    thanks for the extra warning bill, i'm going to try to be real careful. i've had an experience with that vein in the past and it was not fun. if i'm still keeping up with a hanging regimen, and doing aa few manual workouts here and there, should i wait more than every other day in between clamping workouts?

      5x20min (SD) (ended fairly normal)
      note: i think i was actually my skin, but i felt like i wasnt rested enough for more.

        Clamping: (HOT warm up, wrapped 3 layers w/ necktie)
        8 min (opened and massaged twice)
        8 min (opened and massaged once)
        note: felt good, i think i was measuring in at 5.6ish mid girth for a moment during this.

        Goal Update: i got lucky and a conversation came up with my girlfriend regarding size. it was a reference to a conversation she had with a friend. now i know for sure that extra length wouldnt improve sex for her. she worded it that “Length is pointless and stupid.” (meaning above average length) so since i already reach the end of her and have to be careful i will focus only on girth now.

          Good luck with the girth. You girlfriend's opinion isn't too far from the opinion of many women (especially when you have an above average girth).

            no PE today, i wasnt sure if i should or not. i think i have worked out my new routine a bit more specifically though. it will be 2 on 2 off, 1st day clamping focused, 2nd day manual exercise focused. always focusing on girth.

            and as usual, plans to see the girlfriend will always interrupt the schedule, so i will keep it somewhat variable and try to work around visits.

              note: felt good, measured in slightly above 5.5 girth while clamped.

              Golf Weights:
              3 rings for about an hour, right after clamping.

              Pull Back Kegels:
              50 quick burst pull downs
              10-10 second pull left
              10-10 second pull right
              5-20 second pull downs

                Results From January!

                PI notes:
                the day after the last time i clamped, i had no morning wood, but i was waking up very early so i was hardly rested. after i had a big, comfortable softy the couple days after too. so i blame the lack of morning wood mostly on the sleep deprivation. especially cause i just hit 3 new personal records in my measurements!

                Girth at thickest point: 5.4375
                Girth at thinest point: 5.0625
                Bone Pressed Length: 6.875
                estimated volume: 15.0796

                Number of manual workouts: 8
                Minutes spent clamped: 78 minutes
                Minutes spent hanging: 347 minutes
                Number of kegel workouts: 4
                Total amount L-Arginine: 75g

                wow, thats an overall volume increase of .759 in one fucking month!! i guess it was really time for me to step it up from manual exercises. lol, im almost sad that more length wont be best for my girlfriend...

                also tried to measure head girth, this seems a little complicated to get consistent, and i wont factor it into my "average girth" for my volume measurement, but i want to improve it.

                Girth around head: 5.0000

                wow, awesome day for me. i will probably clamp later.

                  note: seemed good, the vein was visible, but not in an unusual way. blueish coloring was minimal. also, i used lube and touched myself a little during this, i dont think doing that again is necessary. it might make me be less careful.

                        on the 4th i kept getting raging boners without much good reason, it was nuts.
                        on the 5th everything was pretty normal.

                          20-30 second cold soak
                          note: seemed just right. nothing undesireable that i could tell.
                          note: first time with cold finish, not sure what i think of it.
                          note: holding it to the base seems the way to go since my base girth is behind.
                          note: gently massaged/squeezed while clamped, seemed to improve effect.

                          M:
                          one hour after clamping, slight bend to right to cancel out natural curve.

                            manual squeeze/uli workout:
                            focused on head and base as much as possible
                            20-30 second cold soak
                            notes: quick but intense. had some little red dots on the sides of the shaft. (moreso on the left side) i think i am growing to like the quick cold soak at the end, really gets the circulation up.

                              note: noticed a few of the small red dots. im thinking that the thing to do may be longer or more sets but more frequent releasing and massaging. cause i seem to go back to perfect within 20 seconds of releasing.

                              also, emanresu got me debating the idea of just clamping for a while, then just doing manual for a while etc. he had real good gains and there is some decent ideas i can think of behind it. hmmm.
