    Hey everyone, I just started doing a log today to show my gains and to keep me motivated for my PE. Basically as of today, I am quitting porn, hopefully for good, and focusing any of that energy towards PE and edging if required. My main goals are as follows:
    • Reach 8" x 6" in hopefully the next year
    • Quit porn completely
    • Increase my ability to last longer during sex


    My routine is pretty much as follows which I do 5 times per week:

    25 mins of Bathmate in the shower
    10 mins of jelqing
    3 x 1 minute Uli's
    3 x 15 second squeezes

    Then on most days I do 3 x 20 RK's and I plan on bringing in some normal kegels after the next month. I dont have severe PRE E at the moment but I would like to increase the control in which I have and hopefully allow me to last 15 mins +.

    My current stats are in my signature, I am 8" BPEL x 5.5", and I hope to get 8" BPEL x 6" MEG, and maybe 6.5" MEG in the far off future, although I will be really happy with 6".
    I hope to update this every 3 or 4 days, with my activity from the previous few workouts.
    Any advice or help along the way will be really appreciated.
    I hope to measure at the end of January again, I have not measured since the start of November. I also usually measure in metric so apologise to all the Americans here

      3 x 15 s squeezes

      I usually PE'd to porn, for my ulis in particular to get 100% hard, I didnt tonight which did make getting a 100% erection slightly difficult but im sure I will get over it

            3rd day without porn and I must say I feel much better, I get a lot more done too, I have not ejaculated since sunday when I watched it last. Hopefully might do a light session tonight, and maybe a bit of edging

              Session was good, finding it much easier to get an erection without porn already, and I feel sooooo much better without it.
              Havent masturbated in 5 days now so my hang is pretty awesome too. I will go back to masturbating soon, just taking it slow though, and making sure I dont get sucked back into the void that is porn

                Just a light session with 20 mins on the BM tonight, nothing too major. My hang has been awesome the last few days too, sure I turtle a bit after a full session but the next day I hang like a BOSS

                  It seems to me that you should be getting to over 200mm with 8 inches in EL. Are you just keeping the pressure low to prevent Far? Great gains and Happy Tugging!

                    I agree from what I have seen from others, they seem to get greater length in the BM even with less EL. I can go to 200mm but I get a lot of fluid retention if I do so I usually stay at just over 190mm, and it works fine for me. It is not the main basis for my workout as I find jelqing and ulis great too. I have always been cautious with the BM, to be honest if I wanted I could probably max it out.

                      Glamissand1 what length do you get in a BM and what is your BPEL? Just out of curiosity. Thanks for your input too.

                        Alan020, What did you do to go from 6.5" to 8" lenght from 2010 to 2012?
                        (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
                        (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
                        Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
                        Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

                          Sorry that might be a bit misleading I actually started at around 18, I am only 21 now so I put a lot of my gains down to natural growth however I do feel it was a combo of both PE and natural. When I was 18 all I did was jelqs, stretches and ulis. Worked great for me though.

                            Thanks. I wish I knew about PE when I was in my teens.

                              I've seen as high as 190, but I usually start at 170 and get to about 185 for the last 5 minutes. The 190 was going in very quicky after edging. I suspect im longer then my current 7 1/8 BPEL but I will hold off for the new years to measure current.
