Haha yeh I was thinking that the other day actually, your unit is probably well-conditioned because of the KITJ. In fairness they are an intense enough exercise!
I would personally aim for maybe 5 or 6 uli sets before increasing the time, depending on how they feel and your ability to maintain your wood (which is a practice in itself!). Once you are at 5 or 6 sets, then you can start increasing the time, let's say by 10 seconds every second week or so. I think looking4more did something similar, hold on until I find his routine link....
