      • Had a great conversation last night followed by a good workout!

        20 minute warm up
        3 minutes stretching
        50 side to side stretches
        15 minutes OK jelq
        3, 20 second horse squeezes
        2, 30 second Uli's
        10 minutes edging atleast...I was really tired
        I washed of the lube and then warmed down as I fell asleep

        I'm really liking this routine. I'll probably try to do it 2-3 times a week and switch back and forth with routines.

          Well I increased warm up and warm down sessions. Totally they last around 20 minutes (in the past 3-4 minutes for warm up and 2-3 for warm down). Yeah it helps much more.

            Seems like a pretty solid routine, Nice job!

            Current Girth: 5 inches


            Short Term Goal:
            Length: 7.25 inches
            Girth: 5.25 inches

            Long Term Goal:
            Length: 8 inches
            Girth: 6 inches

              23 minute warm up

              10 minutes OK jelqing
              5 minutes Uli V jelqs
              26 minutes edging with 3, 45 second Uli's

              I used porn for my routine tonight I rarely do that but I just felt like it tonight. Great workout!

                    • Great workout tonight. Still trying to keep switching things up.

                      20 minute warm up
                      10 minutes of random stretches
                      60 side to side stretches
                      6 minute rewarm up
                      10 minutes OK jelq
                      5 minutes Uli V jelq
                      25 minutes edging with 3 Uli horse squeezes. (20 seconds holding Uli, then straight to a 15 second horse squeeze)

                      I'm going to keep trying to switch things up in my routine so I never do the same routine over and over and over again. They'll still be pretty similar though.

                        • I though I posted my routine from earlier but I guess I forgot! This was down at about 1:45 pm

                          15 minute warm up
                          3 bundled stretches. 1.5 minutes(SD), 1 minute(SO), 45 seconds(SO). Big circles after each.
                          10 minutes OK Jelq
                          5 minutes Uli Vjelq
                          5 Uli's. (1) 1 minute, (2) 45 seconds, (2) 30 seconds
                          10 minutes edging (didn't feel like edging till tonight)
                          15 minute warm down
                          50 side to side stretches

                          This was a very productive day!!!!

                          • Also, I used my rice sock tonight for close to 20 minutes and then edged for nearly 40!!! I really enjoyed looking at my dong at it's biggest
