      Clamping: (HOT w-u, wrapped w/ necktie, held to extreme base)
      10 min (opened once)(*slight extra pressure added by fingers)
      6 min (no mid way openings)(*slight extra pressure added by fingers)
      6 min (no mid way openings)(*slight extra pressure added by fingers)(tilted clamp axis to the right)
      note: good way to go, during the shorter sets i can really just get to a maximum size, keep it that way for a few minutes, and then let the thing rest. i may switch to 4 sets of 5 or 6 now.
      note: measured AFTER clamping, got 5.5@mid and 5.25@base
      note: tilting clamp axis to the right seemed to stress left chamber better and feel more comfortable.

      10g of L-Arginine
      100mg of Zinc

          note: i think shorter sets are here to stay, very good pressure on these.
          note: i think i need to spend the whole next two weeks with the clamp flipped around so the clicking part is to the left.
          note: just the faintest hint of red dots afterwards (towards the base) on these.

          10g of L-Arginine
          100mg of Zinc

                  tired, few boners, no discomfort. even though with clamping its easy to increase the pressure indefinitly, i need to practice keeping the extra pressure only slight.

                      PI notes:
                      feeling good, less random boners than normal, but i havent been taking any L-Arginine.

                      Girth at thickest point: 5.4375
                      Girth at thinest point: 5.125
                      Bone Pressed Length: 6.875
                      estimated volume: 15.2594

                      FL (after test)

                      .0000 added this month
                      .9388 added this year
                      Feb-Mar comparison: as base girth is my weakpoint i dont look at this month as a failure because i creeped up a little on that. however, i think most of those gains were done in the clamping part of the month. (hard to tell because the mid month measurement was with a mediocre boner)

                      Number of manual workouts: 8 (vs. 8 and 2)
                      Minutes spent clamped: 122 (vs. 78 and 145)
                      Minutes spent hanging: 0 (vs. 347 and 0)
                      Hours with golf weights: 0 (vs. 0 and 1)
                      Number of kegel workouts: 5 (vs. 4 and 1)
                      Total amount L-Arginine: 90g (vs. 75g and 15g)

                      March clamping lessons: 5 minute sets seem optimal for now. edging in between sets, even for a considerable while REALLY seems to add to the amount i can do without any signs to back off.

                        *edging about 5 minutes

                        *finished up manually w/curve correcting grip
                        note: mid workout edging is rejuvenating and fun. very good.
                        note: wicked mid girth pump

                        2 week plan: 5 minute sets of clamping, with edging mixed in. will clamp with mid girth in mind. will M or FL basically whenever, as long as M is w/curve correcting grip. squeeze kegels when i know i will commit to them. L-A when its convenient.
