    PVC Hump Clamps: (all focused(tug warm up)(wrapped with ??" of doubled up 2" Ace Bandage)(pre-wrapped with elastic material)
    ***10 min tug warm up
    7 min(at BASE)
    ***(wrap on)rest about 3-5 minutes
    7 min(at BASE, massaged way end a little bit)
    ***full out masturbation with FL, dammit
    note: computer is fried, didnt get to use porn
    note: this PVC version seems good

    Several Hours Later:

      ***tugging for circulation, noticed angle ring jelqs are a good circulator
      note: manually resisted turtling for about 15 minutes after
      note: didnt jerk it
      note: slight tinging on left side of shaft, not sure if a normal person would call it pain, nonetheless, avoiding clamping for 2 days

        Head Squeezes:

        note: felt good to do slinkys at low pressure, allowed for a better bend and makes it more of a slinky than a bent squeeze

          note: made it too tight to make upfor the fact that i was only getting mediocre boners; but still apparantly ended up with enough pressure to make lots of red dots.

              SECOND ATTEMPT AT A MID-MONTH TEST:

              note: both measurements were close calls. nonetheless, I'm teetering on the brink of some new records!
              note: as this was 2 days away from the last time i did any PE I'm not attributing it to temp gains.

              note: didnt jerk it, almost did though. saved it because my GF was coming over later.
              note: can cold water assist me in resisting the urge to jerk?

                    note: took a bunch of pictures of my dong before and after. i realized from certain angles it can look pretty dangerous lol

                    note: realized a new grip for getting right to the base, my hands are strong enough that i can pretty much use a pinching motion to seal off the extreme base for these
                    note: right after clamping, doing these light is great
                    Flacid Base Compressions:
                    1 min
                    note: just a test drive on the exercise, it has potential

                            note: no clue why the clamping is getting so tight... maybe its because as the ace bandage wears out it goes around more times? maybe i'm getting thicker at the base at abnormal rates? maybe i accidentally picked up a different piece of ace bandage that was longer?

                              note: again. clamping was really tight at only 3 clicks, not sure why.

                              note: doing short sets where i clamp down hard right away seems great. maybe i will think of it as matching the EXPANSION, rather than the pressure. kinda the way a hanger will start heavy then taper the weight. i think i will clamp hard and fast the first set, then let off and keep the ircumference up with a lightened amount of tightness.
