    Actually doing it for 3 years unsteady, unplanned way, no intense as well, exercises tried till now;

    JP 90
    Side to side stretch
    Jelq
    All directions hard streches addressing => Stan's stretching journalh
    Bundle strech

    After all, just got girth gains probably from jelqing, NBEL 15 cm, I would like to have plus 2 cm, what would you suggest ?

    All directions, hard streching, 10 min a day, for six months couldnt give me even 1 mm gain? I streched my member till hurts, no mercy but it resist to stretch I never applied hot water my member preworkout

      Patience DEFINITELY is a virtue... I'm hanging 13lbs now and the spring loaded clip hasn't slipped once. I even gget great expansion in the PF bell and no slippage witht the silicone tubing. Wow I really need to take time and get into the hanger correctly I wouldn't have suffered at the end of last week... Oh well.

      Today is a busy day, Getting my initial 1hr in before work then might pump and jelq afterwards. Gotta do what I can lol

        The key is you have to be consistent my friend!
        JP90 is always a great way to start off and continue.

        For you I'd get into the different stretching techniques. Take about 10mins to stretch when doing your workout, include bundled stretches but switch to BTC (behind the cheek) and each week add 30 seconds to your 10min stretch workout.
        Always ALWAYS warm up your dick bro! 5mins of a hot towel or rice sock at least okay?

          Hanging long and hard...lets see if I can hit 4hours today. I want that to be my new staple lol. 4hours a day and yesterday I saw my flacid stretched at almost 8in so thats a good indicator of gains to come lol

            Blister went down abit but going to keep it light... basically the same workouts as last time I had two blisters. I wake up early get the workout in and give the rest of the day to healing...

              Blister is being tedious this time... probably due to me not getting the hanging finished early in the morning yesterday. So today I'll be finished before 11 and can heal the rest of the time. Not sure if i should pop it. last time it kind of popped on its own.. Rather not though.

                  tried to do a morning hang and yeah that was a no go... the scab on the blister blew open and filled the phallosan with blood.... oh well.

Its scaring me thinking they've healed...

                    Went super light. I think I have to retrain my dick to the pressure of Hanging. I'm going to drop down to 10lbs tomorrow and see how that works for the week.

                      I've been under the weather as well...
                      So Friday and Sunday I just Stretched heavily & I might try hanging today we'll see..

                      • Soooo I'm back from my apparently 4 year hiatus. SMH.

                        MAN I know its been crazy for alot of people but I've PE'd on an off throughout this time and even my gym workouts have taken a hit with covid and now just getting back into it. My plan is to restart my hanging and follow my past hanging schedule EXCEPT since i know work from home instead of trying to use the stealth (which my dog tore up lol) I'm going to use a generic Ebay extender for the remainder of the day.
                        I tried out my old hanging routine Friday and it went off pretty well I extended after hanging an hour for about 3.5hrs and honestly I've been feeling pretty great the next morning had great morning wood and testicles hang just how they used to. I'm going to measure tomorrow (monday) and get some baseline stats in the log and go from there!

                          Details:

                          Going to slowly ramp up the consecutive extending time... I'm not exactly sure how to read the extender tension levels but have it pretty high with the extra inch bar. I'm extending at around 4.5 5in which seems pretty natural and doesn't feel tough on my glans. We'll see how it goes

                            So I just have a weird thought last night as I saw my other Phallosan bell & clip sitting there. Why not alternate extending? So when my glans get tired of the extender switch to the suction phallosan. I am going to only pull out of the devices to jelq, gym, or sleep. Honestly my dick feels really stretched but not in a bad way. I hung an extra 30min set last night & am looking forward to taking away the turtling possibilities!

                              Man starting to get sore again... reordered some toe protectors so I can cap my glans for the hanging sessions. Gotta prevent blisters from the start lol.
                              Other than that we're off to a nice smooth journey. Might start increases jelqs a minute per week like i used to but honestly the bathmate is a nice break.

                                Details:

                                Blister protectors are in. Now I can focus on keeping the weight hanging and the member elongated. Going to try to see if I can jerry-rig a cap to help with the extendor where it wraps around my glans. Hopefully that'll eleviate some of that tenderness.
