I've finally gained 1/32" of BPFSL, with all the fatigue in the tunica and none in the lig.
EQ is better, I can get very hard but it still doesn't feel like 100%, the underside stays flat especially in the last few inches and the head doesn't expand much. At higher levels the BC always feels tight even though I keep it relaxed (no IKs), like it should "open up" and let the CS fill up but it doesn't. The angle is still very high, which I believe is consistent with a shorter CC/tunica and a stretched out BC/CS.
It might be a coincidence but the improved EQ and stretchability both happened after I started doing vertical power shakes again.

My EQ is good, it's just that I can't get to 100% because my CS doesn't fill up as much as it used to. For me jelqing helps somewhat with the CC but not the CS, and the CC isn't an issue right now. Also jelqing makes me numb which is counter-productive when looking to achieve a 100% erection. Loss of sensitivity was the main reason I had EQ troubles in the first place, and now that I've stopped all bundles and jelqing, the sensitivity is almost fully back.Originally posted by tspot180 View PostStan, why don't you try jelqing/pumping and supplements for EQ
I've found that keeping a constant very light RK under stimulation helps with the CS. I never used to do that because it messed with my control but it doesn't anymore. Clearly the issue is with the BC, so I finally decided to leave it alone and let it heal by only stretching SD for a while.
I'm 42 nowFrom what I understand you are almost 40, right?

I would say we should put faith in manual stuff, I also hang and prefer long low weight sets after long hard manuals stretches, that's what keeps me gaining now, both tunica and ligs get worked great.
Hey Stan, why don't you try jelqing/pumping and supplements for EQ, from what I understand you are almost 40, right? My guess is it would do you great and save you time with gaining.

No, but it looks like it's the only angle that doesn't interfere with EQ recovery, probably because it puts no stress on the BC muscle.Originally posted by tspot180 View PostDo you mean to say stretching down would help you gain bpfsl rather than so or any other angle?
Yes I did take a long break. At this point I have no idea whether the lig or tunica is the limit.Have you taken a serious decon break all this time? I am asking because it could have something to do with the lig before tunica gain theory.Last edited by Stan; 05-21-2019, 09:19 AM.

Guys dont get hope from manuel stretching, Stan is exception
imagine I have had hanging 14 lbs since a year just got 1 cm, maybe hanging session short doing a hour a day..

I hadn't stretched straight down for a long time, and when I tried it the other day I was shocked how I wouldn't feel a thing even when pulling crazy hard.
It's likely that during all this time left alone, the lig has healed shorter and stronger, and is now a limiting factor again.
After just a few days of mostly SD stretches (still zero fatigue), pre-edging EL already looks a lot better.
It also made me discover that my EQ isn't as good as I thought: I think the tight lig has made the angle higher and so I've been confusing high angle for high level.
Now that the angle is more in tune with the actual level my unit feels a lot more like it used to, so that's still good news.
No BPFSL improvement so far, it's exactly 1/8" from my best.

Still here! Although my baseline EQ is now as good as ever, I still can't get to a true 100%, and I've clearly lost quite a bit of length, both BPFSL and EL. It looks like it has shrunk back to the way it was before my second gains streak.
The main issue has been a loss of sensitivity, and now that that's mostly back to normal I've started stretching again to recover some BPFSL (I've lost at least 1/8"). Nothing but bundled stretches seems to be working anymore. For now the stretching doesn't mess up my EQ, I'll try not to overdo it this time though.Last edited by Stan; 04-17-2019, 08:27 AM.

He never used any devices. His routine has been manual stretching as he explained in the other pages here and also keeping a 100% erection for a while, doing kegels/reverse kegels while being erect(from what i understand). He said in his last posts what is the science behind his gains.Originally posted by Jason342 View PostStan i need advice! what technique did you use to gain an inch? was it just purely stretching or did you use an extender?Last edited by tspot180; 09-20-2018, 11:38 PM.

Very interesting Stan. I largely concur with your theory. I've done a lot of study into tissue (and body structures/systems in general). The tunica is incredibly tough. It can withstand enormous pressure. So, if we are applying sufficient pressure over time to alter it, that very tough layer is going to take some time to repair. I also agree with you that deformation of the tunica and resultant increase in the CCs alters function relating to EQ. I think that your approach is very sound. Your EQ will come back as you say...perhaps some months. PE definitely seems to be effective in cycles as you say. Best of luck from a fellow old schooler!Originally posted by Stan View PostI'm still here, I've been waiting for something worthy of an update to happen but it doesn't come.
Basically I'm on a break, waiting for my best EQ to come back. It's been several months with no max erection whatsoever.
My current theory on my whole PE experience is that successful tunica stretching somehow disrupts the balance/synergy between the BC and IC muscles, maybe making them slightly shift from one another, or just preventing them to press against one another the way they should, in any case making the BC feel weak and like it doesn't occupy as much space as it should, in turn allowing abnormally "ample" IC IKs to happen, resulting in inadequate blood pumping/retention.
Things improve as soon as the BC muscle gets in better shape thanks to correctly focused strong kegels, i.e. targeting the BC only and as much "to the front" as possible.
So it's as though the BC needs to be rebuilt bigger/stronger/farther out with each gains cycle, until some point where it's just not possible anymore and the only way out is to stop all pull on the IC/tunica so things eventually "heal" back to what they were at the last successful EQ recovery/EL gain.
At that point resuming stretching will result in the same issue, so a long break is needed in order to regain some fresh "BC strength capital" thanks to lots of healthy, strong erections.
So I'm in the exact same plateau situation as in 2014 after my first gains streak. Right now I'm at the point where my general EQ has become pretty good again but I still can't get to 100% no matter what, the last inch or so before the head just won't get rock hard the way it should. Back then it came back after 5 months so I'm not worried even though it's been a bit longer than that already.

Also, just for a "scientific" view, my BPEL was roughly the same, at max EQ probably still 20 cm +, and yet i had a 2cm + smaller BPFSL, i m guesing you have to improve your BPFSL 1.5-2cm for 1cm in erect state gains, i m only guessing based onf TGC theory info and other tunica facts...also, i don t get why it was supposably said that if you stretch it, it will go thiner, i wouldn t be surprised of girth gains reporting from people stretching!crazy EQ since stretching

That s very good. Actually, i believe everyone has the same problem in the begining..i know i had! I rember starting to stretch it a few years ago but not "routinely" or anything near it. I heard about this in jail, as other guys were hanging water bottles, and was starting to pull it after pissing or jacking off or whatever, excuse my language...probably no more than 1-2 minutes a hole day and not every day..back then i could only stretch it about 18.5 cm max(don t know for sure, didn t measure), was younger though..anyway it was probably the best i could, would have never of managed a 30 sec pull, probably would have hurt myself doing so. This sounds kind of logical right? Hard in the begining, stretchier afterwards..the tunica

Ok i think i found a way for me to do this while pulling the skin back, first i need to warm him up really good with a rice sock once hes warm i apply some dusting powder, then i can grab him by the "throat"and choke him for a while, but at this moment i can't do it longer than 5 min all day long. He gets very sensite after 2 - 3 30 second sessions then i finish off with some shock strokes and shake him up a bit - not sure where 5 minutes a day take me though

I sort of grab under the glans right on the skin but with my thumb on the glans also, grabing both skin and glans..it doesn hurt or anything, neither any problems like loss of sensation have occured. Only when i stretch hard with both hands i use a small piece of medical cloth and that helps a lot as i can hold a two hand grip 30secs +
