Starting up the next week! 30 jelqs are now 40 jelqs - 20 horizontal, 20 vertical. Today's workout was so-so. Little stressed, so my EQ wasn't top notch.

June 17: Skipping my workout tonight.

Is the jelqing device helping for you?

Hey, do you think the jelqing device is more effective than manual? I've thought about purchasing one. My main concern is that I really don't want to put a blade anywhere near my cock, and I've read that it's pretty much imperative to shave along the shaft if you use the device. The opinions I've read here so far have been mixed. Just want another opinion. If I'm convinced that it makes a huge difference, I'll throw down some bucks and join the device crowd. If your up to it (no pun), write me a line in my progress log. Otherwise I'll check this one. And good luck in your routine; looks like things are cumming along. Ha.

Pretty good workout tonight. Everything went well, but my edging session was a little meh. I have NO control over my PC muscles when I edge, it's kind of depressing. I hope I'll gain control of them with practice.

Still haven't started exercising/dieting - stuff keeps getting in the way, but I don't really have any good excuses.

I might start doing aswini mudra exercises for my PC muscles in addition to kegel exercises.

I've been very inconsistent with my workouts this week, so I'm not going to add 10 reps to my jelqs this upcoming week. I'll stick with 40 jelqs /w the jelq device, but I'll up my stretching to about 10 min - with 60 second holds. I think I'll start upping the duration of the stretches (60 to 90 sec, and so on) for now instead of tacking more time on to the total stretches. I'm primarily hitting girth anyway. The rest of this week's exercises will likely be shakey at best.

I'm gonna try to do my exercises first thing in the morning, it seems recently stress has been getting to me (just thinking about the work of the day, etc. etc.) and my EQ hasn't been the best at night - it's much better in the morning, when I just wake up.

So my routine will look like this:

5 min Warmup /w Heating Pad (very warm heating pad)
          10 60-second Stretches
          40 Jelqs - 20 Horizontal, 20 Vertical
          30 second Slinky Bend
          Cooldown

          Other things to note:
          - My EQ's been consistently good I'd say, unless stress/overthinking bothers me.
          - I'm going to start up a kegel & aswini mudra routine on M, W, F.
I'll switch up my kegels from one long one to short beats, about 100 or so.
I'll do 100 aswini mudras as well.
          - My edging sessions have been very inconsistent.

I'll still measure this weekend to see if I've made any progress, but I'm not gonna be disappointed if I haven't because my EQ's much improved and I "feel" bigger.

Measured today. No change, still at:
            BPEL: 7.5"
            EG: 5.25"

I'll be doing my workout later today.

Yeah, no worries! I was hoping for some gains of course, but I wasn't really expecting any. It's only been 2 weeks after all, and I haven't been as consistent as I could be! I'm thinking in a few weeks I might add in some extra girth exercises... any recommendations? I've done holds in the past (well that's really the only girth exercise I've done other than jelqs), but they didn't seem to do squat for me. The jelq device seems to be working better than my hands for me thus far, so I'm curious to see how that will pan out.

Keep using the JD. This is amazing for girth.

Decided to measure my BPFSL today and it was 8.0 - 8.25", which means I lost .5" on that as well (which matches my loss in BPEL too). So I think I was definitely at 8.0" BPEL before and just lost my gains, rather than it being an issue of measurements or EQ.

I'll be doing my workout later tonight. I didn't do my workout last night sadly (busy).

Gotta cement those gains. This means, staying on a routine. Can't be hit or miss on PE, either do it or forget it.

Completed my workout tonight. My EQ sucked - I just wasn't very aroused during the workout.
Completed 40 JD jelqs, a few minutes of stretching, and the warm-up. Did something of a compressor workout, but it wasn't very high EQ.

I've been checking out the Static Stretcher as an ADS/possible ANS to use. I don't know if it will be useful right now since I'm primarily focusing on girth to hit my smooth muscle. I'm thinking about starting up a hanging/ADS/(possible ANS) routine after I gain some appropriate girth gains. I've got a couple of extenders already, but I don't particularly find either of them to be optimal in terms of comfort (I'm finicky about it) - Static Stretcher seems to be optimal for comfort from what I can tell, but I want to do more research on it (I've seen plenty of good things said about it though). I'd likely be using it as a supplement to a hanging routine though, which means I need to find a good hanger piece... I've looked at AutoExtender's VacHanger and apparently they've discontinued it and I've also looked at Bib's Hanger, but that thing looks kinda scary. lol. I probably won't begin a real length-based routine until after I make some girth gains though. I seem to have a particularly hard time gaining girth though, so who knows how long it'll be before that happens. I might look into clamping in a couple of months if I haven't made any girth gains (I've actually got some cable clamps I could use, but I don't want to do anything unnecessary).

An ADS/ANS might help me cement gains once I make them too, but comfort level's a major factor for me.

Sheez, I think that's enough for now, ha. I should go to bed!

Since my EQ's been bad at night for the past few workouts I'm gonna skip tonight and go to a morning routine starting tomorrow. I will begin exercising soon and my nutrition should get in order in the next week here.

I think I'll continue to stick with 40 JD jelqs since this week was pretty shakey in terms of workouts. I'll up it to 50 after next week.

                          Routine (switching to morning):
                          5 min warmup
                          5 min Stretches - 60 second holds
                          40 JD Jelqs
                          Compressors
                          5 min Engorging + Cooldown

I've been really inconsistent with PE and pretty much all things in my life right now. I'm going to sit down this weekend and really puzzle out why that is and hopefully come back with a nice plan this Monday. In the meantime I won't be doing any workouts the rest of this week. I'll start back up on Monday.

Hey guys. Over the weekend I decided to switch back to a MWF schedule. If I think about it, I did gain probably 1/4 - 1/2" using that routine - I just didn't cement it. My arousal levels have been really crappy (both morning and night) and I'm not really sure why. The only thing different right now is my allergies are really killing me, so I'm taking allergy medicine for that, and my schedule's more of a 4-5 days a week for PE exercises thing... which might be overdoing it since I just started out with the JD, but I'm not sure. Anyhow, I'm gonna give MWF a shot for a couple of weeks and see if my PIs increase. After that I think I'll give a 2 on / 1 off schedule a try, depending on my results with the MWF schedule. I'm sticking to PE workouts at night, since it's just easier for me to think of it that way - I don't have to worry about being late for classes, blah blah blah etc etc.

I'm thinking about buying the Static Stretcher to use as an ADS. In two months, if I haven't made any gains at all with the JD routine + manual girth exercises, I'm gonna try clamping.

                              This week's routine:
                              5 min Warmup
                              5 A-Stretches, 5 V-Stretches
1 Erect Stretch (testing out, gently)
                              50 JD Jelqs
                              3 Compressors
                              Cooldown

Jesus, I've been terrible about doing PE - at this rate I'm just gonna scrap the rest of this week and rest. I'm going to sit down this week and puzzle out a 12-week plan for myself - starting Monday - that I AM GOING TO STICK TO. I'm going to be eating healthily very soon here so I'm hoping that will help my EQ/arousal levels (I'm also going to start working out, which I know will help).

I went to my Doctor's and got some new allergy medication and I'm feeling much better after starting up on those, even though it's only been a few days. I'm more focused now that my allergies aren't affecting me as much, so I think that will help me with my PE journey. I'm taking Veramyst (nose squirty thing), Claritin (24-hour medicine), and a Singular (which my Doc was saying might help my allergies long-term -- he said he saw good improvements in his asthmatic patients).

I'm really contemplating ordering up the Static Stretcher and start wearing it as an ADS. I'm a bit confused with the TGC theory, since my smooth muscle is my limit right now, so I should be focusing on girth - but I gained 1/2" in length (that I didn't cement), so I can still gain length while my smooth muscle is my limit and... hergh my brain hurts. If nothing else the Static Stretcher would help me with flaccid gains though, so it'd be worth it in the long run.

I'm going to start up a Word document on my computer - sort of like a PE diary - where I write down everything about my workout - EQ, mood, exercises I did, etc. --- I don't want to clutter up an online progress log with all of those details, so I think making a Word document would be best.
