    • Here's a huge dissapointment.

      Lately I've been seeing that my girth is starting to look thicker and I kinda broke my ruler last night and took early measurements. Turns out that I have not gained anything in girth. I actually might've even lost some. I was barely over 5 for my EG and my BPEL wasn't going over 7.3-7.4. I don't know how I could've lost so much but I'm going to message Kingpole about it and see what he says.

      • So I've decided to take a break from KP's routine and kinda go back to my own thing. I did this on moday and tuesday.

        20 minute warm up
        10 minutes stretching
        10 minutes OK jelqs
        5 minutes V jelqs
        30 minutes edging

        I just don't think that KP's routine was doing much for me especially since I had lost gains. Hopefully by halloween my measurments will go up.

            18 minute warm up
            10 minutes stretching
            10 minutes OK jelqs
            5 minutes V jelqs
            40 minutes edging

            The explosion at the end was freaking huge LOL. Good workout tonight!! Hanging out with my girlfriend tomorrow

            • After my rest day I did a short routine last night.

              20 minutes warm up
              5 minutes stretching
              7 minutes jelqing
              25 minutes edging with 5 short Uli's mixed in

              I got this new lotion but it sucks. It's scented which I don't like and it my my skin really tough. I'm going to try to return it today.

              • I was able to return the lotion i nought and i traded it in for this Aveeno stuff and it works great and my dick feels very moisturized afterwards.

                Also, for the first time in I think ever, I masturabated pretty close to starting my routine and I think that increased the intensity of my workouts. I felt a lot of pressure during my jelqs and short edging session and it really felt like my penis was expanding to it's MAX!

                15 minute warm up
                8 minutes stretching
                10 minutes jelq
                5 minutes V jelq
                20 minutes edging

                  I'm thinking about going for a third day straight and then taking 2 days off but I'm still thinking about my options. If I do my routine tonight, I won't ejaculate...maybe

                      • I ended up doing a workout last night

                        20 minute warm up
                        50 side to side stretches
                        15 minutes OK jelqs
                        5, 20 second horse squeezes (very light)
                        2, 45 second Uli's (very light)
                        25 minutes of ballooning

                        I'm definitely taking a rest day today since last night was mostly girth and I don't want to overtrain. Very solid workout though and I'm proud of myself for holding back ejaculation!!!! BAM!
