  • 18/3/12 Day off.

    Complete day off meaning no edging. Just light stretches a few times. Shower warm up too. I have taken my green tea with ginger, L-arginine and ginkgo biloba pills.

    Feeling good.

        • Yesterdays routine 19/3/12

          Routine

          Warm up 15 mins
          Jelqs 12 mins in total - consisted of...
          Normal Jelqs 10 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 9 mins, 30-40% for 1 mins. Kegels + RK
          Curling - 2 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
          V-Jelqs - 2 mins
          Downward V-Jejqs - 6 mins
          3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
          Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
          Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
          Mandingo stretches - 2 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull back)
          Bundled stretch - 1 each way held for 90 seconds.
          Also mini breaks to shake.
          Squeezes - x None
          Edge 30 mins
          Warm down 15 mins

          3 hours later - Sex (edging) for 1 hour. Did pop!

          After thoughs


          Slightly lighter workout today but felt really good after it! Flaccid was huge and hanging low. Focused more on my downward V-Jelqs, these are my most favorite exercise and i don't plan on giving them up. Really feel like they will eventually help make my base and including the inch above even thicker. Since i have been doing normal V-Jelqs i have already seen a difference, so these should marry in perfect with them.

                  • Wow 9 hours shopping with my girl... I'm so tired now, what a leg workout!

                    Had alot of bathroom breaks so that I could stretch my buddy out. Nothing gets in the way of PE! NOTHING!

                    • Gymboi, first of all congrats on the gains. Well done. Had a question for you - I see that you started your PEing with stretches first, then followed with jelqs. Seems pretty standard. Now it looks like you have reversed and do jelqs, then stretches. I'm just wondering why you changed it up? I'm sure it's somewhere in your log, but I couldn't find it and didn't feel like digging through the whole log! Appreciate any insight.

                      • Thanks a lot Pezz! I changed jelqs around with stretches to basically keep my penis confused, i like this way of training and feel like it works for me personally. I will change it around again in a few months.

                            • Hey TA, its actually September to march. What worked for me.

                              Ulis (squeezes) after 3 months. Never overdid these because they are pretty dangerous. Then i added v-jelqs into my routine from the forth month. Ireally feel that leaving these out at the beginning and introducing them later on worked amazing for me. I didn't like them to begin with but now i would never leave them out. Rest too and having complete days off meaning no edging. Super slow jelqs are effective too!
