5 min (no breaks)(1 notch looser than normal)(kegeling lightly)
      *edging about 5 minutes (c.c.g.)

5 min (no breaks)(1 notch looser than normal)(kegeling lightly)(used edge of chair to force more blood in)
      *edging about 5 minutes (c.c.g.)
      5 min (no breaks)(normal tightness)(kegeling lightly)
      *edging about 5 minutes (c.c.g.)
      *finished up manually w/c.c.g.
note: scarce petitichea around bottom couple inches
note: this simple, kegel focused method is worth repeating

              (04/09/07)

              PI notes: (for the morning)
doing good, pretty active, big flacid

              Clamping: (NON base/NON head focused)(HOT w-u, wrapped w/ necktie)
5 min (no breaks)(1 notch loose for first half)(kegeling lightly)(slight manual)
              *edging about 5 minutes (c.c.g.)
5 min (no breaks)(kegeling)(extra manual pressure)
              *edging about 5 minutes (c.c.g.)
note: kegeling works madness for clamping
note: full sheet of tiny petichea already, just 2 sets. i tried to go light because it's a monday, and i ended up with more dots than normal lol.

                          April 15th

                          (04/15/07)

Girth at thickest point: 5.5000 (sat at edge of chair)
Girth at thinest point: 5.1875 (sat at edge of chair)
                          Bone Pressed Length: 6.75
                          Estimated volume: 15.3386

First half of April notes: even with having lost a little bit of length this is still a record volume estimate. it's possible that the method of measuring at the edge of a chair contributede some of the difference... but im still going to be happy. since you want to be bigger, going with the measuring method that makes you biggest in the moment will usually be the most accurate.

                          Clamping: (NON base/NON head focused)(HOT w-u, wrapped w/ necktie)
5 min (no breaks)(1 notch loose for first half)(kegeling lightly)(slight manual)
                          *edging about 5 minutes (n.g.)
5 min (no breaks)(kegeling)(edge of chair used)
                          *finished up w/ normal grip
note: wasnt too into the clamping, not sure why. wasnt bad though

                            beaver,

Did you lose some size (relative to your first post)?

Ups and downs, but mostly ups

no, not really. there was one two-week period where i regressed; but other than that i seem to be doing good. I also recently just measured in at having lost 1/8" of length, but im really only concerned with girth until i get around 6.00 peak girth. overall I'm still doing good.

a little tired, but not doing bad. seems like the energy is building back up again.

                                General note:
i think i will do this entire month regular clamping with no L-Arginine, then next month change only the L-Arginine intake.
