  • I'm resistin' the urge to jelq today. My flaccid is nice and loose, and while not as plump as it was during my decon, isn't as bad as it has been for the past few days. I think my smooth, comfortable jelqing really helped last night rather than the more intense jelqing I was doing. I've decided to go a few weeks, at the very least, with the 4 day/week routine. I'm so anal about all of this because in the past when I was on a MWF schedule I lost some of my gains, BUT I wasn't doing a very intense routine then - nor was I doing any stretching, etc. etc. ... things are different now, but I'm still worried over nothing. I'm going to go 3 weeks, minimum, with a 4 day/week routine - not messing around doing any extra days - before I decide. If my plumpness really returns then I'll take that as a good sign, but I need to find that intensity that causes growth for me. I'm thinking "look forward to having rest days so you can do more intense sessions that will require that rest and equal growth"... or something like that anyhow.

    edit: Looked through my log today... it's funny, the best gains I made was on the everyday routine, however at the same time I was taking Ginkgo, L-Arginine, etc. so I think my EQ was artificially enhanced. I'm still going with my original plan of 3 weeks minimum with the 4 day/week routine, but if I don't make any gains with it I think I'll go back to the every day routine. I just want to be sure that rest days aren't optimal for me, rather than doubting my routine. Also, funny thing to note -- I noticed I was complaining about a smaller flaccid after 2-3 days straight of PE'ing back when I first started my everyday routine, hehe.

    • I'm glad I took yesterday off. My flaccid's back to being quite relaxed and loose, moreso than it was yesterday. Very good sign. I'll be doing a session tonight, just to recap my routine for those that may be reading it (I go back on forth on my routine all the time, ha ha):

      4 days per week: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday. This gives me Mon, Wed, Fri for rest.

      10-20 min Warm Up - during the warm up, do sets of 5 second kegels until fatigued.
      5 min Stretching
      5 min Heat
      10 min Jelqing
      15+ min Edging
      5 min Warm Down

      My new heating pad's shipped and should be coming in the mail soon. Also that Bio-Oil has shipped and I'm waiting to try that out. If it gives me a better flaccid hang in addition to my days-off routine giving me a good hang I may see some nice flaccid gains.

      I'll be upping my stretching to 10 min and jelqing to 20 min next week if I haven't seen any gains.

      I'll be starting up my diet tomorrow, as well as exercising. Right now I'm doing bodyweight circuits, but I'm going to eventually do bodyweight/strength training as well as interval cardio, but I want to work my way up to that instead of going full force and burning myself out (I'm out of shape, ha).

      edit: Forgot to add this - my BPFSL this morning was 8 3/8", up 1/8" from previous measurements. This could just be more relaxed/loose flaccid rather than any sign of gains, but it's a nice sign.

      Also, I think I'm going to do my routine in front of a heater - I have to sit at my desk to do that, but I think the constant heat during the session could only be a good thing.

      edit2: Yes, my flaccid plumpness is definitely better after a day of rest.

      • Got the Bio-Oil today and tested it out with just a little bit of oil at first. I don't seem especially plumper, but the veins do seem somewhat more pronounced and there may be some added plumpness, but not enough to call it worth the cost. Tomorrow I'm going to use more oil instead of the little bit I used today, I have a feeling I'll get a better pump from that. Need to figure out a good amount vs cost to make it worthwhile, but so far I'm pleased with the results. I won't be using it for jelqing lube since it doesn't slide enough for me/the cost of using that much oil for jelqing wouldn't be worth it for me. I do like the smell though.

        So I'll probably do: Vaseline for lube, Bio Oil after my warm down and probably once in the morning if the plumpness from the oil at night doesn't last 24 hours... I think that'll be a great combo, the Bio Oil + heat. I might test that out later tonight to see what reaction there is.

        I'm thinking about hunting for a new lube for Jelqing since Vaseline is so messy. I like the consistency of vaseline for the jelq, but the messiness is a huge drawback for me, it's very hard to clean up. I'm thinking a creamier substance would be nice... I don't know what to do though, hmm, I was thinking about ordering up some Coconut Cream concentrate and seeing if that would work out well.

        Might go on an Amazon hunt to see what kind of jelqing lubes I can scrounge up.

        Eh, didn't find much. There are two Vaseline lubricants I might give a shot, but other than that... didn't really find anything with a consistency I was looking for that doesn't absorb quickly.

        • What is Bio-Oil?
          I love a water soluble lube. A little squirt on each hand and when it starts to get a little dry, I just add a little water. Easy clean up. I use "Suave" with Aloe and Vitamin E. Or J&J Babyoil gel is also very good.

            • Reached 8" BPEL x 5.375" EG today. Dunno if this is because of the Bio Oil or the routine, but I'll be measuring again this weekend to double check. However this may be a nice sign for the 4 day/week routine.

              I'll probably stick with the Vaseline lube, but I might try a water-based lube at some point. I've got one that I tried but just dries out too quickly and I'm planning on working up to long sessions of jelqing (going for volume instead of intensity, since my penis doesn't respond well to increased intensity), so I think Vaseline is probably the optimal lube for me and I just need to quit complaining, lol. It's not that bad of a clean up, I suppose. Thanks for the suggestion though JP.

              The Bio Oil is pretty cool even if I haven't gotten a larger hang from it yet. I think I just need to use more of it, and kind of gently jelq it into the skin a bit. I might try that with my heat idea tonight, see what happens.

              If my gains are solid (meaning I'm still 8x5.375 this weekend) I'll be continuing with the 5 min stretching and 10 min jelqing for another two weeks and if I don't gain then I'll bump up the time.

              • Reached 8 x 5.375 again tonight during my edging session... this was post-jelq and stretching of course. I've switched back to jelqing first and then stretching afterwards, I just prefer it in that order. Got a good pump from the jelq today, but that never really lasts long for me... I'm kind of wondering if increasing the strength of my kegel muscles will actually help with flaccid pump (post-jelq), since I've noticed in the past that it keeps an increased flaccid hang after ejaculation. Just a thought anyway.

                Used more of the Bio Oil today. It doesn't really give me a flaccid pump, but it's nice for edging. I'll use up the rest of the bottle I've got for that, but I don't know if I'll order another one. This kind of makes me glad I didn't get the Enlargel since I'm suspicious of a topical cream penetrating enough to have any (large) effect on the flaccid pump.

                I just realized today that when I was a newbie I counted out my stretches myself... so I timed myself today, counting down the seconds next to a clock (not looking at the clock of course because that'd mess up my timing) and I count SLOWER than the time actually expires... So I was around 30 seconds when my 60 second timer went off. I've always counted this slowly, but just now thought about that... this means I was doing around 10 minutes of stretching when I was a newbie, not 5. I was doing 10 one-minute rotary stretches... perhaps that explains my length gains as a newbie, heh heh.

                I edged for about 25 minutes, to some porn. I'm refraining from ejaculation... I may ejaculate perhaps once a week or so. I find I'm more prone to gains when I don't ejaculate, I'm not particularly sure why. This seems very different from PE'er to PE'er, but that's always seemed to be the case for me. Perhaps it's improved EQ and general horniness or something... maybe I get night wood and that helps the healing process... I'm not really sure.

                I'm actually wondering if my 8" BPEL x 5.375" EG measurements are a 110% erection... I can't remember what erection level I was at when I was measuring the 7.75's last week... I generally measure 100-110% if I can, just so I don't measure higher than that accidentally and believe I've made gains when I haven't... my EQ hasn't been top notch since I've been ejaculating regularly and wasn't consistent with my kegels though. Oh well, 8" is still 8" on the ruler even if I haven't made a true gain. I'll probably stick with the 10 minutes jelqing x 5 minutes stretching for another two weeks and bump it up if I haven't gained then though.

                Oh! I'm also, during my edging session, doing something called the "Amazing Isometrics" that some fellow over at Thunders does (bird, I think his username is), it's basically a 20 second kegel, but you do it with a full erection and press down on your penis for resistance. You can actually feel something going on at the base, this supposedly helps with girth gains though I have some trouble believing that, but it's a great kegel exercise anyway so I figure it can't hurt to do it. If I do get some easier gains from the exercise then that's great, but it's fantastic for strengthening the BC muscle.

                I also looked back at my log and noticed I reached 8.25" bpel x 5.375" EG when I was doing 23 minutes of jelqing and 24 minutes of stretching.

                Routine:
                10 min Warm up
                10 min Jelqing
                5 min Heat
                5 min Stretching
                5 min warm down
                Edging + Amazing Isometrics

                Kegels:
                1-2 second kegels throughout the day, sets of 25 reps
                5 second kegels during warm up and warm down (if I remember, lol)
                Amazing Isometrics - 5X20 second kegel, pressing down gently against erect penis

                p.s. I need a new damn ruler, the metal edge on my ruler keeps irritating me. When I get some cash next month I'm gonna order up a straight wooden ruler with some art supplies.

                • Measured today and hit 7.75" BP with a good erection level. I think the 8" BP measurement the past couple of days is from either pressing way too hard or a post-jelq gain that doesn't stick. Still 8.25" BPFSL, which I think is a good indicator that I haven't made a real gain since I'm generally 1/2" longer BPFSL than BPEL. I think I'll be adding time to jelqing and stretching for this coming Tuesday, though I may re-measure on Monday or Tuesday since I'll be doing some sessions on Sat & Sun.

                  • I'm going to be upping the intensity of my grip today. Nothing too intense, but stronger than the light grip I've been using. I want to play around with jelqing technique to where I get an actual flaccid enlargement/hang/pump for at least several hours post-workout. This has not ever happened to me - it just goes back to normal afterwards - and I believe this to be one of the main reasons for my lack of girth gains in general. It may mean that my jelqing technique is not as effective as it could be so I'm going to try to get to a point where it is.

                    I'm going on a strict diet for the next month, meaning I don't have ANY treats (I normally do a weekly treat meal when I "diet"). I'm hoping to lose as much weight as possible in that month's time since my birthday's next month. I'm also going to do 30 minutes of intense bodyweight circuit training on Mon, Wed, Fri which should help boost the fat loss.

                    My flaccid hang's been kinda junky and my EQ isn't top notch. I think it's because I'm not jelqing daily (the EQ) - daily jelqing always gives me an incredible EQ boost. There may be other reasons though, so I'm not going to worry about it right now since it's not too bad. The flaccid hang may just be an issue of not ejaculating, lol.

                    • Didn't feel the session too much today. I did my routine at my desk in front of a heat lamp, but I don't like that set up so I'm gonna continue doing my routine in my bed. I'm just a lot more relaxed in my bed, so I feel I get a superior session there. Still waitin' for my moist heating pad to come in the mail, but I got a shipment of books I ordered up in the same order so it should get here soon.

                      The intense squeeze didn't really seem to give me a larger flaccid hang... I'm gonna continue with it though, tomorrow, to see if I can really get the blood moving with the grip. I measured about 7" BPFL (tape measurer, just measuring the hang, not stretching or moving flaccid around) directly after jelqing and then went down to 6.5" BPFL a few minutes after that, I was also the same length stretching. Flaccid girth never budged at 4.75". I'm gonna measure tomorrow morning to see what my normal flaccid measurements are, heh.

                      I had a good flaccid hang throughout the day. Had to wait to take a piss a few times today, I've noticed that generally pumps up my flaccid - must be the BC muscle at work there, yet another notch on my "kegels effect flaccid pump" thoughts.

                      Didn't do edging after my session tonight, didn't really feel up to it... I've been kind of depressed these past few days so I think that's effecting my EQ and arousal levels. Hopefully I'll get a mood boost from dieting and exercise though.

                      I've got that Jelq Device stored away... I was thinkin' I might bust that thing out in the future... maybe max out time on manual jelqing and then switch over to the jelq device... or rotate months of using the jelq device and manual jelqing... not sure.

                      Whew, I think I'm going to head to bed early tonight.

                      • Measured a good morning wood today: 7.75 BPEL X 5.375 EG.

                        After that died down I measured my "normal" flaccid measurements: 6.25" BPFL X 4.625 FG. (I'm pretty sure my flaccid has increased along with my erect gains, but I'm not positive because I never bothered measuring that beforehand. I remember seeing improvements in flaccid first though. I DID, however, measure my flaccid girth which was 4.5", so that's increased with my erect girth. Pretty cool. I don't mind my flaccid length so much, but I do want it thicker, lol. Too long of a flaccid length would really get in the way.)

                        Also measured BPFSL: 8.25", so I've not seen an increase in that either.

                        ... So, I suppose I DO see an increased flaccid size post-jelq, actually, even if it isn't a huge increase. I'm still going to continue with that intenser grip and wiggle around my jelqing technique a bit to see if I can get a post-jelq flaccid size that's close to my erect size, at least. It did get to 7", but died down... I wonder if that's a sign of a weak BC muscle or something? Sadly this could be me just being unhealthy and overweight and etc. too, could have a large impact on all of this (in fact I'd say it definitely does). Well, I'll just continue with my kegels (already getting stronger with the 25 beats periodicially throughout the day) and continue my diet. Gotta be patient with all of this, oh well.

                        I've noticed my .125" EG increase has returned. I wonder if this is because of the 4 day routine. I noticed that when I was doing a MWF routine for so long is when I got that girth increase - so perhaps an every day routine is good (for me) for length and girth, but an every other day routine is good for only girth? If I hit a length I don't want to pass for fear of hurting a girlfriend, that may come in handy for working just girth. This is all just speculation, of course. It could just be the kegels.

                        I have another session I'll do tomorrow before switching to my new routine:

                        My new routine - starting Tuesday.
                        10 min Heat
                        20 min Jelqing
                        5 min Heat
                        10 min Stretching

                        • Little update after my session tonight...

                          Used a more intense grip tonight, didn't seem to make much of a difference in my post-jelq hang. I've decided to just do a moderate grip, comfortable and enough to push the blood through the penis - I'm gonna work on deliberate and methodical strokes, real slow ones that show the action of the jelq. I'm not going to squeeze any harder than I did tonight because I felt some pain in the shaft from my more intense grip, I know I would definitely injure myself if I kept up this intensity for any prolonged period of time AND it didn't even give me a great flaccid hang, so it wouldn't be "worth it" in that regard anyhow (not that anything is ever worth injury, naturally).

                          Post-jelq hang: 6.75 BPFL x 4 7/8" FG - this is 1/4" less BPFL than last night, where I was using a less intense grip.
                          Post-stretch hang: 6" BPFL x 4" FG - whew! I've decided to not do stretching directly after jelqing after seeing this, holy crap lol. I've had some suspicions in the past that stretching kinda kills my hang, but jeez. After seeing the numbers I can't ignore it any longer. You'd think I'd go longer and skinnier, not shorter and skinnier, huh?

                          So I'm switching the order that I do jelqing and stretching, again, but this time for good. I'm still going to add the time to my routine for this upcoming Tuesday. I'm kind of curious to see what kind of flaccid hang I get from 20 minutes of jelqing... will it be better? Worse? Not make any difference at all? Would 60 minutes of jelqing give me a larger hang than 20 minutes? Guess I'll find out, down the line.

                          I've been looking at Orange Bends over at Thunders... I'm going to do this exercise after I reach my length goal, or if I cap off my jelqing at some point, whichever comes first. I've never really seen good results from Ulis and high erect girth work, so I'm looking forward to doing these. I've seen many reports of a majorly increased flaccid pump and good girth gains from this exercise, so I'm excited to eventually add these to my routine and master them - they sound like a fun exercise to play around with to get the most out of.

                          Didn't edge tonight either.

                            • Yeah, I'm likin' the heat between exercises. Takes a little longer, but it's relaxing and I think it helps with gains. My moist heating pad is going to come in the mail soon so I'm looking forward to what sort of difference that is going to make vs the dry heating pad I've been using all of my PE career.

                              I'm terrible about doing edging. I'm fairly certain I'll be better about it going directly from jelqing to edging though. I've been wound a little tight and haven't put aside time for edging in awhile, but I think it will be good for me if I do.

                              • I thought my EQ would go up with an every other day routine but so far that hasn't been the case. I've been kegeling periodically throughout the day and now I'm going to do a kegel routine during my warm up. I'm going to go to an every day routine or perhaps a 5 on / 2 off routine in 2 weeks if I haven't made any gains. I'm also looking for that EQ boost too, which I had on the every day routine. I'm still not sure if that was because of the supplements I was taking at the time though... I'd like to find out.
