    NOTES:

    Jelqs were good today. And my Slow-Mo Stretches felt great today! I wasn't in a rush so I took my time on them.

    *Like I noted last post, I was going to see if the effects of Not Releasing in an Edging session would carry on and last overnight and into tomorrow. Around 16 hours had passed since the nighttime edging session, when I started my next PE Routine and finished with Edging. And unfortunately it didn't carry over. I no longer had Long Lasting Hard Erections without constant stimulation, and I had much Less Control over when I reached the PONR.

    So it seems the effect lasts a little over 10 hours, but that's just from trying it out these past 2 times. I usually don't end up edging twice in one day. So I rarely notice the effect of Not Climaxing in an Edging session, it seems like there's a window of time where I can experience these great erections and better ejaculation control. I'll be attempting this again in the near future so we'll see how it goes!

          Had multiple nice morning woods throughout while I was drifting in and out of sleep.

          Ended up Edging 2x for about 30 minutes each.

              I switched it up today doing Stretches first and Jelqs second. Stretches are easier to get a stretch in fully flaccid and I can achieve that when I do it first, right after the warm up. When doing Jelqing first and Stretching after, the penis stays somewhat plumper throughout the exercise and I can still stretch, just not sure if it is as effective. Either way, I think I'll keep doing the routine Dry Jelqing first for the time being.

              Also I forgot to measure Strain % today, again!

                NOTES:

                Back to Jelqing first before stretching. Both felt good today and really took my time on both. I'm slowly spending more of my reps with the slightly higher intensity/pressure I've been adding lately to my Jelqs, so more reps have that slightly increased pressure.

                I got carried away today, and Edged for 3 hours. Hopefully I didn't overtrain myself. Of course I was watching porn and just couldn't stop watching, I didn't want to cum just yet! I started having trouble near the last 30-40 minutes trying to keep it up, probably because I had reached multiple PONR's and attempted many Kegels to stop myself from cumming. Every once in a while I would slip up and get a little too far and induce an IK and a little cum would come out. Eventually I probably drained the little guy of cum and my penis AND balls were soooo SORE!! I eventually ejaculated but no cum came out lol, just the spasm part happened and it wasn't as intense. Probably because I had already drained my balls of cum, and my penis, balls, and PF were just exhausted lol.

                Anyways, spending some extra time with the Warm Down tonight!

                  Penis was definitely tired and a little sore from yesterdays crazy edging session. But I did still pop a few semi-chubs here and there throughout the day. And penis was warm and elastic, it helps that I'm constantly doing fowfers when I'm in bed a lot these days.

                  Had some NICE Morning Wood today, and wood throughout the day too.

                  In the beginning of my Dry Jelq workout I actually had a little trouble with my penis being too erect and had to kind of wait and walk it off, it stayed in the higher Erection Level ranges today. Pretty cool actually, and can't complain!

                  Both the Jelqs and Stretches were great today and I really too my time with both.

                    It feels good to NOT CLIMAX at the end of a long edging session! It's a different kind of pleasure compared to ejaculation, I felt more confident like I had overcome something LOL. It was really just one session, but I've been climaxing a lot recently at the end of my Edging sessions. I don't believe that Ejaculation causes any gains issues based on reading opinions on both sides. So it felt great to Control My Impulses and have the WILL to hold myself back!

                    Workouts were great as usual!

                    I ended up edging for 2 Hours today. I've been trying real hard to "Ride the Edge" and stay near the PONR as long as I can. It keeps my Erection at it's most expanded (without Kegeling) which I would think would help contribute to gains in some shape or form. I feel that my penis looks girthier than usual the further in I am during the Edging session, and I could really feel my penis experience the expansion and pressure from the long duration edging and "Riding the Edge".

                    I did get carried away with the duration though. We'll see tomorrow how it affects my PI's!

                    Jan 17, 2021 - OFF DAY

                    Good news, I woke up this morning with some ROCK HARD Morning Wood! And actually 2-3 times after that during the next 1-2 hours too! Penis is soft and stretchy and warm, I thank the Fowfers for that!

                    So far only Positive PI's and haven't noticed any Negative or Neutral PI's. My Penis feels good! I'm glad because I thought I may have overtrained from yesterday when I spent 2 Hours Edging.

                      Keep going! I consider edging at the end of a training very important. Take care to not overdo edging daily though, it costs a lot of energy NO2 etc., to edge for 1+ hour. Might observe how it relates to morning wood..
                      I call it "filling in the expansion"(created prior). You are training your system to be able to maintain what you stretched prior.
                      There's no shame in doing a bit less(maintenance) some days as long as you get back to a good intensity within 1-2 days.
                      25cm! Let's go!

                        I've also noticed the past 2 days while Edging that I have some bumps/ribbing along my Corpus Spongiosum (CS) now! I hear "ribbing" is a sign of gains to come! Which is awesome because I remember not too long ago only my Corpus Cavernosum's (CC) were ribbed by my CS was still pretty smooth when I felt around the area while Erect. I've also noticed my CC's feel even more "ribbed" than before! It's what you feel directly under the skin, I'm assuming that's the Tunica and I think it's due to the Tunica experiencing stresses from stretching and jelqing, and it's going through deformation? Either way, the Tunica is feeling more textured and ribbed and it's really cool to feel! Hopefully I'll see it transfer into gains!

                          I actually didn't realize the mechanism behind Erections so thanks for the little lesson! I did a bit of googling on it after and didn't know we expend Nitric Oxide to produce and maintain erections. Pretty Cool! I'll keep an eye out on the days I Edge longer and see how it affects my morning wood the next day for sure!

                          And I like that term! "Filling in the Expansion" is a clear and concise way to explain why Edging after a workout is important. It puts a nice clear image in my head. And you're totally right about toning it down some days, I just get carried away with Edging sometimes. Sometimes I also get a little frisky on my Rest Days but I'm going to try and treat my Rest Days as what they are!
