    • Another good workout today.

      18 minute warm up
      10 minutes stretching with hellis and big circles
      25 OK jelqs
      25 Uli V jelqs
      30 minutes edging with 50 BC kegels and a bit of normal kegels (I threw in some Uli's)

      The whole workout felt great today and I'm guessing I'll have a great hang till friday.

                            I had a lot of extra time cuz I was doing it at like 1 am haha. I pretty much did my whole routine laying down in bed and then got up to wash off the lube and heat up the rice sock for the warm down! Then I fell asleep doing bed fowfers
