    I also got hit I lost 2 days worth of data in my PROGRESS LOG. Luckily I didn't lose my whole log that would be horrible.

    How many people lost thier posts??? This was around 6:00 PM when I logged one .

    • I lost about 80 posts, and two articles. One article is backed up, but the other is gone for good. I guess the only people that might suffer are those who could have benefited from the additional information.

        • Honestly, it's working--way better than expected. It's hard to believe... homeopathic vs processed... the natural version is superior, but way harder to get...

          My wife is quite supportive too--that's making a huge difference. I just have to keep PE in balance & not out of balance with the rest of my life. She's not happy that I spent so much time lately on PE, but honestly, I think I have new direction, and a clearer picture of everything. My forum post count will probably slow down, but I'll keep pumping out some articles. I've written 3x hanging articles with 8x more to go for the PEgym article or guides section. All 11x hanging articles will be a complete guide. Really more of the same vs. hanging 101, but it will included stuff from my hanging tips article which got wiped out... which I still might post again.

          • I made one new entry but stuck it in my 'history' post... I call it, "How PE Saved My Penis". Let's just say I wasn't prepared for a few 100% erect bends....

              5x sets @ 20m each, 8.5lbs max

              1x set 7lbs (started @5lbs, added 2lbs after a few minutes)
              2x set 7.5lbs
              3x set 8.5lbs, dropped to 7lbs with 4m left (felt lig stretch finally @ this weight)
              4x set 7lbs (odd but 5lbs hurt standing straight up)
              5x set 7lbs, drop to 6.5lbs

              Did 2x warm-ups during my set, 20m before & 20m after

                I bought my bibstarter hanger about 2 weeks ago. After a while of manual PE I will deff have alot of questions for you when hanging starts.

                Keep those awesome articles coming.

                  I've been happy with my Bib starter, I don't think I'll ever use another hanger.

                    Man, oh man, blink. You have done all this wonderful work and then you lost some. I feel so bad for you! I wish I could help out somehow. You are right that the new people hanging are the ones who will lose the most here. I have lost writing that I have done in the past and if it's not backed up, it never comes out quite the same.

                    I totally understand your frustration. God love you! Keep up the good work, man! You are respected and admired by many here, including the mods.

                      About the writing; it was mostly a detailed explanation of why ligaments should be targeted first by hangers, before going for the Tunica (with some anatomy explained). It's something I can learn better myself anyway, so someday if I ever get a better grasp on the topic I'll write a better version.

                      • Routine:
                        1x set 5lbs (split set)

                        I am feeling pretty sore -- but it seems only skin deep. Hopefully I'll have some EVO oil soon. I think it will help with light jelqs & recovery.

                        The extra really light set is just to hopefully maximize gains.

                          • An inability to gain length, or experience and the desire to gain more length faster....

                            That combined with enough free time & privacy to do it, or multi-task it into the day.

                            Hanging is a big commitment, and it requires a lot. But it also pays off...

                            • Well I'm still in the begining stages of PE next year I'm getting the Lengthmaster for me.
                              I like the lengthmaster because it is all length that is what I'm aiming for.

                                Devices can definitely take the forces exerted on your penis (length work) to the next level, whether its a hanger, extender, or that length-master.

                                I don't know much about the length-master. I actually learned about hanging before I learned about the rest of PE, & it was always my goal to do hanging for length.
