      Hey man, keeping it simple, good form and super slow jelqs really helped me. Kegeling at the right time helped alot too. Girth comes pretty fast for me though, we are all different. I did uli's from time to time too. Not too many though!!!

      Pe is going good, still finding time to do it which is good! Wow congats man i'm proud of ya! I like your approach, add a little and in the end it will make all the difference. You are already doing so well just keep going no matter what!

      • Minor Setback.

        So i took last weekend off (scheduled) but then got hit by Gastric Flu! Due to that i took a third and forth day off. Believe me i tried to work out but i just couldnt, got about 5 minutes of jelqs and stretches in each day before i could do no more. Just about getting over it now.

        So that makes 2-3/4/12 days off (not counting the mini sessions i got in). Wednesday and Thursday i worked out.

        4/4/12

        Routine

        Warm up 20 mins
        Jelqs 15 mins in total - consisted of...
        Normal Jelqs 13 mins - In all directions. Erection level 50-70% for 10 mins, 30-40% for 3 mins. Kegels + RK
        Curling - 2 mins - Erection level 50-60% Some kegels + RK
        V-Jelqs - 0 mins
        Downward V-Jejqs - 5 mins
        3-5 second reps. Kegels + RK
        Stretches 10 mins - consisted of...
        Normal - In all directions, held for as long as i feel it can take (but not too much). Some kegels + RK (for better pull back)
        Mandingo stretches - 3 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each. (kegels for better pull back)
        Bundled stretches x 2 each way - 360 degress - held for 90 seconds.
        Also mini breaks to shake.
        Squeezes - none
        Warm down - 15 mins
        Edge (sex) 30 mins - break then - 30 mins more (i think lol) pop


        After thoughts

        Even though i wasn't 100% better i couldn't pass up some sexy time! One of the best times ever i might add hehe.

        Ok, so coming back from illness i kept it super simple with only 10 minutes of stretching. Still loving these downward jelqs!!

                    • Hi there! I was reading your logs and I noticed that your bundled stretches were held out really long. I recently added that to my work out about a month ago. It works really well! But I had a huge injury from it, have you experienced any injuries from doing the bundled stretch?

                      • Hey buddy! I am a beginner and am only a week into JP90 im glad to see ur progress it really does motivate me !!

                        I have a few questions tho, when you first began ur JP90 routine, did you follow it exactly? and i dont quite get the jelqing in all direction part, did you do that since the beginning also? becuz in JP's post it only seems like it should be done in one direction, which is forward i think.
