To be honest when I started, for the first few weeks I did only 5-10 minutes on both! That was because I couldn't handle anymore though. I would do a happy medium if you can do more. Like 10-15 stretching and the same with jelqs, but doing both towards the lower time.
At the end of the day everyone is different bro, so what you are doing may work for you and not me, what I did worked for me but maybe not for you. Sounds like you can handle more than i could when i was starting but I just remember that this worked for me.

more confusions.. how hard should the grip... the egg method, its quit tight, i never applied that much pressure,,,, n stretch - i think its equall to holding i liter of water mug. is it fine...
More thing to worry is, my dick turtled (hard flaccid) whole day after 2 hrs of PE yesterday is that fine..

Sounds good Just keep it that way for a while. Don't think you are not doing enough because you are!
Jelqing - You grip tight enough to get the blood pumping but not too hard that it hurts.
Stretching - Just enough to get a stretched feeling. ANY PAIN IS BAD! Remember that bro. I find that when stretching, it will have a point where it stops, but if done long enough you can slightly go beyond that point, that is what i aim for.
2 hours of PE?!?!? How was it that long? lol. Your penis should feel plump and stay bigger after a workout, not shrink back. That is a sure sign of overtraining right there bro.
To overcome normal turtling i like to pull (lightly) as much as i can all day on it. This keeps it constantly stretched and gives it more chance to grow because it is in a constant larger state. Now 95% of the time I never turtle.

A-Stretches - Just up bends x 2 (toward myself) held for 1 minute each.
Mandingo stretches - 2 stretched toward myself held for 90 seconds each.
New stretch (haven't got a name for it yet) Feels good. Stay posted.
Also mini breaks to shake. Squeezes - none Edge 30 mins - with kegels

Pretty light workout today with no V-jelqs and less time spent on jelqs and stretches. Focused on the stretch side of it today, enjoying all the bends. Good workout all in all.

PIs looking amazing today, I'm hanging really low too allday. Never turtling which is amazing!
I really am seeing the benifit of less is more! It makes me think that a 1 on 1 off schedule might be the way to go, with the 1 on being slightly more intense perhaps.... I will have a good think about this. I see a lot of experienced guys doing that too, it really works for them they say, so that is even more reason to do it.

I did my routine at my girlfriends last night hence the late post today. I won't be able to PE tomorrow due to working all day, so i am thinking of doing a third day on today. Not sure yet, i don't feel tired so i could. I just don't want 2 days off in a row...
