          • Yesterdays workout 4/3/12

            Routine

            Warm up 15 mins
            Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
            Normal Jelqs 10 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 5 mins, 30-40% for 5 mins. Kegels + RK
            Curling - 5 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
            V-Jelqs - 5 mins
            3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
            Stretches 18 mins - consisted of...
            Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
            Mandingo stretches - 2 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull)
            New stretch x 2 (kind of a flaccid bend stretch) Feels good. Held for 90 seconds
            Also mini breaks to shake.
            Squeezes - x None
            Edge 30 mins- with kegels + RK
            Didn't pop.
            Warm down 15 mins

            After thoughs

            Good routine last night, simple is sometimes the best. Todays workout to be posted later.

              Really good workout tonight, felt big while doing it. Might do a third day on tomorrow seeing as i have had two pretty simple routines. We will see.

                  It's L- arginine i take. You can get it from any herbal shop, i can't remember how much they where (there was a deal on i think) but they are lasting me ages!

                          Day off.

                          Stretched lightly when i woke up and a few times through the day. Also warmed up for 15 minutes and lightly massaged.

                          Have taken my green tea with ginger and honey, may have a second one later. Also have taken my L-arginine capsule and Ginkgo Biloba leaf pill.

                          I hate days off!! I WANT TO TRIAN MY PENIS!!!!

                            • Larger flaccid - Oh yes
                            • Morning wood is good - between 8 -10 EQ - Super duper hard.
                            • Erection Quality is good - 8 - 10 EQ.
                            • Extremely easy to get an erection.
                            • Normal size is excellent - Bigger if anything.
                            • Horny as hell!
                            Negative PIs
                            • No pain at all and not tired. - Feeling super!
                            • No decreased night/morning wood.
                            • No decreased hardness.
                            • No numbness.
                            • No discoloration - None at all - Never.
                            • No loss of size.




                            Great PIs for the two days. Less is more. I havn't done as much these last three days but it has done me good. Rotuine tomorrow!! I cannot wait!!
