          Yeah that's pretty much it, I bend it back onto itself (toward me) and then push down or away creating a pulling feeling at the base of my penis and like you said target the inner penis too. I feel this hits the tunica really well.

                • Todays workout 2/3/12

                  Routine

                  Warm up 15 mins
                  Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
                  Normal Jelqs 10 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 8 mins, 30-40% for 2 mins. Kegels + RK
                  Curling - 5 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
                  V-Jelqs - 6 mins
                  3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
                  Stretches 16 mins - consisted of...
                  Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
                  Mandingo stretches - 4 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull)
                  New stretch x 1 (still haven't got a name for it yet) Feels good. Held for 90 seconds
                  Also mini breaks to shake.
                  Squeezes - x None
                  Edge 25 mins- with kegels + RK (this was after completing the routine)
                  Didn't pop.
                  Warm down 15 mins

                  After thoughs

                  Basically the same as yesterday. Felt good and had a large flaccid at the end. All good.

                        Explanation

                        These are ment to be done to either side, i only do them toward myself because i am aiming to gain a bigger bend in my penis from it.

                        Ok grip just before your glans, palm facing away, i then like to close my hand around the head. Then twist your hand gently round so that your knuckles are facing you. Your penis is goes up then loops over into your hand. Your hand ends up on the side on your penis. These are considered to be really dangerous, but when done properly they are awesome for a different stretch. You just need to practice. Baby powder is really good with this.

                        That is the best i can explain it in words bro. If only you had a video to see how it is done...Hmmm where to find one???....I can't spell it out more than that lol

                          • A nice day off today. Well deserved if i do say so myself.

                            Still took my green tea with ginger and honey plus an L-arginine capsule. I have also started to take a 250mg Ginkgo leaf tablet a day.

                            Massaged lightly after a 15 minute warm up and did super light stretches throughout the day.

                              • Hey man, Ginkgo Biloba leaf (powder tablet) is basically on of the five G's which helps to get even stronger erections. I usually just take green tea with a ginger capsule broke into it and honey, plus an L-arginine capsule for circulation. I find these work really well on there own, so i am just seeing if this extra ingrediant makes it even better.
