Right now my one girth-specific exercise is the Big Al squeeze. I add reps at a rate of one rep every other session. Hold each one for 5 seconds. They create good expansion when done at the right erection level.
I suspect that v-jelqs are helping the base of my CS, too.
I'm forcing myself not to measure until late April!I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

I just read your log, GymBoi!! All for Eva!! Whoohooo!! Over these months, you have practiced the progression approach, and then less is more. This is good. You keep shocking/confusing your penis with new approaches, such as reversing the stretch then jelq. Those long edging sessions, whether with your girlfriend or alone help complete the picture. I LOVE your routine. I've practiced most of it through the years.
Congrats on joining the "cookie group." He, he. You are INDEED an inspiration to us all. I predict you'll hit 7" x 6" before long. No more complaints from the girlfriend?
I've been laid up with eye surgery for the past three months, so I have lost a little length and girth. I'm sure it is temporary.

Warm up 15 mins
Jelqs 13 mins in total - consisted of...
Normal Jelqs 11 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 10 mins, 30-40% for 1 mins. Kegels + RK
Curling - 2 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
V-Jelqs - 3 mins
Downward V-Jejqs - 3 mins
3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
Mandingo stretches - 3 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull back)
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes - x 1 held for 90 seconds
Edge 25 mins
Warm down 15 mins

The GF still complains but whats new eh? haha. At the end of the day i am really happy with what i have but i will still aim for 7x6. If i didn't gain after that, then it's fine with me.

31/3/12 and 01/4/12 Both days off.
Really like having the weekend off, i feel it works so well for me. Light stretches and a whole lot of sex though so it wasn't exaxctly fully resting lol. Workout tomorrow!!
First of the month!
Stats have stayed the same by the way. Length hit an all time record of just over 7" (7.1-7.2) but i have not claimed this because i only hit it twice during this last week. If i hit it more often over the next month to the point where it is pretty much everytime, then i will claim it. On another note, i am hitting 7" 100% of the time now!! That is a goal in it's self.
