    Taking a full week off. Past two weeks have been good on the exercise front, however I've changed back to a MWF schedule. It seems optimal for me right now. If I don't gain on a MWF schedule I'll try out a MT HF schedule as an experiment.

    Doing Kegels on MWF again - doing them M-F gives me a quick trigger. I'm working kegels up to full minute-long holds. Might do some Aswini Mudra exercises some time.

        Much better - it's been raining for the past couple of days here and I think it's starting to move into Fall weather, so I'm just down to taking a Claritin if I need it, but so far I've been good.

          That is good to hear. However keep in mind medications like claritan can make you fat.

            Back from a week-long decon break. Did my scheduled workout today. My hands are giving me trouble on the squeezes I've been doing. I'm considering starting clamping for some "hands-free" girth work, but I don't know if I'm conditioned enough for that. If I can do clamping though it would definitely help save my hands.

              I'm changing around my routine a bit. I've decided not to do clamping yet (I'll see if I can gain some girth with manual exercises first), but I'm changing around my jelqing style a bit. I'm going to go for 15 straight minutes, focusing solely on technique and EQ with the jelq device. I'll add a couple of minutes every week to cap off at 30 minutes for jelqing. I'm doing this because I've noticed that I'm really just focused on the number of jelqs when I count reps and sets rather than the technique, which is really the important part. I think as my EQ naturally improves and I become more proficient with the jelq device my "reps" will increase in the time-based way too, so I don't think I'll be doing less work. I'm also adding in stretches, which I've been neglecting. Just a straight-out, long, static stretch.

              The other change to my jelqing: I'm not going to use as much lubrication. I think I've been using too much in the past with the jelq device, so much so that it's not getting a very good "grip" to push blood through. I'm going to experiment with using less lubricant than I normally do to see if I get a better pump from it.

              So my routine for this week looks like:

              5-10 min Warmup
              5 min Stretch (+1 min each week)
              15 Squeezes (+5 each week)
              15 min Jelqing /w Jelq Device - long, concentrated strokes at 60-90% erection level. (+2 min each week)
              Cooldown / Edging


              Some other things I've been considering trying are: working up to 6 days a week, and/or doing a morning & night session (say two 15 min jelqing sessions working up to 30 min or something of the sort). I'm sticking with a MWF schedule for now, but this is something I'm going to keep in mind to change up my routine a bit. Maybe I'll do a MWF schedule with two sessions on each day? Something to think about anyhow.

              I'm doing my healthy lifestyle switch this week (two days down so far, actually). I've started exercising (just doing cardio for now, I'll begin strength training next week) and I'm experimenting with an intermittent fasting + paleo style diet. I'm kind of curious to see how my gains will improve as I lose weight and get healthier - I know my EQ will definitely improve anyway.

                Workout went well except for my EQ during jelqing with the jelq device. I think I might be squeezing too hard, so on Friday I'll try a lighter squeeze. Of course on the flip side I worry I don't get a good workout if I do that! Right now I think the most important thing for me to focus on is keeping a consistent EQ during jelqing though, so if I need to use a tighter grip later on I'll modify accordingly.

                And when I say my EQ levels are bad during the jelq, I mean I go from 80-90% EQ to about 20-40% on the FIRST jelq, so I think a lighter squeeze is definitely in order.

                    Workout went pretty well today. I'm going to switch back to rep-style jelq work instead of time-based because it hasn't made much of a difference for me in terms of EQ. I'll just remember to focus on technique first before counting the reps. The lighter squeeze didn't make much of a difference in sustaining the EQ, however my penis seemed to have sufficient engorgement (or as much as normal anyway). I'll just have to keep up my kegels and hope my EQ improves. I've always had a problem sustaining an erection w/o stimulation and I'm not really sure what to do about that.

                    I'm going to start wearing the Static Wrap this upcoming week.

                    I'll start taking Gingko Biloba, L-Lysine and L-Arginine. I need to keep up my exercise (I've been slacking on those) and hopefully my blood flow will improve and I'll strengthen my pelvic floor muscles through squats and things of the sort.

                    I've switched to vaseline for lubricant and found that using very little of it gives me a good workout and I'm still slick enough to not have much tug.

                    Also I timed my jelqing length this time around and it averaged at around 25 seconds. I had no idea my reps were taking me that long (I've just been going by feel), but that really explains why my jelqing has always taken me so darn long! Might be a good thing though I suppose.

                    Also, this week I'll experiment with refraining from ejaculation to see if that helps me sustain an erection through higher arousal levels.


                    Kegel Routine: Held Stretched, 5 reps to failure (MWF) [meaning I hold the kegel until I can't hold it any longer 5 times].

                      I'm trying some new things, changing my routine around, etc. etc. - decided to put these down for now.

                      - Mastering my jelq technique. I want to have a good engorgement post-workout, then I'll know that my jelqing is being effective. Currently I go to a normal flaccid directly after a workout, I'm hoping to change this around. I'm going to focus on engorgement during the workout; to begin with I'm going to give high EQ jelqing a shot to see if I respond well to it.
                      - Changing the routine up a bit:
                      10 min Warmup
                      "Perfect" Jelqs
                      Squeezes
                      Stretches at the end of the workout
                      Edging/cooldown/etc.
                      - I'm going to begin wearing the Static Lite static wrap and I'll work up to wearing it 24/7.
                      - I'm going to add in a day each week that I do the workout, working up to six (or perhaps seven depending on PIs, etc.) days
                      - I'm going to do dry jelqing throughout the day to try to stay plump and see if that helps with my gains.
                      - I'm going to do Erect Kegel sessions in the morning - I'll work up to 10 minutes of erect kegels.
                      - Focusing more on my diet and really exercising to hopefully help bloodflow, recovery, etc.

                      and the #1 thing I'm changing around right now: I'm going on a porn detox. I've noticed that when I stop watching porn my arousal comes easier and helps with my EQ. I think I've become a little bit 'porn addicted', where I even just sort of watch some when I'm bored. It's not a very good thing, so I'm cutting it all out.

                      I also decided to, after reading some comments that made me pretty depressed - about how they thought the guy in the movie had a "four inch penis" or a "tiny cock" etc. and it didn't look too far off from my size. Which I know is silly, since it's going to look smaller in comparison to the giant porn dicks, but that's still depressing to me that someone might think that. So I'm definitely going to stop hitting up those sites, if only to leave that negativity - which just isn't true, and isn't worth my time.

                      Well, that's it for now I think.

                        Well, I gave that jelqing variation a shot tonight and it didn't go so well. I didn't get much engorgement (at least not much more than normal). I'm real frustrated with my jelqing because I feel it isn't optimal, but maybe I'm just being too down on myself. Oh well.

                        I'll give it another try on Wednesday to see if it works out better that time...

                        My EQ and arousal sucked during the workout. It was kind of late, and I've been stressed/depressed all day today so I think that was a definite factor.

                        I'm gonna give jelqing standing up a shot on Wednesday, see if that makes much of a difference in my EQ levels & engorgement. I was kind of thinking that jelqing downward might help with engorgement a bit, but I don't know how much. I'm gonna be messing around a lot with jelqing technique for the next few weeks.


                        I've been considering ordering an Air Clamp from PEweights.com to use for girth work too.

                          I'm gonna order a cock ring and I might use it when I jelq - I did some searching on Thunders and I hear this is a very intense exercise (and possibly dangerous too, so I'll have to be very careful), but I think using a cock ring will help me with my EQ problems during the workout - and, since it is more intense, might help with gains. I'll definitely be going with a 'less is more' philosophy in terms of this idea though. Also, this might help with my turkey neck, or just keep me from pulling too much skin when I jelq and losing efficiency that way.

                          I'm going to order the Air Clamp and start clamping soon too.

                          Depending on how my jelqing goes, I might go with some mini-sessions in the AM & PM every day to see if that helps with gains (I'll gradually work up to it), since I've been seeing mention recently of a lot of guys who have seen good results from that. I don't wanna go overboard with it of course, and listening to PI's and all of that will be a top priority, but I might give it a shot as an experiment to see if it helps with gains.


                          Oh, but some good news: my digital scale is saying I lost 4.4% body fat this week, which is nice. It seems like a lot to me, but I'm not really complaining - I have a very high BF% right now, so I wouldn't be too suprised if it's true (since it's easier to lose weight the heavier you are and becomes more difficult as you lean out). That was a good way to start my day today since I was feeling so down after my shoddy PE workout last night.

                            My genius idea of using a cock ring was a bit of a bust. The cock ring works fine, but isn't very good for jelqing - it slides around too much, limits how far down I can jelq, and - suckiest of all - doesn't even keep my EQ level stable during jelqing. I'm going to use a cock ring during edging, I think, to experiment with that and see if it helps with penile health or even helps with gains at all.

                            I'm thinking about ordering some Horny Goat Weed or Yohimbe or something to see if that helps with EQ levels at all, but I'm not entirely sure yet.

                            Gonna list the things here that I'm working towards:
                            - Maximum EQ.
                            - Daily jelqing sessions - eventually two mini-sessions (10-20 min 2X per day, to see if having a more constant rate of exercises will help with growth, but making sure the sessions are short enough that they don't require longer rest periods).
                            - Clamping /w the Air Clamp.
                            - Gains, damn it! lol.


                            Next week I'm going to do a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday routine. I think I'll do a 10 min morning session and a 10 min night session as an experiment as well. I'll add 1 day each week until I'm at a point of no rest days and then, depending on how PIs are, I'll push the minutes up to a maximum of 20 minutes per session.

                            I need to focus primarily on getting my EQ back to optimal levels. This past week I stopped midway through the week (meaning I only did Monday), and took the rest of the week off for possible resting up to help with EQ levels, but it really hasn't done anything. I feel that I'm not overworking my penis, so I'm going to experiment with the daily jelqing sessions, but I'll work the days up somewhat gradually.

                            Anyway, here's the routine I'll be doing this upcoming week:
                            Morning:
                            Warm-up
                            10 minutes Jelqing with the Jelq Device

                            Night:
                            Warm-up
                            Stretching in all directions
                            Clamping (if applicable / on day)
                            10 minutes V Jelqing
                            Edging (/w or w/o cock ring)

                            Kegels:
                            30 X 5 second holds - every day?

                            I'm doing the V jelqing at night to see if it helps with my EQ levels. I happen to remember back when I started up with the JD that I did sideways jelqs in addition to the flat jelqs and I had very good EQ back then, so I'm wondering if V jelqs will help at all. I'll be doing clamping with the Air Clamp when I get it. I'll start with a 1 on / 2 off schedule for clamping.

                              Hey keido. Think twice about the Yohimbe. Lots of people have bad side effects. Sweating, nervousness, rapid heartbeat, upset stomach and sleeplessness.

                              Yes, keep us informed with your routine changes.

                                All right, you've convinced me not to take Yohimbe, JP. lol. I've been pretty iffy about it in the past - I'll just have to try the L-Arginine and Ginkgo Biloba I've got stored away.
