    Today I only got in one 20 min set of hanging 3lb, then traction wrapped and strapped on my extender. Wore it for nearly 5 hours straight, it was suprisingly comfortable. I even walked the golden gate bridge and back in it. I had some morning wood today, which had been a few days so that was good. Not sure what else to say right now, so til next time...

      3 hours of extender yesterday. None yet today. Did light stretches and 50 jelqs in the shower though. Yesterday i checked my bpfsl and it was only 6.25. Ill get back for more thorough entry

        I took yesterday off completely. My girlfriend will be at home all day today so I likely won't get in a hanging session. I do have on my extender and am hoping to get in 5 to 6 hours today with it. My dick has seemed bigger when flacid lately, not sure why this is, but i'm not complaining.
        EQ seems to be good lately, 8 or 9, as I have had semi morning and nighly wood lately. Erection easily achievable and hard when fully erect.
        My testicles im worried for though, since my girl pulled down on them out of anger, I have had pain and discomfort down there. The first 3 days no visible change, but yesterday I noticed my left testicle is nearly black (normally tan) especially bruised at the bottom. Will be seeing the doc again on monday.

          fri march 19 drove out of town, got in 5 hours of extender.

          Sat. March 20 I got in about 3 to 4 hours in with the extender, in 3 different sets.

          I'm not sure when to up the tension, there doesn't seem t be much info on extenders that I can find.

          Sun 21 today I have yet to do anything, will be drivin back home so I will get atleast three hours of extending.

            mon. march 22nd

            This afternoon I got just over an hour with my extender, then I did a back and chest workout. In the shower I did around 50 jelqs, got out and put the extender back on. Im shooting for atleast another 3 hours with it. I checked bpel for the heck of it today because yesterday I had a raging boner that looked bigger than normal but didnt get a chance to measure, today though by bpel seemed to slightly drop, just a few mm though so im not trippin.

              Great to hear you are getting use from the extender. I have really been liking mine and in about my 3rd week. Been averaging about 5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Today I am shooting for 6 and have found at night, lying in bed with it on while watching TV etc is a good way to wear them. I had it at on at the gym today actually under baggie shorts (wearing now too).

                tues. march 23rd I did about 75 jelqs in the shower, different variotions but total close to 75. Plus some basic manual stretching and very very light A stretches and V stretches. Got 2 hours of extending in the morning and close to 4 later that night.

                Wed. march 24th This is a hard day for me to get in any PE, I work from 10am to 11pm and my job wont be comfortable with an extender, Im considering finding hour slots in my work when I could handle wearing the extender. Anyways all day I drink plenty of water and green tea, so I make many trips to the bathroom and perform 5 to 10 JAI's after peeing. I get home around 1130 and I strapped on my extender around 12, only got in about 2 hours. Better than nothing though.

                Thurs. March 25 Today I did 75 jelqs (different variations) after basic strethces and light A and V stretches. Strapped in the extender right after and will wear for about an hour. Im heading to school shortly, which im also thinkin of finding an hour peroid where I can wear it, if not its ok cuz I plan to wear around 4 to 5 hours later tonight.

                My erections lately have almost seemed smaller, so It's making me wonder If I am pulling with too much tension and causing scarring of the cells rather than tearing. I will remain at the same tension for another week and see what happens. I have been getting nighltly and morning erections just about everyday. EQ overall is around 7 to 8.

                  Hey Squid, Thanks man! I remember reading somewhere that someone, I think it was Cal, said that you get best results with extender while laying down, what position do you have the extender in? Is it pointing down toward your feet, up towards your face, or up toward the sky? And wow, I have been thinking about wearing the extender while working out..Im going to give it a try today. Thanks man

                    Thursday night i actually got in over 8 hours by the end of the day, I wore it to school for nearly 4 hours. Not too much discomfort, I will likely start doing this more often.

                    Today I got home, warmed up did basic stretches, A stretch, V stretch very lightly. extender for 1 hour then repeated stretch routine, then extender for 2 more hours.

                      Why don't you try out this routine ....

                      200 wet jelqs
                      100 v jelqs
                      100 Jai stretches
                      25 Assisted Tunica Tugs
                      5 Internal stretches

                      Works great

                        Thanks EQ, I have considered incorportating the stretches you recommended and will probably do so shortly. I already do jelqs, just not that many...yet, I am slowly working my way up to 200, halfway there.

                        Sat, march 27th I only got in 2.5 hours with my extender which followed a light stretch routine consisting of 5 direction stretches for 20 seconds each, circular stretches between each. Light V stretch and A stretch, only 1 set for now, 20 seconds, and some BTC stretching.

                        Sun. march 28th I did the same stretch routine as Sat. and about 75 jelqs. Strapped on the extender for 2 hours after jelqs, and another 2 hours later in the night.

                        Today, Mon. march 29th Did a stretch routine in shower, 30 second stretches in all 5 directions with 5 circular stretches in between each, 2 sets tunica tugs holding for 20 seconds, and light V and A stretches, 1 set 20 seconds. This was followed up with 2 hours of extender, then 5 JAI's after peeing, and another 4 hours of extender (30 minute break). I got so much in so far today because i wore my etender to work. It wasnt too uncomfortable actually, and will probably start doing this everyday. I will likely get in another 3-4 hours tonight and will be doing 100 jelqs and light stretching. Considering on if I should do a set or two of hanging...

                          If you are concerned about red spots, go easier/gentler for a week or so & evaluate conditions. Also, keep things simple. If you have too many moving parts, if becomes nearly impossible to troubleshoot. Avoid pumping if you can't take the sight of red spots, well so goes my two cents, lol.
                          I am not sure about you mixing in hanging with extender use. The two methods are very different in what they can do "cell-wise" to your dick. One may negate the progress of the other. In reading through your log entries, it appears you are throwing every thing including the kitchen sink at this endeavor. As long as you can keep tabs on what things work, and what things need changing, you can deal with it. Otherwise you might be muddying the waters. Good luck.

                            Hey thanks Dangler, I completely agree that I have been changing things up too often.
                            The red spots I experienced are along the shaft, they seem to still not go away permanently and are pretty much scars now it seems.
                            I'll keep a heads up on the hanging and extender use, I mean ill just stick with the extender for now, and who knows maybe I can change it up to hanging in 6 months and see great gains.

                            Tues. March 30th Today I warmed up in the shower, did 5 direction stretches 30 second holds, 3 circular stretches, 1 set tunica tugs 20 second hold, 1 set V/A stretch first doing V stretch holding for 20 seconds then without letting go of glans did A stretch 20 seconds. A few flacid bends too. Strapped into my extneder after adding a 1cm length rod. I wore the extender for 2 hours then had to pee. When I went to take a piss I was like 'wow' when I saw my dick, it was hanging almost 5" instead of the normal 3.5-4" and was an hourglass shape. Strapped back on for 2 hours. Rested and got another 1 hour.

                                millia, my red dots aren't really dots, most have gone away but I have two left. The main/biggest one which is on the middle of the top of my shaft, I believe I got it from irritation. It's about 1cm by 1cm when flacid, and grows proportionally when erect. I believe it was from jelqing without enough lubrication.It's been awhile now and certainly isn't going away. I just got done doing a short PE routine in the shower and while showering I noticed dead skin was peeling off of it. The skin seems to try to heal, but me constantly stretching and rubbing down there seems to keep it there. The skin is really weird now too. The second remaining spot seems to be the same thing, just smaller and almost gone now. I'm not sure how to fix this right now, I put cocoa butter lotion with vitamin e on it atleast once a day. No luck yet though.

                                Wed. March 31st. Today I woke up and put my extender on, was running late for work so no warm up unfortunately but I figured wearing the extender with no warm up would still be better than nothing at all. I got in 3 hours with it at my first job, then wore it for another 2 before my second job, got in another 3 before making it home. Hopped in the shower, did 5 direction stretches with 10 circular stretches between, upped the intensity a bit today. 1 set 20 second tunica tug, 1 set V stretch and A stretch holding for 20 seconds each. Then only about 50 jelqs as my girlfriend came in the shower to join but kinda ruined my jelqing. So I just hopped out after a few minutes and put my extender on. I have it on right now and will be taking it off in about an hour, I put the tension up slightly for this hour.

                                PI's and stuff..
                                My PI's seem to be not there...my morning/night wood happens probably around 75% of the time, with an EQ of around 7.
