Routine
Warm up 15 mins
Jelqs 20 mins in total - consisted of...
Normal Jelqs 16 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 12 mins, 30-40% for 4 mins. Kegels
Curling - 4 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels
V-Jelqs - 5 mins
3-5 second reps. Kegels
Stretches 15 mins - consisted of...
Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels (for better pull back)
Bundled stretches x 2 a side held for over a minute each.
Also mini breaks to shake.
Squeezes - none
Edge 30 mins - with kegels
Didn't pop.
15 mins warm down

Felt good yeterday.

It usually feels really tired after that but it was fine. I did mandingo stretches toward myself today for the first time, i'm focusing on my upward curve.
