      Man, what a workout I just had. I am making a couple changes to my routine after the most recent session.

      I did PE 2 days, ago and yesterday was an unintentional day off. Today I had my best PE session yet. I'm going from a 5-weekday schedule to a MWF schedule. I'm going to enjoy my days off. Today I did a total of 300 normal jelqs and 300 v-jelqs. I did it out of the shower, and it feels so much better with water and lube. I was really fighting the hard on towards the end, but on my last 5 jelqs I went all the way up past the head. OMG immediate 10/10 EQ. I kept lubing and stroking with all sorts of hand positions each once incorporating the head for like 15 minutes. I was on the brink of ejac the entire time but I resisted. When I felt at the brink I stopped and could return back within seconds.

      I really think this easing up the kegels is going to help short term with arousal control. It was as if my body didn't know how to engage one involuntarily.

      Also, this is the first time since I began PE that I looked in the mirror and really thought "that thing is pretty nice and big".

      Oh yeah, I stayed at this 9-10 EQ without porn too. I love when that happens. I didn't even use my imagination.

      So, now it's a MWF schedule for PE. And I'm going to try to FL twice a week when I finally get that thing.

      A couple other changes I have made are:
      1. stopped taking L-arginine. I eat protein 5x a day, so I don't think I need to supplement it
      2. starting a multi-vitamin

      I'm fucking thrilled.

        Yesterday, the day after an edging marathon, I did PE and decided to edge w/ lube and porn. I am no longer doing dry edging, it's too easy and keeps me away from preparing for the real thing. I was pretty horned up from the marathon already the night before so I wasn't going to feel guilty if it was a brief session w/ ejaculation. I unleashed the biggest mess of my life when I came. I'll spare the details, but I'd say my volume with my new routine is up a couple hundred percent.

        When you make strides to increase volume, definitely give it a couple weeks before you see marked improvement. Before I would take stuff, drinks tons of water and abstain an extra day and see no improvement. Now I'd say the volume is porn star quantity. Of course they shoot it more often, and further, but baby steps.

        I'm glad I relived that, because today work has be stressed the fuck out. I own my own company and every now and then when I get behind, or cash flow hurts I really begin to get stressed. My previous plan to deal with the stress was to going to be go home and hammer beers. I'm glad I logged back into my progress to see how I can avoid slipping into some depression. I have two beers at home.

        My plan tonight is to have 2 beers at home, enjoy dinner, enjoy the kids, then enjoy the wife ;-)

        I think I should begin my posts "dear diary".

          All my progress had been made with me not thrusting, and just learning to relax and avoid contractions while she rides me. Last night I began thrusting a couple minutes in, and she was really getting into it. Wham. Done. Almost immediately.

          Afterwards she said she prefers thrusting, but I cum so quickly doing that at this point I can't even get into a rhythm of thrusting/not thrusting to control myself.

          So I went ahead and did the smartest thing I've ever done.

          I said the only way I'll get better and more acclimated to it is through practice. I said without practice she cannot possibly ever expect me to just happen to last longer. Talk about relief performance anxiety. Basically come out and tell your woman it'll be brief and have her acknowledge it. As emasculating as it is, it feels wonderful.

            Last night kind of sucked. I really need to abstain from sex when my blood sugars are out of whack. This time they were really high. I had plenty enough EQ for sex, but the orgasm sucked.

            At least the wife got off hardcore before-hand.

            I really need to re-focus on my overall health.

              Good news though, I think my fleshlight finally arrives today. I'm going to rig it up to practice thrusting. I'm dying to see how long I last with that thing.

                I was up 2 lb with the dietitian this time. I go back in a month, armed with a new routine. I expect this to really get me going the right way.

                Also, I finally got my STU and wow that's intense. I last shorter with that thing than I do with the wife. I'm going to use that after my JP90 routine, so that's like 3 times a week. I don't really care how it'll affect gains, but I have a time crunch and it's convenient to do it then.

                I have finally set a firm weight goal too of 200 lb. I've decided when I reach that I can treat myself to a bathmate or some other kind of device for the shower.

                  Well, here is my FL STU progress so far:

                  9/4/12 - Whoa, I forgot how these felt. I had a raging involuntary kegel, and it's impossible to gauge when I came to the PONR. Immediately? For the sake of simplifying it, I called it 1 minute.

                  9/5/12 - Much much better. I had to pace myself with on and off stimulation, but this time it was about the three minute mark. The first session even pacing would have been impossible.

                  Tomorrow will be a day off, then I'll go at it again on Friday. I'm going to shoot for 5 consecutive minutes of stimulation before PONR on Friday.

                  Currently I use my hand, my ultimate goal is to work my way up to thrusting with it. I plan to begin that routine when I can last 10 minutes with the FL with good EQ.

                    9/6/12

                    I was horny as hell, and no one was home, but the kids were going to be home soon. I felt I was on the urge of releasing, so I slipped back into an old habit and had a quickie porno session and got off.

                    At first I felt guilty, and a little disappointed in how quickly it happened. But then I stopped feeling guilty, as I am not a porn addict, and sometimes you just have urges. So I got over it.

                    Then at night I was trying to have sex with the wife, but she fell asleep so I went back to the porn. I like blowing big loads that make the wife complain about the mess, so I knew I wasn't going to ejac at night too so I figured I'd edge (start stop, whatever) for however long was reasonable. I was planning 20 minutes or so. 60 minutes later and I decided to call it quits. I had a minimum EQ of 8 the entire time. I focused on no kegels and no reverse kegels. At first the PONR was coming every 3-4 minutes from eachother, but towards the end it was 7-8.

                    9/7/12
                    I had the house to myself this morning and was planning PE then edging w/ FL. I had a good PE, and my dick was harder than usual with it, but whatever. I lubed all the way up and began FL STU w/o porn this time. I do it in the bathroom and I don't want the computer to get wet. My first PONR was about 2 minutes in, and they slowly became less frequent as I switched with my hand and FL. I planned on a ten minute session, and wanted to explore like what really triggers my kegels, etc. I had managed to get to 10 minutes on and off with the hand, and I really felt like the involuntary kegels were stopping. I decided to do one more PONR then stop. Well that took 6 minutes, my longest span yet with it. Then I relaxed for like 10-15 seconds, and began slowly thrusting into it at a really slow pace. I picked up the pace after a while but I went another 4 minutes.

                    I am flying so high right now it's wonderful. The progress I have made with the STU has been amazing in just 1 week. My RK/K routine is beginning to work.

                    Well, I plan on the only dick stimulation until next Tuesday to be from the wife.

                      Oh, and gross or not, I measured my dick against an old notch on my tooth brush. I am into the bristles now :-) like 3/4" past the old notch.

                        What a slug of a weekend. No PE, no sex, no mb, no porn.

                        I'm also feeling pretty stressed over work and school. One company I sell for I am convinced is on the verge of canning me, and I just wish they would get it over with. They keep probing me for more information, and I don't know what their deal is.

                        I'll do my K/RK routine during class today at least.

                          9/11/12 - Finally a chance to PE again. It's Tuesday, and it had been since Friday since basically anything. I got a solid session in and decided to edge afterwards. I planned to clean the pipes so I was going to only do like 10 minutes well lubed then move on with my day after jelqing.

                          A couple interesting notes:
                          1. I did it again without porn. I don't think I've used porn in a week now. The weird thing is I am not even trying to avoid it.
                          2. I didn't have the time to fleshlight it up, so I did tons of lube and head work during mb and it was very intense
                          3. Normally after such abstinence I cum a ton and it dribbles. Well, I've been doing a solid k/rk routine every couple days and while my volume was still positive, I have definitely added power as I would say I threw 2-6" ropes.

                          I expect sex tonight, as my wife expects her period tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to report on it positively.

                          I would also like to note a week in on my new diet and I am down 1.6 lb and more importantly I have been able to easily control my appetite. I go back to dietitian in 3 weeks and I'd love to lose a total of 6 lb in that 4-week span.

                          Anyways, if I don't come back the schedule for the rest of the week goes:
                          9/12/12 Wed - PE, FL edging
                          9/14/12 Fri - PE, FL edging

                            It was kind of an interesting session. I did PE, then began edging. It was definitely closer to the edge I've played with since beginning PE. At the 10 minute mark I successfully pulled off a DO. I'm certain this is my first because I felt the wave come over my body and I lost most of my EQ. I did get it back in about 10 minutes, and I worked up to another PONR to attempt another DO. This time it wasn't completely D considering I oozed about 1/4 of what I usually do. I felt a little frustrated by this, so I waited to see if I would lose my erection. I did not, so then I finished myself off over the course of a couple more minutes and it was fairly intense. Not what I usually experience from edge sessions.

                            For whatever odd reason I really let this frustrate me. Then it dawned on me, I'm going way too OCD with this stuff. I shouldn't be jerking off with a stop watch or noting my arousal level at every moment.

                            I also think I'm frustrated because I am setting up ejac goals while I MB. I used to ejac twice a day to porn, and now I'm down to like twice a week. I really need to acknowledge this a success and consider this goal complete.

                            So, I'm done recording or noting my MB/ edging schedule. If I pull off a string of killer DOs I'll definitely note those though.

                            Killer news too, I'm like a hair shy of 6" BPEL. I did find some notes that said my starting was 5.5" and I thought it was 5.25" all along. It doesn't matter though, because if I round to nearest 1/8" I'm def 6" now.

                            I am seeing zero girth gains though. I'm considering a bathmate. I could use it feasible three days a week after jelqing.

                              1 day in, and I'm noting my edge schedule exactly like I said I wasn't going to. The only reason is it was a positive.

                              I edged with FL STU and Asa Akira porn (my favorite). I find if I can withstand those first moments of intense stimulation with the STU and not feed into the porn the entire time I use it I can pace myself pretty well. I even set it up between the mattress and box springs and did some thrusting. Towards the end I almost had to let the PONR arrive. This is a huge confidence boost. All-in-all the session lasted about 20 minutes. That is a monumental improvement.

                                OMG, feeling 100% over-whelmed between work and school. Something, seriously, needs to give. I've decided to eliminate PE. I'm pretty confident with my gains, and learning I've pretty much been average all-along, so who really cares. Cutting back on stress will be just as effective as gaining another 1/4" anyways.

                                I'm not going to stop FL edging w/ porn though, because that's way too much fun.
