        The party was much to write about. I basically watched my kid in the bounce house the entire time.

        PE was pretty mediocre today too. I didn't get terribly erect, and usually I've been up around 7/10 for it. I think I'm just a little sluggish today, I didn't even access the spank bank for it. Now that's laziness...

        My weight is actually up a couple pounds, and I need to get that back in order. I see the hot dietitian in two weeks. I want to be down a couple so she doesn't criticize me affecting my ability to fantasize about her during the visit.

          Well, if nothing comes from all my work as far as conquering prem ejaculation or getting a bigger dick, masturbation is much more fun now. I edged like 25 minutes last night and had close to one DO, then a definite insane DO at about 25 minutes. It was more intense than any ejaculation I had ever had during MB. When it came on, I ceased stimulation and held a kegel for minutes afraid I'd dribble out some ejaculate. Nope, not a drop. I was terrified to release the kegel, but did so after about 2 minutes.

          Today my allergies are really bothering me, and I slept poorly. Unless I make a nice recovery today, it'll be an unscheduled day off PE and edging.

          I expect sex tomorrow night too. I just began an RK routine, so I'll try working on engaging those early on during sex. I doubt I'll have much success applying them, but I'll consider it ground zero.

          EDIT: Definitely some time off now that I see Sudafed can equal ED.

            Damn, I'm up 3# since beginning PE. I've decided in light of that I am going to switch to NBPEL. This should help motivate me to lose some friggin weight.

                Ugh, what a bust last night was. My blood sugars had been running low and we were going to make sexy time. I had a snack before sex, but I never got it up. That never happens to that extent. But, this dark cloud does have a silver lining.

                I learned that I have been able to have successful sex to find out my blood sugars have been extremely low immediately afterwards. Yet, when they are low before sex and I have a snack, I almost never rebound to successful sex. It has dawned on me there must be a delayed response between the levels and my dick.

                So, low running blood sugars = sex another night. That was easy.

                EDIT:
                I am also making a couple more changes.
                1. I have protein 5 times/day per my prescribed diet. This includes a protein shake before bed which has amino acids in it. Thus, I am going to eliminate amino acid pills (L-arginine) from my routine. This is an unnecessary expense and hassle.

                2. I am going to really work on my edging, or just mb w/ no ejaculation. I have been doing better, but it's time I really up my efforts. Currently I've been doing like anywhere from 10-25 minutes a day, almost every day. I want to increase the time spent doing it (for fun) and decrease the frequency (for time).

                3. Jelqing. Currently I do I think 600 total in the shower. I am going to cut that down to 400.

                Basically you can see all my changes are based on spending less time and effort on this. I'm not trying to be a porn star anytime soon, so I need to re-evaluate my goals and expectation.

                Also, in retrospect considering the diabetes it may just be fine for me to aim for 10-15 minutes of intercourse. Especially since we participate in so much foreplay.

                  I am beginning to think I am running out of hot water too fast in the shower. By the time jelqing is done I don't have enough to wash my hair.

                  Anyways, I've stuck with my routine, but it has been a fairly sluggish week. I am working with either a cold or allergies and EQ really hasn't been there doing workouts. Post work outs it's been good, but where I normally like 50-70% during, it's more like 30-50%. Towards the end it gets better.

                  I've been exploring reasons for my prem ej a lot more, and it's been really interesting taking notes of sensations and everything during mb/edging. It almost seems as if any good sensation, like sexual ones, I get in my penis seem to want to trigger a kegel. I thought these sensations used to always mean an orgasm was coming. I am beginning to realize they can be just part of sex.

                  Last night I went to bed before the wife, and I sprung a decent hard on while I laid down. I knew she would fall asleep on the couch, so I figured let's play a little. I explored for like 10-12 minutes enjoying the sensations I spoke of above and did not perform one kegel. I worked on holding soft RKs and my breathing.

                  Tonight we're going out, and I expect the wife to be drunk and we'll have sex. Hopefully I do well.

                    Okay, the night out is approaching. I expect I will have sex tonight, hopefully I have a positive report tomorrow. I'm feeling pretty confident actually. FWIW I haven't looked at porn or ejaculated in days. I'm curious to see if that has any effect.

                        Another bust, the wife got too drunk and we couldn't have sex.

                        However, the night wasn't a complete waste. As most people have followed me have noticed I made some strides in my sex life prior to coming to the website. This site has gotten me thinking of ways to be better, but it hasn't exactly transpired in the bedroom yet. We haven't had much sex the last two weeks.

                        Anyways, back to my point. We went out with some other couples, and the guys were playing darts and the women gossiping or complaining about their men. I overheard one of my wife's friends complaining about her sex life, and basically how it's gotten worse and doesn't even want to have sex with her husband, and he wants it everyday. My wife (who would never lie about this) went out of her way to say our sex has been the best it's ever been and it just keeps getting better. What?!?!?!?!?! I was shocked. Look at that, I'm good enough for her.

                        This really did take me aback a little bit, and need to re-evaluate my goals. I'm going to continue my plan, but now with some confidence to go along with it, it should really work wonders.

                        Now that I have a mechanism to try to control arousal I feel ready to start taking the next steps in bed to add a minute here or there. The way I see it if I'm averaging 5 minutes, if I add a minute each time, within a month I'll be up close to 15-20 minutes.

                        But I feel so relaxed she thinks our sex is it's best ever.

                        BTW after I got shot down last night I edged to some porn and ejaced, it took me about 20 minutes. I'm on an every other day for ejac, I really want to extend that to every third. That's still a pending goal. It's still a lot better than twice a day.

                          Sex last night, and my first goal has been achieved. Outside of 1 low blood sugar poor EQ with the wife earlier this week, I am batting 1.000 with killer EQ for intercourse for 3 weeks now. Last night's was probably the hardest erection I ever had in my life.

                          Goal 1 of killer EQ w/ the wife has been achieved.

                          However, there was a downside to last night's sex. OMG I lasted maybe 2 minutes. This was definitely a regression. I was basically in a raging kegel the entire time, and I couldn't RK out of it. This likely led to my insane hard on.

                          So, now we're moving on to goal 2: kill premature ejaculation. This one is very important to note I am doing this for me. I usually eat wife out before sex and she cums, so she doesn't give a crap how long I last. I think sometimes she prefers it to last short. She's a 1 and done kind of girl.

                          Anyways, my plan to kill premature ejac:
                          1. My Ks are relatively incredibly strong compared to my RKs. I've been doing a mix work out, but for now I am going to completely eliminate my ks from my workout. When I did this before (without an RK) routine, I quickly went to lasting longer. I thought doing RKs w/ them I could still do them and last, but it turns out nope. For now, the only kegels I will do are those done warming up for PE.

                          2. Edging will no longer be edging in the sense of using a kegel to hold back my orgasm. I will mb until I feel PONR coming (not when it does arrive), then I will simply break or try to RK away from it.

                          3. Get a fleshlight skin and lube I enjoy. I had the STU, but I found I was constantly lubing it up and it became frustrating to use.

                          4. Continue to use porn, but not jerk off everyday. I find every other day for me is good.

                          Does anyone have any good FL recommendations? How about specific lubes to use with the fleshlight? I think trying to resist kegeling with the FL and porn on could really do wonders for my stamina.

                            I am also keeping track of "practical" measurements
                            FL (non stretched) 2.5-2.75
                            NPBEL 4.25 - 4.75

                            So, my practical volume is up like 20% since I began. I really want to trim that fat pad too.

                            Not bad at all for 1 month in.
