    PI notes:
    woke up with a pretty badass boner, i drank last night and for some reason i tend to get better morning woods after drinking. nonetheless i still think its a good sign for the workout i did.

    Manual Workout:
    10 min reverse base jelk (normal grip seems a little better than overhand)
    10 min head concentrated (wow/oops, i made a tiny bit of blood come out of the very tip of my penis on these.)
    10 min of edging (NOT PART OF THE PLAN, but i did it to reasure myself that my penis was still working)
    note: the tiny amount of bloods pretty freaky, but the erection after this workout was bafflingly intense. if i would have shot it would have gone miles.

    Kegels
    slight workout, lots of quick contractions

    10g of L-Arginine

        Manual Workout:
        10 min head concentrated (seemed good)
        15 min reverse base jelk
        note: not sure, but i think changing the order between the two movements isnt as good. finishing with the head stuff seemed better. also, no startling mishaps this time.

            note: in principle i mean to stay away from edging in addition to not ejaculating, but it really helps to get all the tissues relaxed and circulating smooth again. so i will continue this practice to some extent.
            note: im a little concerned that the way im doing the head focused exercises may increase my length. if theres any sign of a length increase at mid month i will modify the exercise.
            note: i had a pretty sweet looking flacid in the mirror right after this, catching up my base and head to my mid-girth will make a big difference in my look.
            note: had a petichae or two on my head after this

                      first half of march was nothing more than a useful learning experience.

                      Girth at thickest point: 5.375
                      Girth at thinest point: 5.0625
                      Bone Pressed Length: 6.5
                      estimated volume: 13.9194

                      first half of march conclusions: there is no point in trying to use manual exercises to make up the difference in my different areas of girth. i either just had a real bad day to measure, or these 2 weeks had sent me back noticably by getting rid of my temp gains. in either case i will stick to clamping as long as it keeps bringing me results.

                      new ideas for catching up base (or head) girth someday
                      1) clamping with a part of a TP tube around my mid girth
                      2) using two clamps, at extreme base and mid girth, pushing them towards eachother
                      3) clamping 1-2 inches from the end (head)
