Okay, so I'm sure many of you have seen my posts/blog where I am all over the place with emotions, PE, EQ, prem ej, etc.
After a week and a half on here, and a week off of porn I have determined I am not addicted to porn, neither do I have porn induced ED, rather at times I have anxiety induced ED. I am not saying porn helps.
I believe anxiety induced ED stems from a combination of things including recreational alcohol use, diabetes and being over weight. I have recently improved all of these, but I am not where I want to be. Currently I drink about 1.5 beers on average per day, my long-term blood sugars are slightly high and I weigh 228 lb (I am 5'11").
I also have had some lousy performances after alcohol use or current off-kilter blood sugars which have caused some anxiety ED.
I am going to take a wholistic approach to my ED and thus prem ejac.
I will now list my goals:
1. Quality EQ every time with the wife (current success rate ~60%)
2. Quality stamina every time with the wife (current success rate ~50%)
3. I may as well add 1x.5 to my measurements (ohh hell, currently 5.25 x 4.5).
4. Eliminate sexual performance anxiety
My plan will include the following and I will stick to it for 90 days, retroactive to 7/27:
1. Drastically reduce porn/masturbation to once every 3 days. During these sessions I will attempt a more balanced approach of psychological and physical stimulation. Sex offers both, so I should practice with both. I will also try to relax and enjoy it thoroughly and try to hold arousal levels via RKs and relaxation. I also will focus on physical stimulus I receive during intercourse I am not in the habit of doing during masturbation (lube and glans use).
2. Drastically reduce alcohol consumption. Currently I am at 10/week, I want to drop to 4/week. Basically if I have beer my EQ sucks. I will try to avoid it around or near intercourse.
3. Continue to improve my diabetes control. I currently see a hot dietitian who has helped dramatically. I can take it to the next level. The reduction of alcohol will likely help greatly.
4. Exercise a lot more. I don't exercise much now and I cannot imagine how that couldn't help.
5. JPs 90-day program. 2 days on 1 day off
I have spoken to the wife about this which helps. She has suggested when we do have sex to allow much more time for it for lots of foreplay (imagine that), and fewer quickies (which I don't care for anyways). This is good, because it means I'll get way more BJs.
We have found foreplay drastically improves my EQ.

EDIT: Goal #4 is new. After browsing the ED threads I suffer from sexual performance anxiety. I used to have ALL the wrong habits when it came to this. I would obsess over how to last longer (even though the wife obviously doesn't care as much as I do), and this would kill my EQ and then it would be even more brief.
For this I am going to try to work on positive experiences with PE, MB, edging and even sex.
