thanks for the extra warning bill, i'm going to try to be real careful. i've had an experience with that vein in the past and it was not fun. if i'm still keeping up with a hanging regimen, and doing aa few manual workouts here and there, should i wait more than every other day in between clamping workouts?

Goal Update: i got lucky and a conversation came up with my girlfriend regarding size. it was a reference to a conversation she had with a friend. now i know for sure that extra length wouldnt improve sex for her. she worded it that “Length is pointless and stupid.” (meaning above average length) so since i already reach the end of her and have to be careful i will focus only on girth now.
no PE today, i wasnt sure if i should or not. i think i have worked out my new routine a bit more specifically though. it will be 2 on 2 off, 1st day clamping focused, 2nd day manual exercise focused. always focusing on girth.
and as usual, plans to see the girlfriend will always interrupt the schedule, so i will keep it somewhat variable and try to work around visits.
PI notes:
the day after the last time i clamped, i had no morning wood, but i was waking up very early so i was hardly rested. after i had a big, comfortable softy the couple days after too. so i blame the lack of morning wood mostly on the sleep deprivation. especially cause i just hit 3 new personal records in my measurements!

wow, thats an overall volume increase of .759 in one fucking month!! i guess it was really time for me to step it up from manual exercises. lol, im almost sad that more length wont be best for my girlfriend...
also tried to measure head girth, this seems a little complicated to get consistent, and i wont factor it into my "average girth" for my volume measurement, but i want to improve it.

note: seemed good, the vein was visible, but not in an unusual way. blueish coloring was minimal. also, i used lube and touched myself a little during this, i dont think doing that again is necessary. it might make me be less careful.

notes: quick but intense. had some little red dots on the sides of the shaft. (moreso on the left side) i think i am growing to like the quick cold soak at the end, really gets the circulation up.

also, emanresu got me debating the idea of just clamping for a while, then just doing manual for a while etc. he had real good gains and there is some decent ideas i can think of behind it. hmmm.
