more tension this day (guess I'm a little impatient) by turning the thumbscrews and although I managed for the hour, I did feel more slight pain and slight slippage from the mesh and silicone shield combo. I'm starting to become self-aware of my Corona(ridge of the glans) being VERY sensitive, it was these small little bumps that run across the ridge and I think they add to the sensitivity, but not in a good way, but like after you ejaculate, that kind of almost painful too sensitive to touch the glans type of sensitivity. But it depends on if it's grazed or the pressure, or the type of material that touches it.

          - Anyways, I'm basically saying as the toe shields were slipping I think the Shoelace was starting to pull against the Corona of my glans instead of just under it, and was probably causing the pain I was feeling.

          EXTENDER 1st WEEK (Starting Sunday July 25)

          Sun: Break
          Mon: 2 Hrs + Edging to Climax
          - I went back to check on the Lanyard Method to see what I was missing. And I realized I missed Rolling Paper Filters. LOL!. The cardboard is supposed to help with the displacement of the shoestrings force, I already am using quite a wide shoestring (~3/4" wide), but I thought I'd try it out.
          - You're supposed fold the rolling paper filter once and then wrap it over top of the mesh shield, then secure it in place wrapping the silicone toe shield over it
          - I first tried it again, but still had issues with slippage once I got between 900+ to 1200 g of force.
          - I decided to use the tighter circumferenced Mesh Toe Shield, and did it again, and it worked out great!
          - My first hour went by without a hitch, I would rotate between Up, Out, and Straight Down.
          - My second half hour also went great

          * My last half hour I decided to up the tension and started turning the thumbscrews. I felt some slight pain and uncomfortability but waited to see if it would dissipate.
          - 5-10 minutes in the pain wasn't leaving but I just decided to tough it out the last 20 minutes
          - I don't want to go through that again and know I won't be able to extend for hours if I experience that level of discomfort

          Tues: 1 Hr + Manual Stretches (2 mins hold left, 2 mins hold right, 50 S2S)
          - my goal today is to make the extender more comfortable at higher tensions
          - doubled up on the mesh toe shield and silicone toe shields, it helped!
          - but the sleeves would eventually slide a little over the corona of my glans and squish em and cause a little pain

          Wed: 2 Hrs + Manual Stretches (2 min holds left & right each, 60 S2S) + Dry Jelqs (5 mins)

          Thurs: 2 Hrs + Manual Stretches (2 min holds left & right each, 100 S2S) + Dry Jelqs (15 mins) + Traction Wrap 1 Hr

          Fri: 1 Hr + Manual Stretches (2 min holds left & right each, 100 S2S) + Traction Wrap 2 Hrs

          Sat: 1 Hr + Manual Stretches (2 min holds left & right each, 100 S2S) + Dry Jelqs (15 mins)

            EXTENDER 2nd WEEK (Starting Sunday Aug 1)

            From this week on I plan on trying a 1on/1off schedule for my Manuals.
            With Extending same day, Routine will consist of:

            a) 10-15 min Warm up
            b) 2 min Hold Left, 2 min Hold Right
            c) 100 S2S
            d) 20 min Dry Jelqs
            e) extend for "x" amount of Hours (Max 4)
            f1) 5 min Warm down

            f2) Edge for "x" amount of time
            g) Traction Wrap at least 2 hrs

              EXTENDER 3rd WEEK (Starting Sunday Aug 8)

              Sun: 1 Hr + Manuals
              - Near the last 5 minutes of my session, I tried measuring BPEL while the extender was near max tension (~1500g, almost fully maxed out in screw length). And while pressing down against my pubic bone I felt a slight sharp pain a little deeper into my pubic area above my penis and then also on the left side of my inner penis.
              - the pain subsided in a few seconds so I decided since I only had a few minutes left to press on. But the sharp pain would kind of come back in waves but I did end up just extending through it. (Not a good idea I know)
              - I think when I pressed the ruler onto my pubic bone to measure BPEL maybe I was pressing against my Suspensory Ligament?
              - And since the Ligament is being stretched at a pretty high tension the ruler pressing against that caused the pain?
              - In any case I WILL NOT be measuring while extending at that high tension anymore
              Mon: Break
              - I decided to take a break for a day to play it safe and recover
              - There was a slight lingering feeling of soreness from those same areas I experienced the sharp pain on Sunday
              Tues: 1 Hr (w/ Quick Extender Pro) + Manuals
              - that lingering feeling of soreness was less notable today but once in a while crept up, but I decided to press on with my routine, but I was careful to us lighter tension while stretching
              - I ordered the Quick Extender Pro a month ago but couldn't get the silicone style noose to work with me, it's screw length also wasn't as long as my cheap ebay extender so I'd have to add more rods to get the the tension I wanted
              - Because I wanted to ease my way back into extending I decided to throw some Wide Shoelaces onto the QEP and it worked like a charm the same way on my cheap ebay extender
              - I didn't get as much tension on this one but the hour I spent in it I paid close attention for any soreness or pain in those same areas I experienced on Sunday
              - The coast was clear so good day!
              Wed: 1 Hr
              - I went back to the cheap ebay extender to see if my inner dong could handle the higher tension and everything seemed good. No sense of pain or even hint of soreness from those areas I experienced on Sunday
              Thurs: Break
              Fri: Break
              - Having trouble keeping up with the routine consistently with my work schedule. But this week will have to slide, even though I haven't experienced any hint of soreness/pain from those areas at this point this is a good chance to give my little guy more time to recover

                EXTENDER 4th WEEK (Starting Sunday Aug 15)

                SUN: Break
                MON: 1 Hr
                - I tried the QEP with the method used by Cunny Linguist of using an O-Ring with a silicone toe sleeve wrapped over it in conjunction with the QEP's silicone noose
                - I tried 3 sizes of O-Rings that got progressively smaller but every time, as I increased the tension and time passed, the O-Ring and Sleeve would find its way inching over my glans and eventually the silicone noose would be applying it's pressure on the corona of my glans. The most sensitive part and where I feel the pain when extending.
                - The 3rd time I even tried to engorge my glans a bit but it would still slip over
                - From what Cunny told me he doesn't even bother engorging his glans but he's still able to extend for 2 hours at a time with no slippage and no circulation problems
                - I still managed to get a total of 1 Hr of extending time in from the 3 tries I had with the O-Ring method
                TUES: 1 Hr + Manuals
                - I switched to using the Wide Shoelace securing method with my QEP and I really like it! I've never had a problem with slippage using the shoelace method as long as I engorge my Glans beforehand. I use 1 small mesh toe shield with the mesh side in and silicone side out as a way to hold my engorged glans and also to protect my skin and to keep the shoelace from slipping
                - I will also be using the Quick Extender Pro from now on, because it has more different sized rods to add in increments than my cheap ebay extender, and also higher tension springs
