          If you have tug in all directions then your ligs should be stretched in all directions. This is of course considering LOT theory, which many are saying is bunk. I'd say stretch in all directions regardless of LOT and jelq straight out.
          Starting stats:.......Current stats:
          BPEL: 6"...............BPEL: 6 3/4"
          EG: 4.85"..............EG: 5 1/8"

          • This is my second month of using this routine and I've only gained about 1/8" to 1/4" in girth...should I be concerned about the absence of length gains, or the slow gains in general?

              Not at all. You will usually see some girth gains and flaccid gains first. Finish the routine.
              You have seen gains and this is an indicator that things are going well. This doesn't happen overnight, so don't get discouraged, keep working. Good luck.

              • I've been on the newbie routine for 2 weeks now, and already I'm seeing some promising gains. I really don't understand why this isn't a more mainstream thing, what with all the companies making so much cash on pills pumps and extenders.

                • Hey I'm a new comer as well. I was just wondering what the reasoning behind 5 days of PE in a row was. In my mind that seems like quite a bit of training without rest. Since this seems to be a popular routine i was just wondering what the method to the madness is.

                  • JonPop, Great routine.I'm lovin it. Question-When I V jelk I get a lot of nut skin on the up pull and have to push it down
                    for the next step.I'm thinking I need to put a ball stretcher on to take up slack.Or do I just need to shave? I realize now
                    that I'm at the first of the posts.Duh .I'll page thru and see if this has been addressed.

                      to refer to myself as over 50,as I don't think like an old man. What ever that means. I'm still in my 40's .Anyway, I've just started JP's program and can see already some increase in flaccid size.My penis length has evened out and is heftier to hold. It's always fun when you can see the benefits.

                            • Two months into this routine, I've realized that I spent the first month not doing the exercises as correctly or efficiently as I could have... Should I take time off and start from the beginning again, add an extra month to compensate, or just continue on? The stretching exercises are going well, but I find that I drop to 40%-50% erection by the time I reach 20 of the 50 jelqs. When this happens, I stop, get back to 80%, and finish the set. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
