a) 20 minute Warm Up
b) 400 Dry Jelqs
c) JP90 Stretches (Slow-Mo Style) [30 sec to Desired Tension + 30 sec Hold = Total 1 min timed]
d) Edging for 30 minutes. With release.
e) 15 minute Warm Down
f) Fowfers in bed tonight (for further warm down and anti-turtling)
NOTES:
Jelqs were good today. And my Slow-Mo Stretches felt great today! I wasn't in a rush so I took my time on them.
*Like I noted last post, I was going to see if the effects of Not Releasing in an Edging session would carry on and last overnight and into tomorrow. Around 16 hours had passed since the nighttime edging session, when I started my next PE Routine and finished with Edging. And unfortunately it didn't carry over. I no longer had Long Lasting Hard Erections without constant stimulation, and I had much Less Control over when I reached the PONR.
So it seems the effect lasts a little over 10 hours, but that's just from trying it out these past 2 times. I usually don't end up edging twice in one day. So I rarely notice the effect of Not Climaxing in an Edging session, it seems like there's a window of time where I can experience these great erections and better ejaculation control. I'll be attempting this again in the near future so we'll see how it goes!
