      PI notes: big flacids mostly, fair amount of random boners.

          it seems like im growing. i blew my gfs mind yesterday and im wondering if its in part because of the slight girth increases im going through now. however i was finding it hard to cum, not sure if my penis is getting too much abuse.

            woke up with what i think was unusually thick morning wood. also, the firt have of the day i was getting a good amount of random boners

              note: noticed that bringing it towards a higher angle seems to increase pressure and make it spread more evenly.
              note: i made it a little over 5.625 in peak girth during these

              note: by wall fucks i mean making a ring about an inch from the tip and squeezing and pushing up against the ring.

              i think the 24th will be my last workout for the month, my gf will be visiting me on the 26th-27th. i may do it on the 27th then measure on the 1st still or something. dunno.

                last nights workout seemed so good because of just how swolen up it was, but today i havent been getting as much random boners as normal. no discomfort, but perhaps i need to resist the urge to go more intense even when it feels like its doing more.

                      last night when i layed down to go to bed my penis was rediculously turtled, i definitly over did it on the intensity the past two workouts. for now the plan is to let it repair itself and take an extended recovery break. if i dont get too antsy to start working again, i will take 2 weeks off. i figure i should just let my dick be a dick for a little while.

                        last night it seemed to work fine with my girlfriend even though it showed signs of being over stressed. only once last night and once this morning though, which is a little on the infrequent side for a visit between us. i think i am still antsy to keep training though. i will just spend then next two weeks on some light/medium manual girth work when i take showers or maybe in the room.

                        Two Week Plan: (first half of march)
                        i will focus mainly on the base and the head in manual workouts and for the next two weeks i wont masturbate once.

                        Two Week Plan: (second half of march)
                        i will get back into clamping, but will add sets or only moderate pressure when i feel that i should/can be doing more.

                          Jan-Feb comparison: the max girth increase in feb, matches that of jan. the volume increase was much lower though because no hanging. (no length/base girth benefits from hanging) also, much less L-A and Kegels.

                          Number of manual workouts: 2 (8 in january)
                          Minutes spent clamped: 145 minutes (78 in january)
                          Minutes spent hanging: 0 minutes (347 in january)
                          Hours with golf weights: 1 hour (0 in january)
                          Number of kegel workouts: 1 (4 in january)
                          Total amount L-Arginine: 15 g (75g in january)

                          February clamping lessons: don’t over do it with wall fuck clamps (got me turtled for 2 days), end with cold splash more, higher angle clamping is a good changeup (note when this is done), standing and moving seems to help blood flow in,

                              thanks remek! i think if i really go and make it a science where i always keep track of the details i'll do way better. for a long time i've had the habbit of changing like 10 variables at a time and not really keeping specific in my training.
