  • Todays workout 12/3/12

    Routine

    Warm up 20 mins
    Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
    Normal Jelqs 13 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 8 mins, 30-40% for 5 mins. Kegels + RK
    Curling - 2 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
    V-Jelqs - 3 mins
    Downward V-Jejqs - 3 mins
    3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
    Stretches 20+ mins - consisted of...
    Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
    Mandingo stretches - 3 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull)
    Bundled stretch - 2 each way held for 90 seconds.
    New - Flaccid bend pulls x 2 held for 60 seconds each
    Some STS Stretches
    Also mini breaks to shake.
    Squeezes - x 1 held for 90 seconds
    Edge 35 mins
    Warm down 15 mins

    After thoughs

    Really looked forward to this routine after taking the weekend off...I loved it!! It went by fast but i have another one to look foward to tomorrow.

    I have started to add some downward V-Jelqs (basically upside down v) to help with the base width abit more. I really like these exercises and i'm sure putting these with the others i already do means i'm on to a winner. I will let you all know how i get on.

I cant remember why but for whatever reason i gave it up for around 6 months....

      I started PE for a second time on 21/9/2011 with stats of BPEL 6.0 x EG 5.2. I was so happy i hadnt lost any size but instead had gained a tiny bit! I started from scratch with the JP routine but with a slightly different approach to it this time. Long story short i measured on 1/12/2011 with stats of BPEL 6.5 x EG 5.5!!!!!!! I was ecstatic! (so was my girlfriend hehe) It felt like a grow spurt for the second time!

      I completed 3 months on 21/12/2011 and measured again..... im not tellin ya what it was until the new year just to make sure, but believe me its goood
      So thats all i have done upto today. Now to show you my routine. Keep in mind it changed slowly and became longer over time so PLEASE newbies DONT try this!!!! I add minutes to it over the weeks and it changes alot depending on how my penis feels each time i work it out!

      Up to date routine.

      Warm up 15-20 mins (flax seed sock)
      Stretch 30-35 mins - in all directions and held for the appropriate time i feel is right for me (including Twisted Pulls or Bundles)
      Second warm up 10 mins
      Jelqs 30 mins - including side jelqs and in all directions i.e U,D,SO,L,R and corners (kegels whilst doing them)
      Squeezes - I Squeeze the base of my penis and slowly move my grip toward the glans (usually 5-10 times)
      Edge - 1-2 hours (or sex without cumming...my girl friend is very understaning i have to say )
      Warm down - keep the socks on my penis until they loose heat ( making sure not to warm my nuts up!)

      So thats basically it. Just so you no it began ALOT more simple at the beginning haha. I have probably forgot to mention something so if you have a question please ask. Thanks for reading and feel free to follow along with my progress. Its going to be an interesting journey.
      Do you do the squeezes while erect? Also do you kegel during jelqs or between reps?

        i know food won't help the growth lol but was wondering some have chemicals that may help blood flow etc

          L-Arginine and Omega 3 fish oils help for circulation Also JonPop recommends B-Complex

                  I should of been abit more presice in the explanation. This is more of an Uli now. It is done around 90-100% erect (i aim for 100%) but extermely dangerous and not ment for beginners AT ALL. So don't do them if you havn't been training for at least 3-4 months or more. It just isn't worth getting injured!!!

                  I kegel during jelqs to get the perfect erection level and keep it at that. It takes alot of practice but when you can do it and have complete control, it is just amazing bro.

                    Good lol, some guys actually think eating loads will grow it, so i had to say it just in case.

                    L-arginine is good for bloodflow, just don't have too much. Too much of anything is bad.

                    • Man gymboi I have to say thanks for the advice and your log man. Im a month and a half into a consistent routine and I think I've gained .25'! I don't know if it was just eq after edging. But my wife did make the comment that I felt bigger! This was a huge confidence builder. I will take another measurement in a couple more weeks and find out for sure. But your deffenately right less is more in my case. I've takin a little time off and ready to hit it up again this week with a huge confidence boost. But I'm seeing consistant time on and off with edging is making a difference.... Keep up this awesome log bro!

                      • I'm also going to try these supplements... I know JonPop recommends them for the jp90 routine. So I'll see if these help hopefully in healing and resting time.
