just get amy steins book. there are around 10 stretches. do em all. i cant tell u specifically what works for what parts since every case is different. but its best to target everything and the stretches will help with that. do not be lazy and do just 2 or 3 stretches. do everything. severe pelvic floor dysfunction is no joking matter.
