Routine
Warm up 20 mins
Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
Normal Jelqs 13 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 8 mins, 30-40% for 5 mins. Kegels + RK
Curling - 2 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
V-Jelqs - 3 mins
Downward V-Jejqs - 3 mins
3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
Stretches 20+ mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
Mandingo stretches - 3 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull)
Bundled stretch - 2 each way held for 90 seconds.
New - Flaccid bend pulls x 2 held for 60 seconds each
Some STS Stretches
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes - x 1 held for 90 seconds
Edge 35 mins
Warm down 15 mins
After thoughs
Really looked forward to this routine after taking the weekend off...I loved it!! It went by fast but i have another one to look foward to tomorrow.
I have started to add some downward V-Jelqs (basically upside down v) to help with the base width abit more. I really like these exercises and i'm sure putting these with the others i already do means i'm on to a winner. I will let you all know how i get on.
