        Please be very careful with jelqing in that fashion! The OP suggests it's not a beginner movement.

        • This reminds me of an exercise whose name or origin I can't remember. You place your semi erect penis onto a flat surface (eg. a desk) and then press something flat and hard on top (eg a hardback book). Perhaps this would be an alternative for anyone that can't get their balls into a comfortable position.

          Having tried the tub crusher I'd say this alternative gives you more control but you're missing out on the stretch. I'm going to mess about with both for a few weeks.

            Something like that was known as a "Sink Jelq", if I recall correctly. It's a version of jelqing where one hard surface is used. Another version incorporating two hard surfaces (in this case, sticks) is outline here: Jelq Sticks

            • You're also missing out on the pressure of your own weight which is part of the "xxxtreme" jelq.
              If you get it just right it is awesome. You have to keep adjusting eq , position, and your weight pressure.
              When you feel the exact best combination of the three and keep it up for ten minutes; you can hardly believe your own eyes you will look so wide and stretched.
              When you see that every time , you will know its worth the effort and is going to make something happen !
              Girth gains are on the way !

                I've been following this thread for about a month, and really enjoy it. after reading about the bed variation, I decided to try this on the lid of my toilet since I don't have a bathtub that would work for this or a bedpost that would work for this either... Well, it worked!!! I only did this for 5-6 min but It felt great, especially doing kegels, and reverse kegels, you can actually feel them move your body!!!
                I have a feeling that doing kegels like this will help them big time.

                So for all the guys out there that don't have a tub or bed that works for this, now you have another option.

                I'm currently doing stretching exercise that have been working for my girth, but I will most def be adding these once or twice a week... maybe 3 if everything goes well.
                So I'll keep you informed on my progress.

                • I've been looking for this thread since the site went down. I tried it today for about two minutes and it definitely feels intense. Looking to break the 6inch girth and hopefully this might get me there.

                              • Man, i'm trying your method but with the toilet. Anyway i have found some problems and i would like to ask
                                1. I'm not really sure i'm doing it correctly - I saw the picture so your penis will be behind you but my balls always get in the way so I try to move my balls to the front and penis to the back --- Is this correct?

                                2. I'm also not sure if the pressure I felt are coming from the weight of my body expanding the penis OR it is actually the stress of my penis being pushed backward while it is erect. And I think if it is the latter that would make my penis become "stronger" but NOT "bigger" ?

                                3. When you said do it for 10-15 mins. How long can you keep your penis expand ? I can keep it expand for around 20 seconds or so and then I need some time to recover the erection level, is this the same for you? or how long can you keep it expanded?

                                My girth sucks, it's only 4.2 MEG and I want to be at around 5 - that should be more than enough for me....definitely looking for this.
                                Going to be 7-incher after a long plateau !
