Man Fisch over 200 hours of wear time... That's impressive!
Ya I am with you, there is not a lot of information out there as to what is suppose to be done with an extender. My manual pretty much just said increase tension gradually.
Does that mean wear it for 30 min and then pump up the pressure or does that mean over the course of a month increase pressure? Just not a lot out there.

Thanks Gyrta, I was actually wanting to edit those numbers out of my title originally but couldn't figure out how to get it done. I don't have anything set like that in my head, that's more of a goal for years down the road, as it's been 6 months already with no erect gains. Shoot, I'm just looking forward to my first centimeter of growth..
And yeah fli, I put quite some wear into it for several weeks...BUT it was quantity over quality, and as of now I strongly feel that getting a quality session for 2 hours at a high tension is much better than a low tension for 6 hours. When I wore it in public I had it set at a really low tension, nonetheless my penis was in an extended state so I do believe it does something good, but not compared to the high tension sessions I get at home.
I took the last week off about, due to the marks on my shaft, but just as I thought they look exactly the same and I'm sure if I jelq or edge for a really long time it will get pretty bad. So fuck it, I'm just going to continue my PE, I shouldn't have even took that week off.

Oh and Gyrta I only do my SD stretch once for 50 seconds. I wear my extender down 90% of the time though. Why do you ask?
4.28Tonight I did first stretch in a while..
Warm up with bath water running, 10 minute, did entire routine under warm water
Directional stretches, 50 seconds w/ 10 circular after each
4 sets tunica tugs 45 second holds
1 set modified side v stretch, 50 seconds
3 sets A stretch holding 45 seconds
1 set V stretch holding 45 seconds

Hey Fisch are you just using your extender? Or are you using it in accordance with a routine or..?
And also brother, don't expect the gains to come, just don't expect anything, so that way when it comes you will be so pleasantly surprised that it'll make your week when you do! I've found that by just trying to enjoy the exercises I perform on my dick it's gotten me more relaxed and less worried about gaining. I haven't done an official measurement in over a month now and I'm fine with it.
Also, how do you feel about jelqing? I ask because I've found that jelqing before stretching/hanging (for me) makes me feel as if I'm getting a good stretch on my unit. Might be something to consider as well.It's not just Penile Enhancement, it's a way of life.

I've been combining exercise with the extender. Stretches mainly, jelqs not so much lately. Stopped doing jelqs recently since my skin irritation thing seems to get extremely bothered by it and the stretching does irritate it so much. And yeah..I've been trying to not focus on the gaining....but it's been since november and I haven't gained a millimeter, so it's harder than ever to not think about it. I mean I went months without thinking about it, checked my progress to get all the same measurements. Just realized yesterday was 4.27...today is 4.28
so, 4.28-woke up and hopped in the shower, warm up for 10 minutes with water and light stretching. Did following:
5 direction stretches 50 second holds
10 circular stretches after each direction
4 sets 45 second tunica tugs
3 sets A stretch 30-50 seconds
1 set V stretch 45 seconds
1 set my side V stretches 50 seconds
1.5 hours extender immediately after slightly over 6.5 bpxl
1 more hour later in the day over 6.5
1.5 more hours over 6.5
1 more hour over 6.5

4.29- Another shower session this morning, lasting nearly 30 minutes-stretch only:
10 minute warm up
5 direction stretches, 50-60 seconds w/ circular stretces
3 sets tunica tugs 45+ seconds (top half, bottom half, entire shaft)
1 set bundled tugs 30 seconds (left side, then right side=1 set)
3 sets A stretches 45 seconds (bottom, mid, top)
3 sets V stretches 45 seconds (bottom, mid, top)
1 set side V stretch/ direction set 50 seconds
Followed this with 1.5 hours of extender
Plus 1 more hour (bus ride)

4.30 I got in 6+ hours with my extender. nothing else.
Nothing on 5.1
