  • My wife made me EVO oil today.

We added a little Vitamin E oil too it as well (we had an oil version of vitamin E, don't confuse this with the lotion)

I tried it out, it works great. The skin on my penis seems to stay smoother & the lavender smell is soothing (we used 100% pure ingredients, but there's still a very light scent of lavender)

    • I only got in 1 split set yesterday since me + wife went out.

      7lbs on that set.

This morning I'm hanging 9.5lbs... I guess I let myself heal too much. Nothing I can do now though.

Looks like I'll be doing 10lbs sooner than I thought. I feel like I am moving up too fast-- I realize I need to milk the lower weights & avoid reaching 20lbs too soon; I hear thats where the gains slow down. Anyhow, I'll just have to hang what I feel.

      • Evo Oil:
This stuff is really great. It's got a very gentle scent, which I don't mind. It doesn't irritate me at all, and I'm sure it makes my dick heal faster, if not for all the essential oils, mine has a bit of vitamin E in it. In fact, could the oil be the reason my max weight went up too fast? I don't know. I've only been using EVO oil for about 14 hours.. probably not

Max Weight: 9.5lbs Now (too soon? I don't know...)
I think my max weight went up because I only got in 1-2x sets yesterday (maybe only 1x set?). Ironically, I was even a bit sore during the set. I'm completely healed & fresh today though... weird...

I mentioned to Bib that when I split sets sometimes my max weight goes up during the later part of the day (so its obvious I'm healing). Bib says the exact same thing happened to him.

        • I'm eating an incredibly healthy diet, working out & taking lots of supplements; this could be why I'm healing so fast. Maybe I need more sets, who knows. I don't want to overwork either

Based on Bib's views, I'm not sure he would agree over-working exists for hanging--as long as you're not injured I think his view is to keep going... & it did work for him...

I think most people don't follow his advice exactly since what he teaches flies in the face of a lot of theories. I am doing my best though--to do as Bib says, so I can at least test his theories for myself, etc.

          • My guess would be the super healthy diet & supplements - as you've only been using the new oil for 14hrs.

It's so hard to isolate & attribute benefits (or otherwise) of some of the little things we change, sometimes I think we just have to trust our instincts.

            • Routine:
              6x sets @ 9.5lbs max

              Morning Routine:
              1x Set 9.5lbs, dropped to 8.5lbs with 8m left.
2x Set 7.5lbs (yep, my dick is sore, I am reaching fatigue no doubt...)
3x Set 7.5lbs (i feel soreness at this weight, so I decided not to increase it) dropped to 7lbs with 12m left.
100 kegels, light jelqs as usual. / warm up warm down. Interrupted, had to stop.

              Evening Routine:
4x set 9.5lbs (10hrs later, started @ 7.5lbs, built up slowly to 9.5lbs, didn't last long @ 9.5lbs, slowly dropped back down during the set all the way to 7lbs @ the end)
5x set 7.5lbs (interupted with 7m left, decided on another set)
              6x set 7.5lbs (@ 5m left, dropped to 7lbs, @ 4m left dropped to 6lbs)
also included warm up & warm down.

              EVO Oil = More Weight?
Evo oil seems to be working great; gives a slightly lighter color, yellow tint to my penis, but great at moisturizing/ it may be helping with increasing my weight (by preventing skin interference). I think EVO helped with my skin stretch issues, which could explain my sudden max weight increase. I can feel more on my internals again (instead of just the attachment point). This is good news for me....

              Split Routine
I will try to plan on 5x morning sets from now on with 1x evening set.

              • Hey Blink I was reading Excerise The Penis Book . It says that Fatigue is a good sign that you are doing something right. This is not from hanging but from regular PE workout. This is what it says in the book

Fatigue along the penis (similar to post-gym muscle fatgiue not to be confused with numbness). My question what are signs that it is a good fatgiue meaning you are doing something right???

I actually have no idea where to get essential oils.

                  • Hanging Fatigue
The only way I can tell with hanging is when I start to feel any pain, then I drop the weight. Big Al calls this stripping. During my first set I slowly increase the weight until I either feel pain & drop the weight, or I reach my max weight. If I feel really fresh, I go beyond my max weight. If I can, I maintain it the whole set. I don't know if this can be compared to other forms of PE, hanging is unique this way I think... At least with hanging I know exactly how to reach fatigue.

It took me a long time to understand this & be able to do it on my own. I'm cautious & never want to get injured with PE, so pushing myself too far was always a concern. I think I am pushing just fine now...

Fatigue With Other Types of PE
With other forms of PE, I just look for a very mild soreness afterwards. (for fatigue) That's how I personally feel it.

My wife said clary sage was the most expensive. Any health food store in my experience always has a wide selection of 100% pure essential oils.

Today my wife said she could smell the lemongrass & she liked it (personally I can't smell it).

I can't tell if EVO oil is making a difference for sure yet, but it seems that way. Its too early to know for sure.

My version of EVO has vitamin E oil, which I know is quite good for the skin. It probably makes it slightly more mild too, since the vitamin E oil might obstruct some of the other essential oils. I had a spot on my arm with a few small scabs. I put EVO oil on it, & it honestly seems to be healing faster. I can't say for sure yet--but it seems to be. And it's not just moisturizing, I tried lotion before & that didn't have this effect. I will know for sure in a few days if its working.

Usually I'm growing when I'm getting mild soreness. It works for my own physiology. Whether I'm hanging or just doing a newbie routine I was getting very mild soreness when I was growing (pretty much my only 2 routines I've done so far during my PE career except some mild ADS work).

I don't know if its true for everyone.

High EQ, morning wood, spontaneous erections.. those are all good too.

Anyway, I'm mostly just hanging--so I go right up to the point of pain where it seems like too much weight, then I drop the weight. If we see I'm not gaining, I'm going to guess its because I'm not pushing enough. However, I am getting very dull pain during sets from stretching things out internally, and I can see my flaccid continues to grow longer, so anyway, I can tell I'm on track.

Really, with any PE workout, the key is the right level of fatigue to induce growth. As I mentioned earlier though, hanging fatigue is all I focus on. I don't know if it can be compared to any other form of PE. A lot of what Bib advocates with hanging is taught as completely wrong with other forms of PE.

I'm trying to do exactly what Bib says though, to see if it works for me. So far I am growing... but we will have to see long term. Honestly, unless I break my penis, I can't see how I could fail as long as I follow his advice...

Speaking of fatigue in terms of hanging, I'll write a few articles on it eventually. 2 out of 12 articles I'll write for hanging are just on fatigue. Unfortunately, it only applies to hanging, I don't know if it can be applied elsewhere.

                            • I'm still trying to master the knowledge of fatigue. I think I have a reasonable grasp on it, but like you, I also want to know more.

How does Fatigue Feel During My Workout?
I feel a mild pain, indicating I must reduce the weight; I get to the point where it seems dangerous to stay at my current weight, so I reduce it. I know I have reached fatigue when I can't do the same weight again in later sets. Sometimes I find I can do the same weight 2x sets in a row... that's how i know I'm not reaching fatigue (micro-tears).

In other words, I know I did some controlled damage when I have to reduce the weight. If I can keep doing the same weight, then I know I'm not creating much in terms of micro tears. When I do make micro-tears, my tissues seem to literally become weaker. That's what I call fatigue / that's how I understand it.

In other words, fatigue during my workout induces me to reduce the weight and I am literally unable to do that level of weight anymore. Maybe I could, but I feel pain & I would risk an injury if I kept going. Usually, I have to keep reducing my weight until at the end of my workout I am using fairly low weight (or weight that feels 'light' to me).

How Does Fatigue Feel After My Workout?
For me at least, fatigue is a very mild soreness that usually goes away within 20 minutes of my workout ending. Rarely it will last until I go to sleep, but its always gone by the next morning. I have never had fatigue last more than 1 day. In fact, if I split my hanging sets 12 hours apart, I'm usually at least 80% healed by my next set! However, if I don't split my sets far enough apart, I notice I'm not healed enough & can't do much weight.

                              • If I can heal 100% in 12 hours, I figure I must not be doing too much damage; so I believe that must be a micro tear.

I know Bib was doing more damage to himself. Sometimes he couldn't go back to his max weight for months at a time. I have had fears about pushing that hard. However, if I find I am not reaching my goals, I will slowly push things farther to see what happens.
