      My pride and joy would be my 16.5" ripped arms, they turn alot of heads when i am in my T-Shirts hehe.

      The rest..lets see. Latest chest measurement is 46", like you i never realy developed it that much but it was always strong. I figured it is my weakness but it is slowly getting there. Waist 32". It was 34" but i have ripped down again and now have a really ice V look to my body. Big lats too. I always oved pretty heavy weights too, that was my goal, to go beyond what was achiveable. Holiday/summer goal is to go down to 13 Stone (which will be hard because i am already pretty ripped). I feel better when i am light.

      Work is getting in the way of it recently though plus injuries on my back. I am thinking of taking a longish break from it after my short term goals.

          • Those are some pretty decent stats...I would love to get back to where i used to be size wise, but i'm doing it the smarter way this time around...I was young and dumb and caused injuries on myself...This time it's slow and steady....and intense

                If only we had an old head on young shoulders back then... oh well, we learn from our mistakes i guess. Just a shame that the lesson is sometimes constant pain or a constant injury..

                      It means I injured my back doing deadlifts about 6 months ago, weight was over 200kg I think which is like more than 440 lbs. funny thing was in felt fine after it, it only hit me a week later. The pain comes back really bad sometimes... Like right now.

                      I will just have to take it easy me thinks. Gives me more time to PE though lol

                              Routine

                              Warm up 20 mins
                              Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
                              Normal Jelqs 12 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 12 mins, 30-40% for 0 mins. Kegels + RK
                              Curling - 3 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
                              V-Jelqs - 3 mins
                              Downward V-Jejqs - 4 mins
                              3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
                              Stretches 20+ mins - consisted of...
                              Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
                              Mandingo stretches - 2 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull back)
                              Bundled stretch - 1 each way held for 90 seconds.
                              Also mini breaks to shake.
                              Squeezes - x None
                              Edge 30 mins
                              Warm down 15 mins

                              Fowfers 15 mins with breaks.

                              After thoughs

                              Nice and fresh for my routine. Kept it simple and it went really well.
