Hey Stan thanks a lot for getting back to me! I just started PE 2 days ago and my routine is inspired a lot by your basic stretching routine:

I will be doing it 5-6 times a day (3-5 min for each session) - I have set reminders on my phone and after two days, I can say that I am enjoying the process. Each session includes one LockStretch with the right hand, one LockStretch with the left hand (~40-60 sec each), one short, very intense LockStretch with both hands (~20 sec max) and two SockStretches (~15 sec each). Of course, I wash my hands and glans at the beginning of every session, and all the stretching will be done straight out.

Also, my measurements are 8.25" BPEL and 8.5" BPFSL. My goal is to reach 9 BPEL so really all I need is 2cm of EL to attain my goal. I am going to be doing those sessions for a month and see if I gained any stretched length. I will be starting a thread documenting my progress with similar measurement pics to yours i.e. having the measurement part of the ruler on top of the penis to avoid contact with the ligs, ruler and penis will be perpendicular to a line in the background in order to avoid skews. Would absolutely love it if you could keep an eye on it every once in a while if possible Some other questions brother:

Do you think I should be good with my current routine?

Are your casual stretches throughout the day done with the same intensity than the actual sessions? I am currently not doing those, maybe I should find a way to do them as a reflex?

Should I include doing Kegels daily? I don't see the point since I still haven't gained any BPFSL but I will incorporate them if you think it's very important.

If I don't notice any change after a month should I find a way to stretch harder or stretch for a longer time? I feel I'm already stretching as hard as I possibly can and just worried it wouldn't be hard enough to see stretched length gains thus why I asked to see the videos you initially uploaded.

How long did it take you to notice a change in your BPFSL?

I would love to have your thoughts on this. I will probably have more questions for you, it's just that I don't have them all in my mind right now lol. Hope you don't mind me asking them!

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Edit: Oh and after two days I noticed tiny red dots on the tip of my glans. Did you used to get them as well? Do you think it's grave? Maybe I am stretching too hard but it doesn't seem to hurt me..

I still don't understand why you say that the Rk specific training you were doing was toxic. RKs still feel like the real push for EL gains for me, like when snapping our leg to kick as high as possible.
I'm sure that a combination of erect Ks and RKs can be a great thing, but you have to understand that my PF hasn't felt the same since 2018, and what I used to say before may or may not still be relevant for me now.

I used to be an advocate for erect RKs, they felt great to me too, but now all they do is screw up my PF and that's for sure, so I have to wonder whether they ever really were of any benefit, or if they were already counter-productive without me realizing, and right now I believe it's the latter, because I had always felt I could never do enough Ks, and because my unit never feels overworked anymore now that I don't do RKs, and it used to feel overworked all the time.

I used to be against erect Ks because I thought they made my IC too strong, tightening the base and making me shorter. I felt I could focus on the BC way more easily while flaccid, but now that I have a much better awareness of the muscles I can focus erect Ks on the BC just fine and they look like a good option again, in fact I've been experimenting with them for a few days now with zero problems so far.

Do you think we were evolutionary designed to make our penises bigger ? Could it have been done better, with less effort as a teenager(18+yo.), possibly?
Fwiw, I think most of the length gainers who've provided pictures before/after make it look like we were.

As I said, it didn't look that impressive because of proportions: at 6"+ mid-shaft girth and 6.5"+ base girth, 7.5"-8" isn't going to look particularly long, especially with huge balls. It just didn't have that monster cock look to it, it looked like a normal dick only bigger. I still used to get comments about the size of course, but certainly not with the same sense of amazement.

    2) In your opinion, what would 7 nbpel be classified as in terms of size irl?
Pretty big, like 1 in 100 I guess.

    3) You also mentioned getting at your max erection and staying there for a while. Do you recall how long you were staying at 100% for approximately?
Depends on EQ and hornyness, my edging sessions last anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours maybe.

    4) If you had the information you currently have about stretching and had the possiblity to start off from scratch again, how would you proceed? Would you have done things differently?
I was very lucky to do exactly what was needed right from the beginning. I only started doing mistakes later, namely:
    - trying to gain more BPFSL when EQ isn't 10/10, it's just a waste of time
    - stretching in any direction other than straight out (and a little on the sides to hit the "side ligs"), it only screws up my PF and never gives me real EL gains
    - not doing enough front kegels, and even worse doing RKs

    5) Somehow I can't find the videos of the techniques you uploaded on xvideos. Is it just me or did you delete them?
Yes I deleted it, it wasn't very interesting anyway.

EDIT : for question 2 I also meant to ask your opinion about 8 nbpel
That would be 1 in 10000

I'm still positive they are extremely useful to loosen things up at the base pre-stretching.

That's been exactly my problem for the past few years, and I haven't found a solution yet.
    Good EQ = strong BC/IC = unstretchable
Weak IC = stretchable = bad EQ = no EL gains
For now I have given up on stretching until I get my best EQ back, then I'll do some experimenting with lots of hard kegels (including erect) following the BPFSL gain. I believe the key to EL gains is to recover my EQ faster than I would by just letting things heal, so I don't lose the BPFSL gain in the meantime.

Turns out it doesn't if you do it right. I think the key to avoiding the toughening that keeps you from gaining at some point is to keep your IC muscle relatively weak so it doesn't have a strong "grip" on the tunica at the base if it makes sense. That grip getting even weaker is probably the cause for the low EQ that immediately follows.

I have gained about 1.125 inch in 45 months (90% first 3 months, same with girth as far as gaining first three months only). I remember about 1.5 years ago, I noticed that my penis is hard time staying up specially in bottom position (I used to have a huge upward curve and penis had a high angle up). The gains made my penis almost straight and the IC legs were very loose and that’’S why couldn’t stand up specially in bottom position ( I always use cock ring during sex).

Recently for a month or so , I do lots of IC exercises during clamp edging and sometimes in the morning in bed while in recline butterfly position. I feel my penis stands up similar to before even on bottom position when EQ is great.

I haven’t gained much length or firth for the past few years even with consistent routine and I was wondering do you think if IC gets stronger, then stretching gets effected badly since base is toughened so much? What is the solution you think, since gaining but having very weak IC is not worth it?

New season coming up, Stan's Stretching journal 3!!!
2020-2021 is crazy but in a good way in so many things.

Anyway, thanks for letting us know you're in the game again, that's really motivating you know. Especially since I started manual stretching again on the 6th of January and I am already 0,5+cm longer, solid bpfsl gain actually, I measure it each morning with no stretching whatsoever, even with no stretching done on the previous day too. You're the man!

Hey Stan! Hope you're good! First let me say that your posts and albums were the ones that fully convinced me PE actually worked, congrats on these very impressive gains. I have a very cartesian mind and seeing the amount of detail and accuracy that you provided throughout your PE journey made me realise how effective PE was. I went through pretty much all of your posts (took me a while lol) and I have a few question if you don't mind..

    1) If I understood correctly, your starting size was 22cm bpel and around 19.5cm nbpel. Yet you complained about it not looking impressive enough so i'm starting to doubt how big 8 nbpel is to women. Were there also wows and laughs at your starting size? I am asking this as I am 7 x 5.9 nbpel (~8in bpel) and want to get to 7.75-8in nbpel. Also like you, I am in no way looking to gain girth.

    2) In your opinion, what would 7 nbpel be classified as in terms of size irl?

    3) You also mentioned getting at your max erection and staying there for a while. Do you recall how long you were staying at 100% for approximately?

I'm pretty sure I've finally found the way to get my unit back in shape: kegels, kegels and more kegels. Short heavy duty front kegels targeted as far out as possible (I call them tip kegels), and sustained lighter BC/PC kegels, all flaccid. Also, no RKs whatsoever, even having to push to pass stool takes me back a step.

The reason it took me so long to get back on track is that for the longest time I thought I had a tense PF (I had many of the symptoms) and did RKs only, with zero improvement. It was incredibly difficult to start doing decent Ks again after that.

Now the CS is slowly coming back to life, it bulges as much as it used to up to mid-shaft. It still tapers off dramatically toward the head but doesn't feel completely empty anymore. I'm clearly back into a virtuous circle of stronger muscle → more CS → more sensitivity → better edging → stronger muscle, but it's still a long way to go, my PF still feels much weaker than it used to.

So basically I'm back in my old ways, I had always felt I could never kegel too much, and as I gained I probably needed it even more without fully realizing it. The difference is that I had no idea back then how toxic RKing was for me but looking back it's totally consistent with my past experiences.

I completely quit smoking 8 years ago when I took on vaping, and I quickly noticed improvements in EQ. I still vape with pretty high nicotine.

Hey Stan, not sure if it has been mentioned in this thread before, if so-sorry, I didn't read the whole thread.

BUT if you're having EQ problems, PLEASE try out the angion method. I promise you will get the best EQ of your life!

Yes it was pretty consistent from 2016 to 2018 but with lower volume than in the first phase. And I'm sure I could still easily gain more BPFSL but I have to fix my sensitivity/CS issues first.

I am really curious because I always thought stretching so hard so often would create a "permanent" plateau..
Turns out it doesn't if you do it right. I think the key to avoiding the toughening that keeps you from gaining at some point is to keep your IC muscle relatively weak so it doesn't have a strong "grip" on the tunica at the base if it makes sense. That grip getting even weaker is probably the cause for the low EQ that immediately follows a BPFSL gain.

How effective do you think stretching for long periods of time is? as opposed to what you're doing.
I think that keeping it under low tension for long durations after the hard stretching makes sense, but the tunica deformation must happen in the first place. Long time/low tension may work on the lig but I don't think tunica stretching can happen that way, not for me anyway.

You're the Tony Hawk of PE. I always admired you for not wearing or using anything to aid the process, like rings or devices. It's like you performed the "900" spin first, and did it the cleanest.
