    Also, I haven't ejac'd in 3 days. Tonight looks like no sex since we're both exhausted. I bet the next time we do have sex I will have the worst time lasting, but God it'll feel good.

      Guys, now that I have my routine down, most of my updates are pretty much success in progress, so I'm just going to keep an offline log.

      Thanks for all the motivation though, I am well on my way to a much stronger sexual health.

      It's interesting how I set out on this mission to become the man my wife deserves, but it was never about her, and neither was the success.

        Well, not tracking my work doesn't work. I feel little responsibility to improve. The last couple FL training sessions I was about 2 minutes, quite a long cry from the 15 I was doing the week prior. I have introduced some new positions to it, as well as porn full time, but still it's too brief. I can control myself with my woman when I am on top thrusting, but now for some reason me on bottom is difficult to last.

        So, I'm going to really work on my discipline regarding stamina. If I log here, I won't want to come back with 2 and 3 minutes FL sessions.

        Today's btw was about 2 minutes with porn.

        I think I'm going to do it with porn, but not let the psychological arousal envelop me.

        Also, I'm going to get back into jelqing a little more. It's enjoyable, so I'm going to do it at the beginning of every shower again. It won't be anything too intense, maybe 100-200 normal ones.

        Wish me luck again.

          That's better. AM FL STU session went 16 minutes with no ejaculation. I'll do some more this afternoon and let myself go, but things are looking better.

          I've decided the #1 thing I need to do in my life is eliminate alcohol. When I do not drink I feel amazing. I eat well, I have energy, I'm lucid. Even if I have two or three beers in an evening my entire next morning is riddled with a stomach ache and I accomplish very little.

          I am a homebrewer, and I have about 50-75 beers at home. I am going to ween myself off beer and see if that works.

          Also, with confidence from the not giving a f what others think approach, I don't need booze for confidence. At this point it works only for me as a depressant.

          I just need a plan to ration these out.

                  WOOO BEER!~ I love Belgian beers. They tend to be my favourites, but my absolute favourite is actually French.

                    I made 10-gallons which is about 100 beers. I split them into 4 different fermentations. They came out so incredibly well it's like I reached my brewing goal. I feel like I'm done.

                    I did well this weekend. I went to a party Saturday night and only had 2 beers, then I crushed diet cokes the rest of the night. It was wonderful actually. I'm really looking forward to longer periods of sobriety. It also turns the wife on, so it's a win-win.

                      You know what I would love to see from you in this thread of yours, progress reports on your routines and gains updated. It's all good you getting drunk on some belgiun beer (which is dang right good brew; I have to admit) and having sex with your wife which is more your guy's business than ours, but it's your progress in PE which is the goal on the Progress Form keeping a log on your PE for you and others to view and keep you on track of your goals. Get busy, bro and grow in size so big she can only say "DAMN!".

                        I know it's a penis enlargement progress forum, but I don't really do much pe anymore. I do 150 jelqs each time I shower now and that is it. I haven't measured in probably a month, so maybe I'll take one today.

                        I have much greater sexual health concerns than the size of my penis. I suffer from premature ejaculation, and questionable EQ from SPA, diabetes and alcohol. Waiting for my wife to comment on its new size only furthers sexual performance anxiety.

                        If I gain another inch, and I don't have the other items in order it doesn't do me a whole hell of a lot of good.
