I'm very interested in all of this. My injury occurred after jumping from 60 feet into the water, and landing without my legs closed (it rushed up and hit the perineum, and I didn't realize I was that relaxed). I had terrible spasms in that area, and the feeling of a stab with each pulsation. I get partial night erections, but I have no sensation down the shaft. I can literally run a pair of jagged car keys over my shaft and feel nothing. I am attempting HANS protocol, but I am unable to become erect at this stage without the help of sildanefil. I am porn free for 2 months now. It has helped in my ability to be mindful, but the problem still remains. I will continue trying, but is the erect portion necessary? Furthermore, have any of those out there with this condition had it so bad that you can't even get hard initially?

Have you gotten any medical advice?

When you are totally symptom free, you no longer have IKs and you are not under any stress that might contribute to PF tension.Originally posted by tdog2016 View PostI am currently working through my hard flaccid right now. How long after symptoms reside do you recommend restarting PE?My WorkARTICLES:

Your experience is common, ejaculation and prolonged masturbation can cause some symptoms to return temporarily. Primarily PF muscle soreness. It took about 1-1.5 years to see a TOTAL elimination of symptoms.Originally posted by Road28 View PostGuys, is ejaculation even that bad if you have pf tightness? My symptoms seem to get back (I consider myself healed) after ejaculating
Are you kegeling a lot while stimulating?HansTwilightLast edited by HansTwilight; 01-30-2018, 06:52 PM.My WorkARTICLES:

No but I masturbated for 1.5 hours in one sitting. It felt amazing being able to have a rock hard erection for that long so i didnt cum. Of course I regret that now and have lower abdominal pains and shrunken flaccid.Originally posted by HansTwilight View PostYour experience is common, ejaculation and prolonged masturbation can cause some symptoms to return temporarily. It's weird for me. I actually have LESS symptoms after I jerk off. If I jerk off once a day, I am often much better than if I go a few days in between. Must be something to do with the muscles, but doesn't make sense to me initially.
It makes it hard because the instinct is to do what makes me feel better in the short run, while I know that masturbation isn't the best thing for my muscles to recover.

I thought id update my situation. I cant remember where I posted about my visit to my physio. I decided to go there again even though its expensive. If there is one thing worth investing on its your sexual function (and property).
My pelvic floor is imbalance and tight as hell. Yesterday I asked about the swollen lymph nodes in the lower abdominen and groin area, didnt expect a good answer but...
He cracked it (not literally lol). He told me its simply due to the fact my core is still weak. He said the diaphgram controls the lymph and heart controls blood. So from what I remember the diaphragm draws the lymph towards it and then pumps it out again. But because of a weak core I didn't do diaphragm breathing. I actually find it hard to breath through the diaphragm because my abs are so tight. Im feeling dizziness and almost threw up in the train. I googled this and its normal after lymph drainage massage

Question, I no longer have that "tight ass" feeling, not 100% but definitely has relaxed, no more hourglassing erections, erection angle is slowly working itself up to where it used to be(Depending on how hard my erection is, it pulls or tries to pull up to where it used to be, only for a second or two, this i am unsure if its muscle weakness or a bloodflow issue as EQ is about 70-80%) This should rule out peyronies and be fully a pelvic floor issue, correct?
I've slowly began doing kegels again after being scared as its what caused my injury, but i've noticed more feeling, responsiveness, and erections coming from it.

Nothing rules out Peyronies except a doctor.Originally posted by realname2 View PostQuestion, I no longer have that "tight ass" feeling, not 100% but definitely has relaxed, no more hourglassing erections, erection angle is slowly working itself up to where it used to be(Depending on how hard my erection is, it pulls or tries to pull up to where it used to be, only for a second or two, this i am unsure if its muscle weakness or a bloodflow issue as EQ is about 70-80%) This should rule out peyronies and be fully a pelvic floor issue, correct?
