    Thanks a lot, great answer.
So if your peak was in 2018, do you mean you have been stretching since 2015 consistently like you were doing in 2012-2014?
I am really curious because I always thought stretching so hard so often would create a "permanent" plateau..
How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.

Yes at my peak I think I hit 10.25" a couple of times. Nowadays I can't really get to 100% anymore, and I've lost a good bit of BPFSL, but I'm still a little over 10", like maybe 10"1/8, I don't measure very often at all anymore.

Do you think you could have done things different from the beginning with avoiding overstimulation/numbness?
The sensitivity issues appeared quite late in my journey, when I broke my long plateau in late 2015, and they've gotten way worse after I hit my peak in 2018 and tried to make more gains. Basically every time I stretch hard enough to feel the good old fatigue in the base, it gets numb for several days.

Could you please define "edging properly" please? Not using hands at all, only RKs and reverse front kegels?
My way of getting to max erection and staying there (the key to my EL gains) is to use very light stimulation so I can avoid any kind of strong IKs. When numb, that light stimulation is not pleasurable enough to keep a good erection, and if I use heavier stimulation I get IKs and reach the PONR before I'm fully erect.

Could you define "the end of the road" ? Do you think you've "wasted" all the "gains potential" forever?
It still feels like there's an EL gain waiting to happen but it never comes because I can't get to max erection, most notably my CS is still super flat especially near the head, and the head doesn't inflate as much as it used to. It feels like the CC has taken all the available space, preventing the CS to expand, if it makes sense. Maybe some sort of targeted jelqing could help, but so far any kind of jelqing has always made me more numb.

My best course of action would probably be to leave it completely alone and hope for 10/10 EQ to eventually come back, but in the meantime I will have lost a lot of BPFSL (I'm sure I already have lost some since I stopped the hard stretching but I don't measure anymore because it would be hard stretching), and nothing tells me the numbness issue wouldn't still be there if I resume stretching after that.

How long should a deconditioning break be? in months, from your experience, what you felt was best for gaining again.
I never really did breaks. My plateau was due to inability to gain more BPFSL, and I broke it when I find ways to stretch harder, bundled stretches notably. BTW I have a lingering feeling that my issues of the past years are related to my heavy use of bundled stretches back then.

I have more questions, hope that's ok, you're the best!
Keep them coming, and thanks for the appreciation!

    Hey Stan,

you are very encouraging and inspiring (especialy your photo album)
. Being dedicated for so many years is amazing.

I started in 2015 and have always fallen off my routines but for some weird reason I'm able to come back and try new things.
I'm very close of hitting the 8" milestone and I won't stop there!

Thank you for sharing your hard work and experience.

I thought I'd give a little update. Basically I'm at the end of the road.

I could easily gain more BPFSL, but every time I try I get such a huge loss of sensitivity that I can't edge properly and end up screwing up my PF, not to mention the vicious cycle of numbness → overstimulation → more numbness.

When I'm like that I have lots of trouble getting and staying hard, and I really can't afford that now that I'm in a relationship.

Sensitivity and EQ eventually come back if I stop all aggressive stretching for a while, but by then I'll have lost my last little bit of gains.

I'm pretty sure I've tried everything. So from now on it will be short casual stretches only, hard enough to hopefully not lose more length, but not so hard that I lose my sensitivity again.

Stan, this is all very inspiring. Congrats again on the gains.

One question - given that your routine is/was unique in PE circles, do you now of anyone else who has followed the same routine and had success? I saw there was one commenter in your thread who said he gained 2" with your routine but he only made two posts so couldn't follow up with him. The obvious beauty of this routine is the time efficiency, location independence (you could do it in work on the toilet!) and zero requirement for equipment.

Given that Stan has been away from the thread for a while, perhaps someone else could chime in on this if they had info? Cheers.

Hi Stan, so have you tried to stretch under constant heat before? Came across someone telling me a couple months ago that he gained nothing and then he added constant heat and he was able to gain. What reminded me of it was that I saw a post just today by someone who said he had gained over an inch in length and wasn't able to gain anymore, then I saw one of the comments telling him to introdue constant heat to see if that works. So I thought I'd just post it here. Either you have or haven't tried it, and I'm interested to hear your take either way. Also, I'm not sure how they add the constant heat, I'm assuming some sort of heating lamp?

I also think posture plays a big part in eq and also, my guess only though I'll have to google this, erection angle?
Anyway, I totally agree with working out along with doing PE, keeping a good posture at least most of the time and some stretching/light exercises along does a world of good to me, but I workout hard nowadays with calisthenics and I feel it helps a lot with eq.
Hey Stan, what do you think of stretching upwards or maybe even v stretching upwards like in your older picture with that "can" thing ? Don't you get anymore bpfsl increases from that?
I am asking this because it feels like the most productive angle for me right now after roughly 1 year of sd and so, also seems to give me even better eq if not overdone.

EQ is better, I can get very hard but it still doesn't feel like 100%, the underside stays flat especially in the last few inches and the head doesn't expand much. At higher levels the BC always feels tight even though I keep it relaxed (no IKs), like it should "open up" and let the CS fill up but it doesn't. The angle is still very high, which I believe is consistent with a shorter CC/tunica and a stretched out BC/CS.

It might be a coincidence but the improved EQ and stretchability both happened after I started doing vertical power shakes again.
From a lil research and personal experience, CS not filling up usually comes from a tight PF (pelvic floor). And a tight pelvic floor rarely just happens, it's usually a result of poor posture in some sense, most often anterior pelvic tilt, which can have a bunch of causes from leg length discrepancy to weak muscle groups (core, glutes, and/or hamstrings), to tight muscles (hip flexors, lower back). Doing some targeted working out and stretches will likely help your CS inflation improve, through the improved posture allowing for a more balanced pelvic floor, and hence more blood flow. I used to have the same thing, and it now basically doesn't exist any more, my CS always fills up, with some exceptions here and there.

I've gained another 1/32" of BPFSL. Still no lig fatigue, and no change in EQ or visible EL, but my unit is really starting to feel like itself again. Sensitivity behind the head is almost fully back, and I get IKs from the BC again instead of just the IC, that help pump up the erection level but also make control more difficult. That's a good thing because it lets me use very light stimulation again, fighting off BC IKs, which is the only way I used to be able to get to 100%. I'm realizing the sensitivity loss had made me enter a vicious cycle of death grip/over-stimulation that puffed up the foreskin and further lowered sensitivity...

For me it's just a numb stretching feeling vs. no feeling at all. These days it takes an awful lot of force to get there. Luckily I found a way to significantly improve my grip, or I definitely wouldn't be able to pull hard enough without resorting to bundled stretches.

I also get the best EQ results from power shakes, I always do them after my manual stretches/hanging sets actually, it definately feels the best way to end a set, both for circulation on the spot for further hanging/stretching with no discomfort and for better overall EQ after the session is over.
Exactly! I don't even remember why I stopped doing them.

How would you describe the tunica fatigue feeling? I feel it best when semi erect for instance, especially when doing a light stretch in a semi erec. state.

Thanks for that, wouldn't have done them if it weren't for you to describe them.
