    I suggest that you do them for a quick count of 10, (about 1 second) each way.
    This is plenty long enough for the beginning of this program. As you progress, you can add more time to the stretches. Right now, your only concern should be conditioning.

    • Hi JonPop. I have a few questions, if you don't mind:

      1) I have recently decided to re-start PE. I PE'd for about 8 months around 4 years ago and ended up gaining around 1/3-1/4 of an inch. During that time I developed a dark band around my penis just below the glands. Is this a bad sign? If it happens again, should I reassess my workout?

      2) How often should I train on your 90-day routine? I've seen 2-on-1-off and 5-on-2-off. I'd just like to know so I can get it right.

      3) After the 90-day beginner phase, do you recommend that I increase the reps/time of my routine or do you recommend that I add new workouts? Or do you recommend that I do both?

      I'll start off with the beginner's routine and then I will try your 90-day routine. Thanks for your help.

        Just a point of clarification. When you say you've gained 1 1/2 inches in girth, what exactly do you mean? How do you measure yourself? Circumference? Diameter?? I'm not trying to be a butthead - I'm new at this.

          JP is not able to get on to the Gym for a little bit, so I'll answer your questions to the best of my ability.

          1. You gained 1/3-1/4 of an inch in erect length? Flaccid? Were there any more gains? PE results in some discoloration, because the skin is being stretched and worked. Only if you experience pain should you discontinue what you are doing? Since it was 4 years ago, I suggest that you begin a beginner routine again to condition your penis.

          2. I did JP's routine 1 day on and 1 day off. Take a look at my log and you can see that I had excellent results. You pretty much need to find out what works for you. Your PIs will help you realize what you are.

          3. The 90 day program is designed to condition your penis for more advanced workouts. After you stick with the 90 day program, I'd recommend either increasing the intensity (grip, time per stroke) and that will be advanced enough. Or you can start a more advanced routine, or create your own.

          • So kegels are just the flexing of your penis muscles...i did this while stretching my glans with an ok grip, and got a slight tug at 9 and a more "severe"/noticeable tug at around 11 or 12. So i need to do straight out and straight down. But what does that mean exactly? Do i need to point my penis downwards while i jelq? Thanks

                  As far as my gains are concerned, they really do tend to vary. I would measure my penis bone-pressed right after my PE routine and, after about 6 or 7 months, my erection was 3/4 of an inch longer and noticeably thicker (although I did not maintain my girth stats). Measuring was always kinda odd for me because I usually did it right after PE, which undoubtedly inflated my stats. I would often say to myself, "If only my penis can always look like it does right after PE." However, when I went back to measure again on my off day, I only saw minor gains. Granted, I did overwork my penis, I didn't take seriously the warm up/cool down periods and I generally wasn't as mindful as I should have been. I was 17 at the time. After a while I got frustrated, even though I didn't miss a workout in 8 months.

                  I'll be starting the 90-day routine tomorrow. After 2 weeks of the beginner I can honestly say that I was very meticulous and cautious about overworking my penis.

                  • i do not have access to any good lubes, is there anything around the house i can use? is canola oil ok? I hope it is!

                      Banana: I think the confusion is not in the numbers, because you are correct. But JP says a stroke with the left and a stroke with the right equals one rep. So you could see it as 300 wet jelgs and 180 v jelgs if you count each stroke of the hand (left equals one and right hand equals two) Am I right here?

                        Yes, wet Jelqs and "V" Jelqs. (Warm up and down is VERY important for girth)

                        • I just started your 90 days routine. However, I am not certain whether I am doing the "Helicopter Shakes" right.

                          so you can ONLY use your wrist? so my forearm would be tight against my thigh correct? Doing so with my wrist, my thing forms a cone while if I move my whole arm to swing my penis, it forms a cylinder. I also looked up the Helicopter Shakes on google, and I found it on the cheekycheery forum. It said I should be swinging it on a vertical axis, not horizontal. I am not sure exactly what's the difference.

                          It'd be great if you can answer my questions, thx.

                              • Yes, I was visualizing really hard, but then i still am not sure whether the motion of my thing should form a cylinder or a cone. Just answering that would help alot. Thx for the quick reply btw
